s6, dyeing the elastic cheese, adding vat dye, caustic soda, sodium hydrosulfite, dye liquor and the color fixing agent prepared in the step S5 into the main cylinder at room temperature, stirring for 10min, adding the elastic cheese, and dyeing for 120 min; in step S6, the heat preservation temperature of dyeing is controlled to be 90 ℃, and the rotating speed of the dyeing machine in the main cylinder is controlled to be 100 r/min;
s7, discharging liquid when the temperature in the dyeing vat is reduced to 60 ℃ in the step S6;
s8, after draining, taking out the dyed elastic cheese, starting to carry out overflow water washing on the elastic cheese, then adding acetic acid for neutralization and water washing for 30min, then heating to 50 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide for oxidation for 20min → draining → adding soaping agent and soda, heating to 98 ℃, soaping for 20min, draining → heating to 80 ℃, finally heating for 20min, and then drying the elastic cheese to finish the whole washing process;
s9, drying the elastic cheese in the step S8, and spraying aromatic essential oil of argy wormwood leaves on the surface of the elastic cheese; step S9, setting the temperature inside the dryer to be 110 ℃, and controlling the drying time to be 60 min;
and S10, storing the elastic cheese subjected to sterilization treatment in the step S9, namely finishing the whole dyeing development process, wherein the added deoxyribose and glucose added in the pretreatment enable the color development of the cheese to be basically uniform in the subsequent dyeing process, the difference between the inner layer and the outer layer of the medium-dark color is 4-5 grades, the color of the cheese is not colored, the colored light is pure, and the soaping fastness and the rubbing fastness reach the standard. Through the process test and adjustment, the obtained improved production process can enable the elastic cheese to have excellent color fastness and can endow the product with better quality. The aromatic essential oil of the argy wormwood leaves is sprayed on the elastic cheese in the final drying treatment process, so that peculiar smell generated in the dyeing and manufacturing process is eliminated, the breeding of the idea in the nylon fabric is reduced, and the product characteristics of the elastic cheese in the subsequent use process are improved.

s1, firstly, loosening the bobbin, and loosening the elastic cheese on a BR36 bobbin loosening machine according to the requirements of the conventional bobbin loosening process;
s2, performing pretreatment, preparing a pretreatment agent, weighing 15-25 parts of 1g/L scouring agent, 15-25 parts of 1g/L caustic soda, 15-25 parts of 5% hydrogen peroxide, 15-25 parts of 0.5g/L stabilizer, 15-25 parts of 0.6g/L acetic acid, 15-25 parts of 0.07g/L deoxyenzyme and 15-25 parts of 0.5g/L glucose, and mixing to obtain a pretreatment auxiliary agent;
s3, taking a high-temperature and high-pressure dye vat, adding 1000 parts of water into the high-temperature and high-pressure dye vat, heating the interior of the high-temperature and high-pressure dye vat for 15min, and adding the pretreatment auxiliary agent and the elastic cheese prepared in the step S2 into the interior of the high-temperature and high-pressure dye vat; then heating to 110 ℃, and soaking for 90 min;
s4, cleaning the elastic cheese, drying the elastic cheese after the cleaning is finished,
s5, preparing a color fixing agent;
s6, dyeing the elastic cheese, adding vat dye, caustic soda, sodium hydrosulfite, dye liquor and the color fixing agent prepared in the step S5 into the main cylinder at room temperature, stirring for 10min, adding the elastic cheese, dyeing for 120min,
s7, discharging liquid when the temperature in the dyeing vat is reduced to 60 ℃ in the step S6;
s8, after draining, taking out the dyed elastic cheese, starting to carry out overflow water washing on the elastic cheese, then adding acetic acid for neutralization and water washing for 30min, then heating to 50 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide for oxidation for 20min → draining → adding soaping agent and soda, heating to 98 ℃, soaping for 20min, draining → heating to 80 ℃, finally heating for 20min, and then drying the elastic cheese to finish the whole washing process;
s9, drying the elastic cheese in the step S8, and spraying aromatic essential oil of argy wormwood leaves on the surface of the elastic cheese;
and S10, storing the elastic cheese subjected to sterilization treatment in the step S9, and finishing the whole dyeing development process.
2. The production process of the yarn-dyed TR stretch cheese dyed fabric, as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step S1, the net weight of the cheese is 1020-1050 g/piece after the bobbin loosening is finished, the thickness of a yarn layer is 46-48 mm, and the density is 0.35-0.38 g/cm 3

The production process of the yarn-dyed TR stretch cheese dyed fabric, as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step S3, after 1000 parts of water is added to the inside of the high-temperature and high-pressure dye vat, the water needs to be heated to 70 ℃, and then the pretreatment auxiliary is added to the inside.

6. The production process of the yarn-dyed TR stretch cheese dyed fabric, as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step S6, the heat preservation temperature of the dyeing is controlled to be 90 ℃, and the rotating speed of the dyeing machine in the main cylinder is controlled to be 100 r/min.
