When plants in the planting grooves 13 need to be irrigated, each planting groove 13 is pushed out to a point, a top hole 14 at the top of each planting groove 13 is made to contact with the water leakage pipe 7, then the water suction pump 4 is driven to suck water in the front cylinder 3 upwards, wherein water guide pipe inlets are connected to one ends of the bottoms of the two front cylinders 3, external water is conveniently introduced into the front cylinders 3, the sucked water sequentially enters the water leakage pipe 7 through the connecting pipe 6, finally is dripped into the top hole 14 below from the water leakage pipe 7, drip irrigation is carried out on the plants in the planting grooves 13, redundant water after infiltration enters the water receiving groove 9 from the water receiving hole 12 below from the water outlet 16 to be collected, and the collected water can be discharged after the water receiving groove 9 is disassembled.
