本发明属于PVC地板技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨PVC塑料地板结构及生产工艺。
背景技术
PVC塑料地板,即以PVC塑料为主要材质的地板,PVC塑料地板的原料与普通塑料相同,除树脂外还需加入其它辅助原料如增塑剂、稳定剂、填料等等,不过,塑料地板中加入的填料较多,因为它在使用过程中很少受拉力、剪力、撕力等作用,主要受压力和磨擦两种作用,一方面它能降低制品成本,另一方面可提高制品的尺寸稳定性、耐热耐燃性和耐磨性能,具备较好的实用效果,且生产成本较低,广泛应用于各个领域。
但是,现有的技术存在着地板表面损坏时不方便更换和不具备对地板底部起到良好通风功能的问题。
因此,发明一种耐磨PVC塑料地板结构及生产工艺显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐磨PVC塑料地板结构及生产工艺,以解决现有的技术存在着地板表面损坏时不方便更换和不具备对地板底部起到良好通风功能的问题。

一种耐磨PVC塑料地板生产工艺具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:对橡胶材料表面打磨,利用打磨轮分别对橡胶隔离层的上下表面、橡胶支块以及上侧橡胶垫层的上表面和下侧橡胶垫层的下表面打磨处理;
步骤二:对材料进行粘结压合,利用粘结剂对打磨面进行涂抹,然后利用压合机分别将橡胶支块、橡胶隔离层和下侧橡胶垫层压合处理,同时将上侧橡胶垫层、PVC抗压层和PVC耐磨层进行压合处理;
步骤三:对压合完毕的材料烘干,将压合完毕的材料放置在烘干设备内对粘结剂进行烘干;
步骤四:对烘干完毕的材料组装;
第一步:将卡块插槽对接,将PVC板层上下两侧的橡胶卡块分别插接在上侧卡槽的内侧以及下侧卡槽的内侧,实现对PVC板层上下两侧与上侧橡胶垫层以及下侧橡胶垫层的对接;
第二步:利用压合机对其压合,利用压合机将组装完毕的地板进行二次压合;
第三步:对成品进行钻孔处理,根据需求利用钻孔设备间隔一端距离对地板进行钻孔;
第四步:组装成品,最后将柔性透气管插入到地板打好孔洞内进行组装,工作完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.发明型中,所述的上侧橡胶垫层通过上侧卡槽套接在PVC板层上部橡胶卡块的外侧上部,有利于在PVC板层以上部件损坏时可将上侧橡胶垫层从PVC板层的上部拆下进行维护。

