The tool comprises an upper drill rod combination (1), a stratum packer tool combination (2), a production zone tool combination (3) and a tubing combination (4); when the drilling pipe column is normally drilled, the upper drill rod combination (1), the stratum packer tool combination (2) and the production layer tool combination (3) are sequentially connected from top to bottom to form the drilling pipe column for drilling operation; when the production is carried out, the oil pipe combination (4), the stratum packer tool combination (2) and the production layer tool combination (3) are sequentially connected from top to bottom to form a well completion pipe column for production operation. Background
The well completion refers to a process of communicating a well bottom and an oil layer in a certain structure after an open hole well reaches a designed well depth. It is the last important link of well drilling work, and the beginning of oil production engineering, and is closely connected with the development of oil production, water injection and whole oil-gas field. The quality of well completion of an oil well directly influences the production capacity and the economic life of the oil well, and even relates to whether the whole oil field can be reasonably developed.
The reservoir pollution is serious due to the conventional well completion operation, the yield is reduced after the well completion operation, and the stable yield of the oil-gas well is influenced; in order to effectively protect a reservoir and exert the production capacity of an oil and gas well, the well completion can be preferably completed in a pressurized operation mode, and a method suitable for downhole pressurized well completion of gas and liquid drilling needs to be deeply researched.
A pressurized well completion method is disclosed in Chinese patent No. ZL201910009289.6 with the patent name of 'a gas well pressurized well completion process method', the method reduces the construction risk of a pressurized well completion pipe string, avoids the damage of working fluid to a reservoir and prolongs the production period of a gas well, but the method belongs to the field of underbalance in the whole process and gas drilling and well completion and does not relate to oil well production.
In chinese patent No. ZL201811293653.8 entitled "packer, setting tool and drilling and completion integrated method", a completion method is disclosed, in which a packer is pre-installed on a casing and is opened by a setting tool installed on a drill pipe when necessary, but this method is not performed in a pressurized environment; and therefore, the reservoir cannot be effectively protected, and well completion operations may result in severe reservoir contamination.
The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems:
1. in the prior art, the conventional well completion operation can cause serious reservoir pollution, the yield is reduced after the well completion operation, and the stable yield of an oil-gas well is influenced;
2. the prior art lacks a downhole completion method suitable for a downhole tool for operation under pressure for oil well production;
3. the prior art lacks a downhole completion method for operating a downhole tool with pressure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tool suitable for gas and liquid drilling downhole under-pressure well completion, which comprises an upper drill rod combination, a stratum packer tool combination, a production zone tool combination and an oil pipe combination; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the stratum packer tool combination (2) consists of a hand-losing lower joint (21), a drill rod suspension packer (22) and a production layer packer (23) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
the layer production tool combination (3) consists of a bypass valve (31), a check valve (32) and a drill bit (33) which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence;
the oil pipe combination (4) consists of an oil pipe, a centralizer (42) and a guide shoe releasing upper joint (43) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
when the drilling pipe column is normally drilled, the upper drill rod combination (1), the stratum packer tool combination (2) and the production layer tool combination (3) are sequentially connected from top to bottom to form the drilling pipe column for drilling operation;
when the production is carried out, the oil pipe combination (4), the stratum packer tool combination (2) and the production layer tool combination (3) are sequentially connected from top to bottom to form a well completion pipe column for production operation.
2. A tool for gas and liquid drilling downhole completion with pressure according to claim 1, characterized in that, during normal drilling, the drill pipe releasing upper joint (11) and the releasing lower joint (21) are combined to connect the whole drilling string, and the drill pipe releasing upper joint (11) and the releasing lower joint (21) are connected circumferentially through splines.
3. A tool suitable for use in the pressurized completion of a gas and liquid well downhole according to claim 1, wherein the guide shoe lower sub (43) is coupled to the lower sub (21) to connect the entire completion string when production is underway.
4. A method for completing a gas and liquid well downhole under pressure, which is characterized by being carried out by using the tool for completing the gas and liquid well downhole under pressure as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, and comprising the following steps:
s1, dividing the stratum into a plurality of casing sections (5) and an open-hole production section (6) which can be divided into a plurality of sub-layers by a packer according to the requirement of a well completion process;
s2, normally drilling to a target production layer, and in the normal drilling process, sequentially connecting an upper drill rod combination (1), a stratum packer tool combination (2) and a production layer tool combination (3) from top to bottom to form a drilling pipe column; during drilling, the drilling medium descends through the hollow of the pipe column through a check valve (32), enters the annular space from a drill bit (33) and returns to the wellhead device (7) along the annular space;
s3, when entering a well completion process, positioning a drill stem suspension packer (22) to the top end of the open hole production interval (6), setting and packing the production interval; at the moment, a bypass flow channel in the bypass valve (31) is closed, so that oil and gas products in the open hole production interval (6) are prevented from entering the hollow of the tubular column;
s4, after setting is finished, lifting the whole upper drill rod assembly (1) to separate the upper drilling tool assembly from the formation packer tool assembly (2) and withdrawing the shaft;
s5, lowering the oil pipe assembly (4) into the well;
s6, centering the guide shoe releasing upper joint (43) by using the centralizer (42) on the oil pipe assembly (4) and connecting the guide shoe releasing upper joint with the releasing lower joint (21);
s7, if the drilling medium is liquid, putting in a pressure bearing ball (34), and pressing the upper wellhead device (7) to the hollow state to open a bypass flow channel in the bypass valve (31);
if the drilling medium is not liquid, a pressure bearing ball (34) is thrown in, liquid is filled into the hollow of the pipe column, and the upper wellhead device (7) presses the hollow to open a bypass flow channel in the bypass valve (31);
s8, if the bypass flow channel is successfully opened, oil and gas products in the open hole production interval (6) can enter the hollow of the tubular column through the bypass flow channel to perform production operation;
if the bypass flow passage is not opened, a spare flow passage is opened by perforating with a hollow perforating gun (44) in the oil pipe assembly (4), and oil and gas products in the open hole production section (6) enter the hollow of the pipe column through the bypass flow passage to carry out production operation.
5. The method for gas and liquid drilling downhole under pressure completion according to claim 4, wherein in step S2, the drill pipe release upper joint (11) and the release lower joint (21) are connected circumferentially by splines.
6. The method for downhole pressurized completion of gas and liquid drilling according to claim 4, wherein in step S4, the disengagement of the upper drilling tool assembly is achieved by a lower drop sub (21) and an upper drop sub (11) mounted above a drill pipe suspension packer (22).
7. A method for completion of a gas and liquid well under pressure downhole according to claim 6, characterised in that if the release lower sub (21) fails to disengage from the release upper sub (11) of the drill pipe, an explosive release is selected for disengagement.
8. The method for downhole pressurized completion of a gas and liquid well according to claim 4, wherein in step S6, the pipe hanger packer (22) isolates the production zone pressure to an open-hole production zone (6) away from the wellhead when the tubing assembly (4) is retrieved, and further comprising setting the pipe hanger packer (22).
