Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of urban and rural planning, and particularly relates to a garden street layout structure.
Background
With the continuous development of the present technology, the pushing of the dense road network small block is the development trend of the domestic future newcastle. The method enables the common wide road blocks in the original newcastle to be divided in a higher density, increases capillary vessels of urban traffic, and increases the proportion of open streets to the outside, thereby improving the space potential of public activities of urban organizations.
However, research and practice have found that, while this mode is pursued, on the one hand, small blocks dominated by residential functions surrounded by four-sided motorways present a significant problem of low fitness; the negative effects of pedestrian safety threat, automobile exhaust, external noise, external sight to the private interference in the cell, compression of the original neighborhood activity space of the cell and the like are amplified in the small neighborhood mode.
Aiming at the situation, a plurality of ideas or design strategies are proposed at home and abroad; for example, the motor vehicle passing function of the original road sections added among the neighborhood is canceled, and the motor vehicle passing function is used as a way of purely walking public commercial streets; the traffic control system also has the function of keeping certain road traffic, and introduces concepts of street sharing, traffic stabilization, time division and the like so as to maximally balance the contradiction between the walking priority and necessary maneuvering traffic.
However, examining the above ways, the former needs to completely exclude the motor vehicle passing function of the road between the blocks, and is not the original purpose of the nationally advocated dense road network small block, and the commercial noise of the pure public pedestrian street will destroy the quiet living atmosphere of the community; the latter, though the theory is more, does not present a standardized design paradigm, achieve the effects of traffic, walking safety, and multi-win in community interaction; more importantly, no matter what way is above, as a result, public activities at the urban level are introduced between the blocks, and the space originally owned by the community interaction and internal security in the originally large residential block is replaced by the open urban space field, and no design strategy for balancing adjacent space has been proposed yet.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a garden street layout structure which not only maintains the passing function of a two-lane neighborhood road, but also provides a city place for balancing daily traffic of adjacent space.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the spatial layout of a street in accordance with the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the garden street comprises a semi-public space formed by a motor vehicle three-dimensional traffic module combined underground and above ground and a ground element organization.
The motor vehicle three-dimensional traffic module comprises an underground part and a ground part; under the system of small blocks of the dense road network, branches among residential blocks mainly take auxiliary communication functions, and meanwhile, the situation that traffic flow difference between peak and off-peak periods is large exists, so that the possibility of carrying out three-dimensional compound space recombination is generated for branches with remarkably smaller traffic demands on ground motor vehicles in the off-peak periods; an underground passage is arranged for passing in a full time period by combining the construction of an underground garage; the other part of the road is arranged on the ground, but adopts stable and static measures such as zigzag, slow paving, turning radius reduction and the like, and can implement traffic control means such as time sharing and the like according to the situation, so as to achieve the effect of no motor vehicle on the ground in off-peak period; the method is suitable for synchronous implementation with underground space development of high-density residential communities, achieves the effect of not increasing excessive extra cost (underpass), can free up the ground space of the original branch road among a large number of residential neighborhood, and provides a space foundation for more valuable public behaviors of ground organization;
the underground part is a full-period underpass road [ r1], and the design requirements of the underpass road are as follows:
(1) the width of the underpass road is 4-5 meters, the gradient of the ramp is 10% -15%, and the underpass road passes through the neighborhood at the elevation of about-5 m (the elevation of the ground is +/-0);
(2) a 10-15 m ground linear space is reserved before the vehicle is worn down, so that a vehicle waiting space is ensured, and a space buffering effect of reducing the interweaving of a downhill space and ground pedestrians is achieved;
(3) the end of the underpass road should adopt plane offset design, prevent underpass section from facing the roadway, play the role of reducing the speed of a motor vehicle, increasing the safety of pedestrians on the ground.