3.发明型中,所述的导向座截面设置为三角形,有利于在使用时方便将从上侧导入的空气向两侧散出,以便对橡胶支块缝隙处起到通风透气功能。

如附图1和附图2所示,本发明所述的一种耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,包括橡胶隔离层1,橡胶支块2,无纺布稳定层3,便拆卸连接层4,PVC抗压层5,PVC耐磨层6,UV防刮抗污层7和辅助透气架结构8,所述的橡胶隔离层1的下部分别粘接有橡胶支块2;所述的橡胶隔离层1的上部粘接有无纺布稳定层3;所述的无纺布稳定层3的上部安装有便拆卸连接层4;所述的便拆卸连接层4的上部安装有PVC抗压层5;所述的PVC抗压层5的上部粘接有PVC耐磨层6;所述的PVC耐磨层6的上部设置有UV防刮抗污层7;所述的橡胶隔离层1、无纺布稳定层3、便拆卸连接层4、PVC抗压层5和PVC耐磨层6以及UV防刮抗污层7内分别安装有辅助透气架结构8;所述的便拆卸连接层4包括PVC板层41,橡胶卡块42,上侧橡胶垫层43,上侧卡槽44,下侧橡胶垫层45和下侧卡槽46,所述的PVC板层41的上下两侧分别胶接有橡胶卡块42;所述的PVC板层41的上下两侧还分别设置有上侧橡胶垫层43和下侧橡胶垫层45,所述的上侧橡胶垫层43通过上侧卡槽44套接在PVC板层41上部橡胶卡块42的外侧上部,在PVC板层41以上部件损坏时可将上侧橡胶垫层43从PVC板层41的上部拆下进行维护,所述的下侧橡胶垫层45通过下侧卡槽46套接在PVC板层41下部橡胶卡块42的外侧下部,在PVC板层41以下部件损坏时可将下侧橡胶垫层45从PVC板层41的下部拆板进行维护;所述的上侧橡胶垫层43与PVC抗压层5的下侧粘结设置;所述的下侧橡胶垫层45与无纺布稳定层3的上部粘结设置;所述的上侧橡胶垫层43的内侧下部分别开设有上侧卡槽44;所述的下侧橡胶垫层45的上侧分别开设有下侧卡槽46。
如附图3所示,上述实施例中,具体的,所述的辅助透气架结构8包括柔性透气管81,插接环82,防护网83,导向框84和导向座85,所述的柔性透气管81的内侧上部插接有插接环82;所述的插接环82的上部粘结有防护网83;所述的柔性透气管81的底部粘结有导向框84;所述的导向框84的内侧粘结有导向座85,所述的导向座85截面设置为三角形,在使用时方便将从上侧导入的空气向两侧散出,以便对橡胶支块2缝隙处起到通风透气功能。
如附图4和附图5所示,一种耐磨PVC塑料地板生产工艺具体包括以下步骤:
S101:对橡胶材料表面打磨,利用打磨轮分别对橡胶隔离层1的上下表面、橡胶支块2以及上侧橡胶垫层43的上表面和下侧橡胶垫层45的下表面打磨处理;
S102:对材料进行粘结压合,利用粘结剂对打磨面进行涂抹,然后利用压合机分别将橡胶支块2、橡胶隔离层1和下侧橡胶垫层45压合处理,同时将上侧橡胶垫层43、PVC抗压层5和PVC耐磨层6进行压合处理;
S103:对压合完毕的材料烘干,将压合完毕的材料放置在烘干设备内对粘结剂进行烘干;
S104:对烘干完毕的材料组装;
S401:将卡块插槽对接,将PVC板层41上下两侧的橡胶卡块42分别插接在上侧卡槽44的内侧以及下侧卡槽46的内侧,实现对PVC板层41上下两侧与上侧橡胶垫层43以及下侧橡胶垫层45的对接;
S402:利用压合机对其压合,利用压合机将组装完毕的地板进行二次压合;
S403:对成品进行钻孔处理,根据需求利用钻孔设备间隔一端距离对地板进行钻孔;
S404:组装成品,最后将柔性透气管81插入到地板打好孔洞内进行组装,工作完成。
工作原理
正常使用时可利用防护网83对柔性透气管81的上部起到防尘作用,同时能够对橡胶支块2缝隙起到透气作用,间隔一端时间可向柔性透气管81内吹风,以便降低地板底部的湿度,当地板的表面损坏时可将利用上侧橡胶垫层43将上侧卡槽44从橡胶卡块42内拆下,以便快速对PVC板层41以上的部件更换维护。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,其特征在于,该耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,包括橡胶隔离层(1),橡胶支块(2),无纺布稳定层(3),便拆卸连接层(4),PVC抗压层(5),PVC耐磨层(6),UV防刮抗污层(7)和辅助透气架结构(8),所述的橡胶隔离层(1)的下部分别粘接有橡胶支块(2);所述的橡胶隔离层(1)的上部粘接有无纺布稳定层(3);所述的无纺布稳定层(3)的上部安装有便拆卸连接层(4);所述的便拆卸连接层(4)的上部安装有PVC抗压层(5);所述的PVC抗压层(5)的上部粘接有PVC耐磨层(6);所述的PVC耐磨层(6)的上部设置有UV防刮抗污层(7);所述的橡胶隔离层(1)、无纺布稳定层(3)、便拆卸连接层(4)、PVC抗压层(5)和PVC耐磨层(6)以及UV防刮抗污层(7)内分别安装有辅助透气架结构(8);所述的便拆卸连接层(4)包括PVC板层(41),橡胶卡块(42),上侧橡胶垫层(43),上侧卡槽(44),下侧橡胶垫层(45)和下侧卡槽(46),所述的PVC板层(41)的上下两侧分别胶接有橡胶卡块(42);所述的PVC板层(41)的上下两侧还分别设置有上侧橡胶垫层(43)和下侧橡胶垫层(45);所述的上侧橡胶垫层(43)与PVC抗压层(5)的下侧粘结设置;所述的下侧橡胶垫层(45)与无纺布稳定层(3)的上部粘结设置;所述的上侧橡胶垫层(43)的内侧下部分别开设有上侧卡槽(44);所述的下侧橡胶垫层(45)的上侧分别开设有下侧卡槽(46)。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,其特征在于,所述的辅助透气架结构(8)包括柔性透气管(81),插接环(82),防护网(83),导向框(84)和导向座(85),所述的柔性透气管(81)的内侧上部插接有插接环(82);所述的插接环(82)的上部粘结有防护网(83);所述的柔性透气管(81)的底部粘结有导向框(84);所述的导向框(84)的内侧粘结有导向座(85)。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,其特征在于,所述的上侧橡胶垫层(43)通过上侧卡槽(44)套接在PVC板层(41)上部橡胶卡块(42)的外侧上部。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,其特征在于,所述的下侧橡胶垫层(45)通过下侧卡槽(46)套接在PVC板层(41)下部橡胶卡块(42)的外侧下部。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,其特征在于,所述的导向座(85)截面设置为三角形。
6.如权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC塑料地板结构,其特征在于,所述的柔性透气管(81)分别插接在橡胶隔离层(1)、无纺布稳定层(3),下侧橡胶垫层(45),PVC板层(41)、上侧橡胶垫层(43)、PVC抗压层(5)和PVC耐磨层(6)以及UV防刮抗污层(7)的内侧。
7.根据上述权利要求1或2任一权利要求所述的耐磨PVC塑料地板生产工艺,其特征在于,该耐磨PVC塑料地板生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:对橡胶材料表面打磨,利用打磨轮分别对橡胶隔离层(1)的上下表面、橡胶支块(2)以及上侧橡胶垫层(43)的上表面和下侧橡胶垫层(45)的下表面打磨处理;
步骤二:对材料进行粘结压合,利用粘结剂对打磨面进行涂抹,然后利用压合机分别将橡胶支块(2)、橡胶隔离层(1)和下侧橡胶垫层(45)压合处理,同时将上侧橡胶垫层(43)、PVC抗压层(5)和PVC耐磨层(6)进行压合处理;
步骤三:对压合完毕的材料烘干,将压合完毕的材料放置在烘干设备内对粘结剂进行烘干;
步骤四:对烘干完毕的材料组装;
第一步:将卡块插槽对接,将PVC板层(41)上下两侧的橡胶卡块(42)分别插接在上侧卡槽(44)的内侧以及下侧卡槽(46)的内侧,实现对PVC板层(41)上下两侧与上侧橡胶垫层(43)以及下侧橡胶垫层(45)的对接;
第二步:利用压合机对其压合,利用压合机将组装完毕的地板进行二次压合;
第三步:对成品进行钻孔处理,根据需求利用钻孔设备间隔一端距离对地板进行钻孔;
第四步:组装成品,最后将柔性透气管(81)插入到地板打好孔洞内进行组装,工作完成。
