In one or more embodiments of the present specification, if the audit is passed, it is determined to pay the person or the resource, and it is determined to pay according to the financing voucher data, and the paid item is transferred to the service staff through the blockchain platform, so as to send salary to the service staff for the person or the resource, and the worker returns the payment to the resource through the blockchain platform. And if the audit is not passed, the failure of the financing application is fed back to the person and the resource through the block chain platform.
By the method of the figure 3, an employee, a person and a sponsor are butted through a block chain platform, the attendance data of labor staff provided by the employee is subjected to compliance circulation on the block chain, so that the person and the sponsor can obtain the attendance data through the block chain platform, the financing voucher data is determined according to the attendance data, digital asset transaction is carried out with the sponsor according to the financing voucher data, financing on the digital asset chain is realized, and paying is carried out by the sponsor, thus salary distribution of the labor staff is realized through the block chain platform, the service appeal of the labor staff for flexible salary support is solved, barriers of parties participating in main body data circulation are broken, high efficiency of data is realized, and safety and efficiency of data circulation in the flexible employment business processing process are improved.
Based on the method of fig. 3, the present specification also provides some specific embodiments and extensions of the method, which are further described below.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, in the flexible employment supply chain financial business model, the sponsor often pays attention to the use of the loan in the loan link and group fraud, for example, whether the loan is at risk of being stolen, which results in the loan not being truly used for the wage release of the labor force, and whether the recruitment party and the human resource collaborate to pull out the loan of the resource together. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of fraud in flexible employment business processing, a third party payment company is created for the blockchain platform, and a public supervision account for paying the labor staff for the person-side is set up by the third party payment company. The public supervision account can only be used for issuing salaries to the labor staff, and the person and the sponsor cannot carry out cash withdrawal or public transfer, so that the block chain platform is convenient for supervising the real use of the money put by the sponsor.
The group fraud refers to an activity or behavior in which a plurality of individuals or organizations forge false information together with a deliberate attempt, and seek or cheat the corresponding illegal profit by means of a technique or the like.
Specifically, the person and the resource apply for a public supervision account in the blockchain platform in advance, if the blockchain platform determines that the resource releases money, the released money is received through the public supervision account provided for the person and the resource, and then the paid money is issued to the labor staff for the person and the resource based on the released money through operation on the public supervision account. For example, the deposited items in the public administrative account are progressively debited to the accounts of the labor personnel.
For example, an a product that flexibly uses a work block chain platform is applied, while a block chain platform is created in the a product, an enterprise payment account, namely, a public supervision account and a personal account of a labor worker on the a product, is set up, so that after a sponsor internally audits to deposit money, the deposited money is directly paid to the public supervision account of a person sponsor by the block chain platform, and then the deposited money is issued to the personal account of the labor worker by operating the public supervision account. Therefore, as the blockchain platform and the public supervision account belong to the product A, the product A trusts the generation link established by the product A, the account system of the product A has wide financial services, and a strong anti-fraud system is accumulated through the big data wind control capability. In addition, the personal account of the labor personnel can be provided with real-name authentication authority, so that the risk of false account of the labor personnel can be reduced.
Further, the recruitment party needs to pay back to the sponsor periodically, for example, the recruitment party needs to pay back to the sponsor within the period agreed with the human resource after receiving the invoice of the human resource. Therefore, when it is determined that the fund is released and the fund is returned to the sponsor, in order to ensure that the sponsor receives the returned fund, the returned fund sent by the sponsor to the released fund before the predetermined deadline is received through the public supervision account provided for the human fund, and then the fund is returned to the sponsor based on the returned fund through the operation to the public supervision account.
It should be noted that the right and the truth of the payable information to be paid are confirmed through the blockchain technology, so that the digital assets are formed, and the released money and the refund money are circulated on the blockchain platform in the form of the chained digital assets, so that the safety of the released money and the refund money can be effectively ensured, and the safety is relatively ensured.
On the basis, by setting up a public supervision account for the sponsor, the group fraud risk of the labor staff and the labor staff, the labor staff and the sponsor can be effectively identified, the anti-fraud capability of the flexible employment service is improved, and the condition that the money put by the sponsor is stolen or cash-out is avoided.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, after the worker is serviced by the service staff, compensation cost information generated by the service staff during the service is determined. The compensation charge information may only include the service charge of the crew, or may include the service charge of the crew and the intermediary charge of the person and the user, and further includes other related information for determining the service charge.
And after the worker determines the salary cost information, the salary cost information is sent to the person and the resource through a line mode, so that the person and the resource can check the account according to the attendance data and the salary cost information, and after the check is correct, the salary information to be paid is determined, so that a corresponding invoice is issued to the worker according to the salary information to be paid. At present, because the mailbox has the advantages of convenience, rapidness and more intuitive transmitted information, the mailbox is generally used in the information interaction process of a user, and therefore, an employee can send salary cost information to a person and a resource through a mail.
However, there is a risk of human tampering in the process of sending the compensation cost information to the person resource by the recruitment party, for example, the person resource tampers the compensation cost information in the mail, so that there is a risk of fraud.
Therefore, in order to improve the credibility of the salary cost information sent from the recruitment party to the human resource party, in the flexible recruitment business processing scene of the block chain platform, a mail right confirming technology is provided, and the authenticity and uniqueness of the business between the human resource party and the recruitment party can be traced through the mail right confirming technology.
Specifically, before determining the financing evidence data, a mail right-confirming plug-in needs to be deployed to the human resource in advance, for example, the mail right-confirming plug-in is deployed in a browser of the human resource and interacts with the mail right-confirming plug-in, and the mail right-confirming plug-in is used for performing content analysis and evidence-storing uplink on a mail sent from an employment party and received by the human resource to serve as at least part of the financing evidence data, so that the human resource can reconcile the compensation expense information in the mail according to the attendance data. The certificate storing and chaining is that the mail authority confirming plug-in unit captures the mail to generate a corresponding certificate and chains the corresponding certificate. At this time, the financing voucher data may include the corresponding voucher as well as the invoice.
Therefore, the staff receives salary cost information sent by the recruitment party through the mail, the staff performs reconciliation according to the attendance data and the salary cost information, and after the reconciliation is passed, the salary information to be paid is determined so as to provide salary to the staff, issue a corresponding invoice to the recruitment party, and determine financing voucher data according to the invoice.
Before displaying the mail content sent from the recruitment party to the person and the resource party through the mail right confirming technology, the two parties need to execute operations of appointing a mailbox, collecting a mail certificate and checking a mail.
The appointed mailbox refers to the fact that an employee and a person and resource need to agree on account-checking communication mail addresses of the two parties in a cooperation protocol, the person and resource confirm the communication mail addresses in the cooperation protocol, and subsequently only the communication mail addresses are confirmed as the account-checking mail addresses.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the mail is not tampered on the server side of the person and the user, the recipient mailbox of the person and the user is preferably a mailbox provided by a trusted mail service provider of a third party, for example, a public cloud mailbox of the third party.
