and after the shaft annulus cement sheath 8 between the technical casing and the casing to be recovered is damaged, after the casing to be recovered 6 is lifted, the ground well cementing pump or the slurry pump is closed, the pressure is unloaded to 0, the underground power tool slips 1-1 are released from the inner wall of the technical casing 5, and the underground pressure release valve 2 is opened.

1. The utility model provides an oil gas well sealing sleeve recovery unit which characterized in that: the device comprises a drilling machine, a drill rod, a casing hydraulic cutter and a casing recovery tool, wherein the drilling machine is connected with the head end of the drill rod, the tail end of the drill rod is firstly connected with the casing hydraulic cutter according to the cutting and recovery operation sequence, the drill rod is lifted up after a casing to be recovered is cut by a hydraulic cutter blade on the casing hydraulic cutter, and then the casing recovery tool is connected with the tail end of the drill rod and then is lowered into the top of the casing to be recovered;
the casing pipe recovery tool includes power tool, decompression valve in the pit and can move back formula sleeve pipe and drag for the lance, power tool's head end in the pit with the tail end of drilling rod links to each other be provided with power tool slips in the pit on power tool's the middle part outer wall for the sheathed tube inner wall of interlock technique, power tool's tail end in the pit with the head end of decompression valve in the pit links to each other, the tail end of decompression valve in the pit with the head end that can move back formula sleeve pipe dragged for the lance links to each other, but be provided with on the outer wall of moving back formula sleeve pipe dragged for with treat that the sheathed tube inner wall of retrieving bites in order to realize carrying the purpose of treating recovery sleeve pipe mutually.
2. An oil and gas well sealing casing recovery device according to claim 1, characterized in that: tool joints are arranged between the underground power tool and the underground pressure release valve and between the underground pressure release valve and the retractable casing fishing spear.
3. A method for recovering a sealing casing of an oil and gas well is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, connecting a casing hydraulic cutter with the tail end of a drill rod, starting the drill after the head end of the drill rod is connected with the drill, lowering the casing hydraulic cutter to a cutting position by using the drill rod, cutting and segmenting a casing to be recovered by using a hydraulic cutter blade, recovering the casing hydraulic cutter by using the drill rod after the cutting operation is finished, and taking down the casing hydraulic cutter at the tail end of the drill rod;
step 2, assembling a casing recovery tool, sequentially connecting the underground power tool, the underground pressure release valve and the retractable casing fishing spear from top to bottom, connecting the casing recovery tool with the tail end of a drill rod, starting the drill after the head end of the drill rod is connected with the drill, lowering the casing recovery tool to the top of the casing to be recovered by using the drill rod, according to the length of each tool of the underground power tool, the underground pressure release valve and the retractable casing spear, the part below the underground power tool is sent into the casing to be recovered, and by slowly lifting the casing to be recovered, the internal mechanism of the retractable casing spear props up the retractable casing spear slips to ensure that the retractable casing spear slips are meshed with the inner wall of the casing to be recovered, after the retractable spear is started, the underground pressure release valve is closed in a mode of rotating by using a drilling machine or lifting the casing to be recovered so as to seal a fluid passage in the casing to be recovered;
step 3, starting the underground power tool, connecting a ground well cementation pump or a slurry pump with a drill rod through a pipeline, starting the ground well cementation pump or the slurry pump, slowly pressurizing, shearing an internal shearing safety ring of the underground power tool, keeping the underground power tool in an activated state, continuously and slowly increasing pressure, opening an underground power tool slip by an internal mechanism of the underground power tool, engaging the underground power tool slip with the inner wall of the technical casing, continuously pressurizing, starting the underground power tool to generate pile pulling force, lifting the casing to be recovered and damaging a shaft annulus cement ring between the technical casing and the casing to be recovered;
step 4, after the underground power tool completes one lifting stroke, lifting the drill rod to reset the underground power tool, repeating the step 3, if the annulus cement ring of the shaft between the technical casing and the casing to be recovered cannot be damaged in the step 3, namely the casing to be recovered cannot be lifted, recovering the casing recovery tool by using a drilling machine, replacing the casing recovery tool with a casing hydraulic cutter, repeating the step 1, performing secondary cutting on the casing to be recovered to reduce the length of the casing section recovered once, then recovering the casing hydraulic cutter by using the drilling machine, replacing the casing recovery tool with the casing recovery tool, and repeating the step 3 until the casing to be recovered is lifted;
and 5, stopping the ground cementing pump or the slurry pump, unloading the pressure, reducing the load of the drilling machine or rotating in the opposite direction in the step 2 to open the underground pressure release valve, and recovering the casing recovery tool and the casing to be recovered by using the drilling machine.

An oil and gas well sealing casing recovery method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step 1, according to the well logging and cementing quality data, the quality and the filling condition of a shaft annulus cement sheath between a technical casing and a casing to be recovered are judged, the weak point of the shaft annulus cement sheath between the technical casing and the casing to be recovered is determined, and the cutting position and the length of each section of the cut casing are determined according to the length of the casing to be recovered which is recovered according to the drilling design requirement and the weak point of the shaft annulus cement sheath between the technical casing and the casing to be recovered.

An oil and gas well sealing casing recovery method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in step 2, when the casing recovery tool is assembled, recording the lengths of each tool of the downhole power tool, the downhole pressure release valve and the retractable casing fishing spear; according to the length of recording each tool of the underground power tool, the underground pressure release valve and the retractable casing fishing spear, the length l from the tail end of the retractable casing fishing spear to the tail end of the underground power tool is calculated, the length l is the length of continuing descending of the casing recovery tool, and the starting mode of the underground pressure release valve comprises a lifting type, a rotating type or a throwing type.

An oil and gas well sealing casing recovery method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in step 3, when the pressure exceeds 10MPa, the internal shearing safety ring of the downhole power tool is sheared, the downhole power tool is in an activated state, and the pressure is reduced to 5MPa, wherein the pressure is continuously and slowly increased by using a surface well cementation pump or a mud pump.

An oil and gas well sealing casing recovery method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in step 3, after the slips of the downhole power tool are meshed with the inner wall of the technical casing, the ground cementing pump or the slurry pump is continuously pressed, the pressure starts to keep stable after a first peak value appears, the pressure does not continuously rise, the phenomenon that a shaft annulus cement ring between the technical casing and the casing to be recovered is damaged is shown, the casing to be recovered starts to be recovered, and the pressure starts to fall after a second peak value appears, the phenomenon that the downhole power tool completes one lifting stroke is shown.

An oil and gas well sealing casing recovery method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in step 4, after the pressure of the ground well cementation pump or the slurry pump has a second peak value, the pressure of the pump is reduced to 0, the casing to be recovered is lifted, the lifting length is the one-stroke length of the underground power tool, if the casing to be recovered cannot be lifted, the step 3 is repeated, and when the pressure is stabilized after the pressure has the first peak value, the pile pulling force converted by the pressure is smaller than the lifting force which can be provided by the drilling machine, the operation of the step 3 is repeated.

An oil and gas well sealing casing recovery method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in step 4, the ground cementing pump or the slurry pump continuously works, the pressure continuously rises, and a pressure stabilizing stage does not occur until the maximum working pressure of the underground power tool is reached, which indicates that the well bore annular cement sheath between the technical casing and the casing to be recovered is not damaged, and the casing to be recovered cannot be recovered.
10. Use of an oil and gas well casing recovery device according to claim 1 or 2 in shallow sidetracking operations, wherein: this recovery unit can practice thrift two days' operating time.
