An invagination groove 871 matched with the bottle cap is arranged at the central position of the lower end surface of the pressing plate 87, and a friction section 8711 capable of increasing friction force is arranged in the invagination groove 871.
In the embodiment, the bottle body is transported by arranging the conveying table 11, and the conveying table 11 is provided with the first clamping fixture, so that the position of the bottle body can be effectively adjusted and limited, and the subsequent injection device can conveniently and accurately inject butralin into the bottle body; the second clamping and fixing piece can effectively adjust and limit the position of the bottle body again, so that the bottle cap placing device convenient for game can accurately place the bottle cap on the upper end opening of the bottle body; the bottle cap screwing device can automatically screw the bottle cap placed on the bottle body. Each part is rational in infrastructure, can carry out automatic production procedure, and production efficiency is high, can effectively reduce the expenditure of cost of labor.

the bottle cap screwing-down device is arranged on the left side of the bottle cap putting device and is used for screwing the bottle cap placed on the bottle body.

The butralin production system according to claim 1, wherein: the first clamping and fixing part comprises fixing parts which are respectively fixed on the inner side and the outer side of a conveying platform (11), each fixing part comprises a lower end fixing seat (21) fixed on the side wall of the conveying platform (11), a sunken section (22) through which a conveying belt (12) can pass is arranged at the upper end of the lower end fixing seat (21), an extending section (23) is further fixedly arranged at the upper end of the lower end fixing seat (21), a cylindrical platform column (24) is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the extending section (23), a transverse abutting rod (25) is arranged in the platform column (24), a clamping block (26) is fixedly arranged at the inner side end part of the transverse abutting rod (25), a plane section (261) and two limiting sections (262) are arranged on the end face of the clamping block (26), and the two limiting sections (262) can be contacted with an outer convex line section arranged on a bottle body, the bottle body is better limited; the upper end of the column (24) is screwed with a locking bolt (27), and the lower end of the locking bolt (27) can prop against a transverse propping rod (25) positioned in the column (24) so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the transverse propping rod (25).

The sec-butyl production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the injection device comprises a bearing table (31) fixed on the inner side of the conveying table (11), and two driving pieces are arranged on the upper end surface of the bearing table (31); each driving piece comprises a driving cylinder (32), the driving cylinders (32) are transversely arranged, sliding seats (33) are fixedly arranged on output shafts of the driving cylinders (32), small cylinders (34) are fixedly arranged on the sliding seats (33), pushing connecting rods (35) are fixedly arranged on the output shafts of the small cylinders (34), pushing balls (36) moving along with the pushing connecting rods (35) are arranged on the pushing connecting rods (35), the pushing balls (36) can reciprocate on the upper end face of the bearing table (31) under the action force of the small cylinders (34), and injection pipes (37) used for realizing butralin output are fixedly arranged on the pushing balls (36); a limit stop (38) which can block the pushing ball (36) and prevent the pushing ball (36) from falling off the bearing table (31) is fixedly arranged on the bearing table (31); the injection device further comprises an accommodating box (39) for accommodating butralin to be injected, two arc-shaped guide pipelines (391) are fixedly arranged at the lower end of the accommodating box (39), and the two guide pipelines (391) are respectively fixed at the upper ends of the two push balls (36) and communicated with the inside of the push balls (36).

a fixed block (51) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the upper end movable seat (46), an extension push block (52) is fixedly arranged on the fixed block (51), two small clamping frames (53) are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the extension push block (52), and small push wheels (54) are rotatably arranged in the two small clamping frames (53); a spacing cavity (55) is arranged between the two small clamping frames (53);
the second clamping fixing piece further comprises an inner side fixing frame (61) fixed on the inner side of the conveying table (11), a large clamping frame (62) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the inner side fixing frame (61), a large pushing wheel (63) is rotatably arranged on the large clamping frame (62), and the position of the large pushing wheel (63) corresponds to the position of the spacing cavity (55).