The mail evidence collection refers to that a worker regularly uses a convention mailbox to send a reconciliation mail to a convention reconciliation mailbox of a human resource company, and the human resource collects the evidence (including an uplink deposit evidence) by using a mail right-confirming plug-in.
The mail verification refers to that when a person and an owner apply for financing, the person and the owner upload a mail evidence collection file, the mail evidence collection file is verified and passed on a chain and then displayed as a credible mail to be verified for the person and the owner, and the person and the owner determine the authenticity, the amount, the deadline and the like of the trade background of accounts receivable by the labor staff in the time period when the labor staff provides service according to a mail receiving and sending mailbox and mail content.
Specifically, a mail right-confirming plug-in is deployed in a browser of a person and a resource, a corresponding certificate can be generated by screenshot of a mail from an employment party through the plug-in, after verification is passed, the corresponding certificate can be regarded as a credible certificate, the credible certificate is encrypted and linked up, and the credible certificate is used as partial financing certificate data. After the verification is passed, the mailbox domain name and the attachment content can be analyzed through the plug-in, the real mail content can be displayed to the person and the resource, and the person and the resource can acquire the mail content through the API and use the mail content for internal wind control.
Intuitively, in an application scenario, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a mail right determining framework provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 4, an email authentication plugin (referred to as TLSNotary) is deployed in a browser of a person resource, then a user at a person resource end accesses a target site of the browser, then the email authentication plugin establishes an HTTPS security channel with the target site, and performs negotiation handshake, page response hash, and signature of an authenticator (for example, implemented by a block chain platform side, which may consider that an audit result is authentic and has public authentication) with a TLSNotary rear end, uploads the analyzed email content to a service system, the authenticator acquires the email content through an authentication API interface and verifies whether the email content is authentic, and after the verification is passed, the service system uplinks the relevant service data of the email content as a partial financing data certificate.
More intuitively, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a trusted voucher provided in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, company a is a sponsor, company B is a worker, and company B sends a reconciliation mail to company a through an appointed mailbox at 27 days 10 and 27 of 2021, where the reconciliation mail includes payroll sending reconciliation file, sending time, sender address, recipient address, and other information. After a person and a resource receive the reconciliation mail through a convention mailbox, a mail authentication mail plug-in deployed in a browser checks the reconciliation mail, and after the checking is passed, screenshots are carried out on the reconciliation mail to generate a credible certificate.
The trusted voucher includes a voucher number, a voucher type, a voucher name, a check time, a chain principal name, check information and the like. It should be noted that the specific numerical values in the drawings are exemplary and do not constitute a limitation to the present application, and need to be determined according to actual situations when applied.
Based on the method, the mail right confirming technology can be used for well performing uplink chain storage on the actual business form between the recruitment party and the human resource party through the mail right confirming technology based on the current business situation of the human resource party, so that the resource party can read the mail content on the chain, the business performance between the two parties can be effectively and truly traced and restored, and the most critical business authenticity and uniqueness of the financial business level of the supply chain can be well solved.
Further, in order to effectively ensure the authenticity of the attendance data of the labor staff at the recruitment party, the labor staff can respectively perform attendance card punching at the recruitment party and the human resource party, and based on the mode, the attendance data of the labor staff can respectively exist at two ends of the recruitment party and the human resource party. And the personnel and the resource check the attendance data of the labor personnel in the mail with the attendance data of the personnel and the resource form a final consistent account checking file which is used for invoicing, money returning and salary issuing of the labor personnel.
Therefore, the personnel and the resource read the attendance data of the labor personnel provided by the worker from the chain based on the authority, the personnel and the resource acquire the attendance data generated by the labor personnel on the own side, and then the personnel and the resource determine the financing voucher data by checking the acquired attendance data of the two sides.
The checking of the attendance data of the two parties can be completed between the person and the recruitment party in an appointed checking date through a mail mode, for example, the two parties agree with a 15-number checking, the recruitment party can send a checking mail in the previous checking period through an appointed mailbox in about 10-number, the checking mail content comprises salary cost in the previous service period, after the person and the recruitment party receive the checking mail of the recruitment party, the salary cost in the mail content can be checked according to the attendance data counted by the person and the recruitment party, if the salary cost is correct, the person and the recruitment party issue a bill to the recruitment party, and if the difference exists, the two parties can check and adjust the checking mail content offline.
Based on the method, the person and the resource are combined with the block chain platform, under a compliance path granted by the recruitment party, efficient reconciliation can be carried out through multi-party data including mail content and attendance data circulated on the chain, the reconciliation real-time performance and accuracy of the two parties are greatly improved, and the method is favorable for the qualification to judge the person and the resource business more truly, so that digital assets (such as financing voucher data) formed based on accounts receivable of the person and the resource are formed on the chain, and transaction and circulation are carried out on the block chain platform, so that the supply chain financial business closed loop is completed.
Based on the same idea, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide a system, an apparatus, and a device corresponding to the above method, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 7, and fig. 8.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a framework of a flexible employment business processing system based on a blockchain platform according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, the system including: a block chain platform, an employee, a person and an sponsor; the person and the resource dispatch labor personnel to the recruitment party for use so that the labor personnel work attendance at the recruitment party to generate attendance data;
the recruitment party requests the block chain platform to chain the attendance data, and the block chain platform finishes the chain;
the person and resource sends an authorization application to the blockchain platform, the permission is obtained from the recruitment party through the blockchain platform, and the attendance data is read from the chain based on the permission;
the person and the resource determine salary information to be paid according to the attendance data and issue a corresponding invoice to the recruitment party; the person resource determines financing voucher data according to the invoice and the corresponding voucher, and submits a financing application to the blockchain platform according to the financing voucher data, wherein the corresponding voucher is acquired by an entitlement plug-in which is deployed in the person resource in advance through the blockchain platform, and the entitlement plug-in is used for carrying out content analysis and evidence storage and uplink transmission on information which is received by the person resource and sent from the user party;
the sponsor releases money to the person sponsor through the blockchain platform in response to the financing application;
the block chain platform is used for issuing salaries to the labor personnel for the personnel direction based on the released items;
and the recruitment party withdraws money from the funding party through the block chain platform.
Optionally, the entitlement plug-in comprises an email entitlement plug-in deployed in a browser of the person's owner;
the information includes: an email containing information on the payees to be paid.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a flexible employment service processing apparatus based on a blockchain platform according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, where the apparatus is applied to a blockchain platform, and the apparatus includes:
the system comprises a chaining module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the chaining module is used for chaining attendance data of labor workers provided by an employee, and the labor workers are dispatched to the employee by a person and a resource;
the acquisition module is used for responding to an authorization application of the person and the resource, acquiring the authority from the recruitment party so that the person and the resource can read the attendance data from the chain based on the authority and determine financing voucher data according to the attendance data;