The ground part is a zigzag shared road [ r2], and the design requirements of the shared road are as follows:
(1) the shared road is an engine-non-mixed traffic lane which does not mark the center line. The shared road shares an intersection plane with an urban road intersection and a downward-penetrating road, and is split in a green island guiding direction;
(2) the width of the shared lane is 4-6m, and the peripheral space is distinguished in a pavement mode, so that road surface height difference caused by the arrangement of a curb stone and the like is avoided. The minimum turning radius is 6m, so that the mode reminds a driver of entering a particularly stable space, and the purpose of promoting the driver to drive carefully is achieved;
(3) the shared lane is partially designed by adopting plane offset, and is horizontally offset at 1-2 positions, wherein the distance of the horizontal offset is at least more than 2.4 meters; the lane is not smooth, the excessive speed of the vehicle is prevented, the safety of surrounding active people is improved, and the difference of the integral areas of the two sides is formed by shifting;
(4) traffic in peak hours or emergency situations provides a defined headspace: in the 4-6m space, the motor vehicle can pass according to the peak time period of the city where the project is located in the morning and evening or under special emergency conditions (the motor vehicle passes in the time period, the speed of the motor vehicle cannot exceed 20 km/h.). Other periods prohibit motor vehicles from entering the street forbidden areas, and walking and non-motor vehicles normally pass;
(5) in the forbidden period of the motor vehicle, the shared road is used as a landscape pavement, and convenience facilities such as temporary vending exhibits and the like are allowed to be placed on the pavement, so that the vigor of the street is improved;
(6) at least 2.5 meters of slow-running passing space is reserved between the two sides of the lane and the cell boundary so that the two sides of the traffic period can still ensure the walking comfort of pedestrians;
(7) the underground and the end part of the ground lane share the road surface (the width is 8-12 m), so that the total area occupied by the lane at the lane opening is reduced, and the available surface of the ground space is enlarged.
The semi-public space is positioned between two residential small blocks, and the potential demands of people do not completely coincide with urban public activities, so that the invention constructs the space as a 'semi-public' space with a neighborhood level through specific space element organization, and has the advantages of safety monitoring, daily communication of communities, relatives in scale and attribution sense;
the structure of the semi-public space place comprises:
1. the width of the ground part of the garden street is 20-25 meters, and the space recognition sense is formed by adopting the non-permeable enclosing wall [ w ] to enclose and limit;
on the one hand, the original branch width of the neighborhood is generally in the numerical range, on the other hand, through classical researches at home and abroad, the face detail can be recognized under the distance of 25 meters, which is a space condition for generating a sense of relativity (in classical theoretical analysis, most theorists, such as Site, gibbd, luyuan, and Linqi, consider that the square base surface scale of 20-25 m is pleasant;
in addition, the space is limited by a solid enclosing wall or a residential mountain wall which is closed or semi-closed (the permeability is less than 50 percent), under the limitation, the sight perception of people in the space is controllable, and the clear field sense can be generated; (if a fully open fence such as a line-of-sight fence is replaced, the sense of containment definition of this affinity space will be impaired).
2. Two sets (four in total) of space defining elements [ a ] - [ b ], [ c ] - [ d ] forming a transition of the urban semi-public space; a small square fused with the city is formed, and a quiet space is naturally formed in the middle of the small square, so that space division with proper movement and static and multiple functions is generated; the method is specifically arranged as follows;
1) [ a ]/[ b ]: the enclosing limiting elements of the small squares [ s1] at the two ends of the garden street are respectively perpendicular to the main direction of the garden street; wherein the design requirements are as follows:
(1) the [ a ]/[ b ] can include, but is not limited to, landscape structures, vegetation with full time vision shielding effect, and the like;
(2) [ a ]/[ b ] is no more than 25 meters (face distance) from the entrance (calculated by the distance of the red line of the peripheral road surrounding the neighborhood); meanwhile, the distance from the inlet cannot be too narrow, and the small square [ s1/s2] area enclosed by the inlet is required to be more than 200 square meters so as to meet the basic use function of the small square meter;
(3) the height of the main body of the [ a ]/[ b ] is greater than 2 meters so as to form a basic visual line enclosing requirement;
(4) the width of [ a ]/[ b ] is expanded as much as possible and at least props against the near side retaining wall of the one-side downward-penetrating road [ r1] to form a clear enclosing effect;
(5) the crossing part of the limiting object and the shared road r2 should reserve the passing space of the fire-fighting lane.
2) [ c ]/[ d ]: the enclosing limiting elements of the central intersection place [ s3] of the garden street are respectively arranged perpendicular to the main direction of the garden street; wherein the design requirements are as follows:
(1) the [ c ]/[ d ] can be formed by singly or mutually combining elements with space limiting effect, such as landscape structures, vegetation with full-time vision shielding effect and the like;
(2) the position [ c ]/[ d ] is arranged at the end of the under-wearing road [ r1] and bears the functions of partial noise and tail gas shielding.
(3) The height of the main body of the [ c ]/[ d ] is greater than 2 meters so as to form a basic visual line enclosing requirement;
(4) the width of [ c ]/[ d ] should be expanded as much as possible, satisfying the following: at least propped against the far side retaining wall of the one-side downward-penetrating road [ r1] to form a definite enclosing effect; and at the same time, the aspect ratio [ s3] is 4 or less: 1, avoiding the formation of a narrow channel space.
