The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the expansion liner comprises: the tail pipe expansion assembly (2) comprises an expansion casing (11), an expansion starter (10) connected with the expansion casing (11), an expansion cone (12) and a cone seat key (20) which are preset in the expansion starter (10), a buckling mechanism (21) and a releasing mechanism (19) which are connected to two ends of the cone seat key (20), and a central pipe (17) which is connected with the releasing mechanism (19) and a motor (18) in the tail pipe drilling assembly (1).

The internal tube recovery type expansion liner drilling equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the tail pipe suspension assembly (3) comprises an expansion outlet (14) connected to the top of the expansion casing (11), a bell-mouth stop block (15) positioned between the expansion outlet (14) and the drill pipe (22), an expansion hanger (13) used for suspending the tail pipe, and a central pipe (17) penetrating through the expansion outlet (14) and downwards connected with the buckling mechanism (21).