responding to a financing application proposed by the person sponsor according to the financing voucher data, and interacting with a sponsor so that the sponsor can make a decision on whether to release money or not;
determining a payout result so that the person and the sponsor can issue salaries to the labor staff based on the paid money and so that the worker can return money to the sponsor for the paid money.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). Claims (17)

1. A flexible employment business processing method based on a block chain platform is applied to the block chain platform, and comprises the following steps:
chaining attendance data of labor personnel provided by an employee, wherein the labor personnel are dispatched to the employee by a person and a resource;
responding to an authorization application of the person and the resource, acquiring authority from the worker so that the person and the resource can read the attendance data from a chain based on the authority and determine financing voucher data according to the attendance data;
responding to a financing application proposed by the person and the sponsor according to the financing voucher data, and interacting with the sponsor so that the sponsor can decide whether to release money or not;
determining a payout result so that the person and the sponsor can issue salaries to the labor staff based on the paid money and so that the worker can return money to the sponsor for the paid money.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a payout result for said human sponsor to issue payees based on the payout specifically comprises:
if the sponsor is determined to pay, receiving the paid money through a public supervision account provided for the person and the sponsor;
and issuing compensation to the labor personnel for the person party based on the deposited money by operating the pair of public supervision accounts.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the deposit result so that the sponsor may make a return to the sponsor for the deposited money with the guideline comprises:
if the payment of the sponsor is determined, receiving a refund payment sent by the recruitment party to the released payment item before a preset time limit through a public supervision account provided for the human resource;
refund to the sponsor based on the refund payment amount by operating the pair of public regulatory accounts.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said placed money, said refund money are circulated as an on-chain digital asset on said blockchain platform.
5. The method of claim 1, prior to said determining financing credential data, the method further comprising:

the mail right-determining plug-in is used for performing content analysis and evidence storage and uplink loading on the mail sent from the user and received by the person and the user, and the mail is used as at least part of the financing evidence data.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the person-side determines financing credential data from the attendance data, and specifically comprises:
the person and the resource receive salary cost information sent by the recruitment party through the mail;
the person and the qualification carry out account checking according to the attendance data and the salary cost information, and after the account checking passes, the salary information to be paid is determined so as to provide salaries to the working personnel;
and issuing a corresponding invoice to the employing party, and determining financing voucher data according to the invoice.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the labor personnel independently perform attendance at the worker side and the person resource side and generate corresponding attendance data;
the person and the resource read the attendance data from the chain based on the authority, and determine financing voucher data according to the attendance data, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the personnel supplier reads the attendance data of the labor personnel provided by the worker from a chain based on the authority;
the personnel and the resource acquire attendance data generated by the labor personnel checking attendance on the self;
and the person and the resource determine financing voucher data by checking the obtained attendance data of the two parties.
8. A flexible employment business processing system based on a block chain platform comprises the block chain platform, an employment party, a person and resource party and a resource party;
the person and the resource dispatch labor personnel to the recruitment party for use so that the labor personnel work attendance at the recruitment party to generate attendance data;
the recruitment party requests the block chain platform to chain the attendance data, and the block chain platform finishes the chain;
the person and resource sends an authorization application to the blockchain platform, the permission is obtained from the recruitment party through the blockchain platform, and the attendance data is read from the chain based on the permission;

the block chain platform is used for issuing salaries to the labor personnel for the personnel direction based on the released items;
and the recruitment party withdraws money from the funding party through the block chain platform.
9. The system of claim 8, the entitlement plug-in comprising an email entitlement plug-in deployed in a browser of the person's sponsor;
the information includes: an email containing compensation information to be paid for the labor personnel.
10. A flexible employment business processing device based on a block chain platform is applied to the block chain platform, and the device comprises:
the system comprises a chaining module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the chaining module is used for chaining attendance data of labor workers provided by an employee, and the labor workers are dispatched to the employee by a person and a resource;

The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the determining module, if the funding party is determined to be funded, receives a refund payment sent by the recruitment party for the placed payment by a predetermined deadline through a pair of public regulatory accounts provided for the human funding party;
refund to the sponsor based on the refund payment amount by operating the pair of public regulatory accounts.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein said placed money, said refund money are circulated as an on-chain digital asset on said blockchain platform.

the person and the qualification carry out account checking according to the attendance data and the salary cost information, and after the account checking passes, the salary information to be paid is determined so as to provide salaries to the working personnel;
and issuing a corresponding invoice to the employing party, and determining financing voucher data according to the invoice.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, the labor personnel independently performing attendance at the worker and the person resource, respectively, and generating corresponding attendance data;
the account checking module is used for reading attendance data of the labor personnel provided by the recruitment party from a chain by the personnel based on the authority;

and the person and the resource determine financing voucher data by checking the obtained attendance data of the two parties.
