referring to the attached figure 3, the invention cooperates with a high anti-torsion tail pipe 14 and an expansion hanger 15 to carry out drilling and expansion hanging operations of the tail pipe 14, the upper part of the tail pipe 14 is directly connected with the expansion hanger 15, an expansion cone 12, a pressure transmitting hole 19 and a sealing plug 20 are arranged on a drill pipe 13 in the expansion hanger 15 in advance, the pressure transmitting hole 19 is positioned between the expansion cone 12 and the sealing plug 20, and a pressure transmitting mechanism 16 is opened and communicated with the inner space and the outer space of the drill pipe 13 under certain pressure.
A drill pipe 13 is used to accompany the liner 14, the expansion hanger 15 down the well. The sliding drilling of the pipe string is realized by the method of the first embodiment, the tail pipe 14 and the drill pipe 13 on the upper part of the motor 10 do not rotate; in compound drilling, the tailpipe 14 and the drill pipe 13 simultaneously act as a drill string to perform tailpipe 14 drilling operations.
After drilling of the tail pipe 14 is finished, the pressure transmitting hole 19 is opened through pressure build-up, hydraulic pressure is transmitted to the expansion cone 12, expansion of the expansion hanger 15 is completed through pressure build-up, and suspension sealing of the tail pipe 14 is achieved. Because the expansion stroke of the expansion hanger 15 is short, a pressure cavity is formed by adopting a sealing plug 20 mode, the sealing plug 20, the motor 10 and the reaming-while-drilling bit 1 directly lift out of a well head at one time along with the drill rod 13 after the expansion hanger is hung, and a smooth shaft is formed by single recovery, so that the requirement of subsequent drilling operation is met. The pressure transmission hole can adopt a spline shaft structure disclosed in patent No. 200910143573.9, and the pressure is suppressed to open a blasting disk on the spline shaft to realize pressure transmission. Namely, the explosion disc is arranged in the pressure transmission hole and can be punctured under a certain pressure condition, so that pressure transmission is realized.
It should be noted that while the liner hanger shown in example two is the expansion hanger 15, the present invention may also be used in conjunction with a conventional slip liner hanger for liner drilling operations.
The invention adopts a drilling reaming mode combining the reaming-while-drilling bit 1 and the auxiliary reaming bit 2, and can realize the downward insertion of the tail pipe 14 while drilling; after the tail pipe 14 drills, the drilling tool can be completely recycled, the tail pipe 14 can be used as a technical casing for well completion, the return connection of the tail pipe 14 and the plugging of a complex layer by an open hole are realized, conditions are provided for subsequent drilling, and the problems of leakage and unstable well bore are solved, so that underground accidents are reduced, the drilling safety is improved, and the drilling risk is reduced.

Claims (8)

1. the lower end of the reaming driving mechanism (3) is connected with the auxiliary reaming drill bit (2), the inner wall of the upper end part is provided with a spline groove (7) which is axially inserted into the spline shaft (6) for rotary matching, and the reaming driving mechanism (3) is sleeved in a tail pipe (14) at the upper part;
the sealing bearing (5) is arranged in an annular space between the reaming driving mechanism (3) and the tail pipe (14) and rotationally seals the reaming driving mechanism (3) and the tail pipe (14);
the pressure transmission mechanism (9) and the pressurization mechanism (8) are both positioned at the upper part of the reaming driving mechanism (3), wherein the pressurization mechanism (8) is a boss fixed on the drill rod short section (4), and the pressure transmission mechanism (9) is sleeved between the drill rod short section (4) and the reaming driving mechanism (3) and is positioned below the pressurization mechanism (8);
the drill rod short section (4) transmits the bit pressure to the auxiliary reaming bit (2) and the while-drilling reaming bit (1) through a pressurizing mechanism (8) and a pressure transmitting mechanism (9); the lower end of the drill rod short section (4) together with the ball seat (16) and the reaming-while-drilling drill bit (1) extend out of the bottom of the auxiliary reaming drill bit (2);
the motor (10) is connected between a drill rod (13) and a drill rod short section (4) on the upper portion of the pressurizing mechanism (8), the motor (10) drives the reaming-while-drilling drill bit (1) to rotate through the drill rod short section (4) on the lower portion, and the motor (10) drives the auxiliary reaming drill bit (2) to rotate through the reaming driving mechanism (3).
2. The liner drilling assembly for liner drilling according to claim 1, wherein: the motor (10) is a screw structure motor; the reaming-while-drilling drill bit (1) is an eccentric drill bit or a bi-center drill bit.