3. A public activity element supply;
on the basis of forming basic dynamic, static and active atmosphere division, proper public active elements are further introduced to promote interaction, and meanwhile, street eyes are generated, so that the space has a safer sense;
wherein the common activity element comprises:
1) Street corner public service interface;
the public service interfaces [ g1/g2] on both sides of the entrance small squares [ s1, s 2]. Such public service interfaces should be specified before the land of the two-sided residence is let out and supplied by the cell; the public service interface comprises general small business service functions and community matching service functions, such as restaurants, meetings, coffee shops, fresh flower shops and the like; the public service interface can select one side, two sides, two ends, one end and other conditions according to actual conditions;
2) A central interaction site [ s3] and enclosed public interfaces;
s3 the public service interface can be selected and supplied by a district or a garden street operator, and the public service interface relates to the district and is regulated before the land of the two sides of the house is let out; the public interface comprises general small community service functions such as tea rooms, meetings, coffee shops and the like, but needs to exclude business behavior with high interference to residents; providing a public interface, wherein the public interface can be selected from one side, two sides, three sides and the like of [ c ], [ d ], [ t ], but the rule setting of the following 'street eye' clauses is required to be satisfied;
3) District walk-in entrance and exit
The two sides of the garden street are provided with walk-in entrances and exits [ e1/e2] of the district; the regulation can be carried out before the land of the two-side residence is let out; the purpose of the entrance and exit is to introduce the walking pedestrians of the cells at the two sides of the original random organization into the garden street so as to lead the walking trips of the residents of the cells to generate larger intersections with the garden street, increase the utilization rate of facilities along the line, the sight line monitoring function, increase the daily public interaction, especially the sporadic interaction behavior, and form the forward circulation of each space use;
4) The overlay requirements of the Street Eye rule and the public interface;
the public interface not only provides vitality, but also provides 'eyes' on the garden street, which is not a full-time monitor, and in the limitation of the 'semi-public space', the public interface is a spontaneous owner on the street, and the public interface and a plurality of pedestrians ensure the safety of the street together, so that criminal activities can be restrained; and a safe street with public life activity is also an important environment for children to grow.
The invention takes 25 meters (maximum distance of face recognition) as a standard, namely, all public interfaces in the street take 25 meters as radius, the accumulated coverage should be distributed over the whole street area, and the standard can inspect the minimum width and the position of all public interfaces on the street.
In addition, if the coverage accumulation on [ e ], [ c ], [ d ] and [ g ] does not meet the full coverage requirement, the service functions (such as sentry box and consultation pavilion) can be introduced into the [ a ], [ b ], and flexible and small-sized public interface elements [ z ] at other positions on the garden street can be further added to meet the full coverage requirement, wherein the [ z ] can be a temporary structure, and the size is less than 30 square meters.

(2) a 10-15 m ground linear space is reserved before the vehicle is worn down, so that a vehicle waiting space is ensured, and a space buffering effect of reducing the interweaving of a downhill space and ground pedestrians is achieved;
(3) the end of the underpass road should adopt plane offset design, prevent underpass section from facing the roadway, play the role of reducing the speed of a motor vehicle, increasing the safety of pedestrians on the ground.
3. The street layout structure according to claim 1, wherein the design requirements of the shared road are:
(1) the shared road is a mechanical and non-mixed traffic lane which does not mark a central line, shares an intersection plane with an urban road intersection and a downward-penetrating road, and is split in a green island guiding direction;
(2) the width of the shared lane is 4-6m, the peripheral space is distinguished according to the pavement style, the method of generating road surface height difference by arranging a curb stone and the like is not needed, and the minimum turning radius is 6m;
(3) the shared lane is partially designed by adopting plane offset, and is horizontally offset at 1-2 positions, wherein the distance of the horizontal offset is at least more than 2.4 meters;
(4) in the 4-6m space, according to the peak time period of the city where the project is located in the morning and evening, or under special emergency conditions, vehicles can pass, other time periods can prohibit the vehicles from entering a forbidden street area, and walking and non-vehicles can pass normally;
(5) in the forbidden period of the motor vehicle, the shared road is used as a landscape pavement, and convenience facilities such as temporary vending exhibits and the like are allowed to be placed on the pavement;
(6) at least 2.5 m slow-running passing space is reserved between the two sides of the lane and the cell boundary;
(7) the width of the ground surface is 8-12 m, and the total area occupied by the lane is reduced, so that the available surface of the ground space is enlarged.
