The detection plate 7 is horizontally slipped and arranged inside the vacuum box 1 through the adjusting component, the adjusting component comprises a detection support 5 and a guide rod 6, the detection support 5 is a stainless steel support, the detection support 5 is vertically arranged inside the vacuum box 1 and is positioned on one side of the storage tank 8, and the top end and the bottom end of the detection support 5 are respectively and horizontally slipped and connected with the inner top surface and the inner bottom surface of the vacuum box 1. The guide rod 6 is a transparent organic glass rod, two ends of the guide rod 6 are respectively and detachably and fixedly connected with the detection support 5 and the detection plate 7, the detection support 5 is pushed to horizontally displace in the vacuum box 1, and the horizontal position of the detection plate 7 in the vacuum box 1 can be adjusted, so that the detection plate 7 can be positioned right above the storage pool 8. Preferably, the guide rod 5 and the detection support 5 are detachably fixed, the guide rod 6 is connected with the detection support 5 in a sliding manner up and down, and the distance between the detection plate 7 and the storage tank 8 can be adjusted in the vertical direction.

(3) Starting the vacuum pump 2, observing whether the detection plate 7 changes color, immediately closing the vacuum pump 2 once the detection plate 7 turns red, and recording the air pressure value at the moment, namely P; charging air into the vacuum box 1, replacing and preheating the storage tank 8, injecting new casting materials, replacing the detection plate 7, and performing an air extraction test again; and the detected air pressure is increased by 0.5P until the detection plate 7 keeps a colorless state under a certain detected air pressure, and the air pressure value at the moment is the lowest air pressure of vacuum defoamation.
