The methods may be performed sequentially or in parallel as shown in the embodiments or the drawings when the actual processing or the apparatus is performed.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a blockchain-based reimbursement method according to an embodiment of the invention may be applied to the foregoing financial blockchain multi-chain system, and the following describes the flowchart of the method.
Step 101: and the tax invoice chain acquires consumption data of the articles for reporting the consumption of the personnel in the article circulation chain through the article circulation predictor node.
Step 102: and the tax invoice chain acquires the fund settlement data determined by the consumption data of the goods in the fund settlement chain through the fund settlement prefecter node.
In the embodiment of the invention, the decision of the enterprise internal office system can be used for generating the transaction expense permission, namely, the transaction authorization authority and the sponsor are confirmed, and the transaction expense permission is recorded on an enterprise external public fund accounting book. When the sponsor and the partner reach the trade, the transaction payment permission can be consumed, namely, the fund settlement is directly permitted on the public fund settlement account book outside the enterprise through the transaction payment permission, so that the actual fund settlement can be completed without the sponsor paying the consumed fund.
In the embodiment of the invention, the reimbursement personnel with reimbursement authority and the partners trade generation consumption data, for example, accommodation consumption data generated by the reimbursement personnel with reimbursement authority and the hotel partners carrying out accommodation trade, commodity purchasing consumption data generated by the commodity vending partners carrying out commodity acquisition trade, and the like. In particular, the consumption data may be generated by trading with a plurality of partners, or the trade data may be generated by trading with one partner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. And then, reimbursement personnel and partners with reimbursement authority upload consumption data generated by the transaction to the commodity circulation chain through the transaction nodes corresponding to the reimbursement personnel and partners in the commodity circulation chain, so that the tax invoice chain can acquire commodity consumption data through the commodity circulation notifier nodes.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the reimbursement personnel with reimbursement authority and the partner trade generate consumption data and are uplink, the fund settlement chain can acquire the consumption data through the node, so that the node can perform fund settlement processing on the consumption data to acquire fund settlement data, specifically, the fund settlement data can comprise consumption fund data corresponding to the consumption data, tax data corresponding to the consumption fund and the like, and then the fund settlement data is uploaded to the fund settlement chain, so that the tax invoice chain acquires the fund settlement data determined by the consumption data of the articles in the fund settlement chain through the fund settlement prefecter node.
Step 103: and the reimbursement node in the tax invoice chain processes the consumption data of the articles in the tax invoice chain and the fund settlement data determined by the consumption data of the articles to obtain reimbursement information of the articles, and sends the reimbursement information to the auditing node so as to reimburse the consumption data of the articles.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the reimbursement node processes the consumption data of the goods in the tax invoice chain and the fund settlement data determined by the consumption data of the goods, reimbursement information of the goods can be obtained, and then the reimbursement information can be sent to the auditing node, so that reimbursement of the consumption data of the goods is realized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the auditing node in the tax invoice chain carries out auditing according to the reimbursement information, if the auditing is qualified, reimbursement record information is obtained, and the reimbursement record information is uploaded to the tax invoice chain, so that any node in the tax invoice chain obtains the reimbursement record information; the article consumption data, the fund settlement data and the invoice data corresponding to the reimbursement information in the reimbursement record information are in one-to-one correspondence and are stored in a tax invoice chain.
For example, the reimbursement record information includes 10 purchased a products, the corresponding amount of 10 purchased a products is 1500 yuan, the reimbursement personnel is identified as F, the time for purchasing 10 a products is 2018, 11 months, 20 points, 34 minutes and 15 seconds, the transaction party is 1256 and the invoice number, so that the reimbursement record information is stored in the tax invoice chain: the corresponding amount of 10 purchased A products and 10 purchased A products is 1500 yuan, the reimbursement staff mark is F, the time for purchasing 10A products is 2018, 11 months, 20 # 16, 34 minutes and 15 seconds, and the transaction party is 1256 and invoice number. Namely, commodity purchase quantity data, fund settlement data, purchase time data, identifications of reimbursement personnel and transaction parties and invoice numbers are correspondingly stored in a tax invoice chain. In this way, when it is determined that the information about reimbursement person F reimbursement needs to be searched, the reimbursement record information can be correspondingly determined.
In the embodiment of the invention, the article circulation chain, the tax invoice chain and the fund settlement chain meet a multi-chain consensus and state synchronization mechanism. Specifically, the basic principle of the consensus mechanism is: and the auditing node in the financial block chain multi-chain system collects the goods consumption data and the reimbursement information corresponding to the fund settlement data received in a period of time, forms a stored block structure and spreads to the financial block chain multi-chain system. Specifically, after any node receives information sent by other nodes, the received information is compared with information stored by the node, and a confirmed information set is sent to other nodes in the financial and fiscal blockchain multi-chain system to the blockchain system. Specifically, the information set at least includes the article consumption data, the fund settlement data and the invoice data corresponding to the reimbursement information, so that the reimbursement record information stored by each node is the same through the diffusion iteration of each node in the financial block chain multi-link system, and finally the information in all the nodes is agreed.
In the embodiment of the invention, for the transaction of any tax invoice chain, corresponding fund settlement transaction and commodity circulation transaction are taken as the input states of consumption, after tax invoice issuing transaction is completed, the corresponding fund settlement transaction is locked, namely the reimbursement record information is locked, the corresponding commodity circulation transaction cannot be taken as the input state of the issuing transaction, and the corresponding commodity circulation transaction cannot be taken as the input state of the issuing transaction. The multi-chain consensus and state of the three chains are synchronous, and the reimbursement record information can be acquired by any node which maintains the three account books simultaneously. By the mode, various data information can be locked, the unchangeable reimbursement record information is realized, the consistence of reimbursement, accounting and reimbursement is deducted, and verification of reimbursement data is further enhanced.
In the embodiment of the invention, the tax invoice chain in the financial and tax blockchain multi-chain system can acquire the data and information corresponding to the reimbursement staff stored in the financial and tax blockchain multi-chain system, such as the commodity quantity information purchased by the reimbursement staff, through the fund settlement predictor node and the commodity circulation predictor node, and particularly, the data and the information stored in the financial and tax blockchain are stored by adopting the blockchain technology, so that a calculation basis which cannot be tampered and has higher reliability can be provided for reimbursement processing in the tax invoice chain, namely, the tax invoice chain can directly acquire consumption data corresponding to the reimbursement staff and fund settlement data corresponding to the consumption data, so that the acquired data can be processed without submitting corresponding consumption receipts and the like by the reimbursement staff, and the reimbursement efficiency is further improved.
