Referring to fig. 7, the leveling mechanism 4 includes two side plates 401 respectively fixed to two sides of the top of the first conveyor 1, a plurality of leveling cylinders 402 are fixed to sides of the two side plates 401 away from each other, and output ends of the leveling cylinders 402 pass through the side plates 401 and are fixed with leveling plates 403. By arranging the leveling mechanism 4, the leveling cylinder 402 pushes the leveling plate 403 to level the plate on the first conveyor 1, so that the subsequent processing of the plate is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 8, the drying mechanism 5 includes a drying box 501 fixed to the top of two side plates 401, a drying plate 502 slidably connected to the inside of the drying box 501, openings are formed in the bottoms of the drying box 501 and the drying plate 502, a plurality of electric heating rollers 503 are disposed on the inner surface of the drying plate 502, a drying cylinder 504 is fixed to the top of the drying box 501, and an output end of the drying cylinder 504 passes through the drying box 501 and is fixed to the drying plate 502. Through setting up stoving mechanism 5 for stoving cylinder 504 drives stoving board 502 and moves down, makes a plurality of electrical heating rollers 503 remove to the panel surface, heats the panel stoving, avoids panel because piling up the rust that wets, guarantees the production quality of panel.
Referring to fig. 9, the cleaning mechanism 6 includes two symmetrically distributed first fixing plates 601 and second fixing plates 602, the first fixing plates 601 and the second fixing plates 602 are respectively fixed with the top and side surfaces of the first conveyor 1, a connecting plate 603 is rotatably connected between the top ends of the two first fixing plates 601, one end inner surface of the connecting plate 603 is rotatably connected with a first cleaning roller 604, one end inner surface of the second fixing plate 602 is rotatably connected with a second cleaning roller 605, and the first cleaning roller 604 contacts with the second cleaning roller 605 under the action of gravity. Through setting up clearance mechanism 6 for the panel of first conveyer 1 transportation is clear up the dust on panel surface through first clearance roller 604 and second clearance roller 605, and connecting plate 603 can rotate round first fixed plate 601, makes clearance mechanism 6 can satisfy the panel clearance demand of different specifications, and application scope is wide.
Working principle:
when the invention is used, a plurality of stacked plates are placed on the lifting plate 209, the suction cylinder 202 is used for pushing the negative pressure suction disc 203 to suck the plates positioned above, the feeding cylinder 204 is used for pushing the plates to enter between the first feeding roller 211 and the second feeding roller 212, the first feeding roller 211 and the second feeding roller 212 rotate to convey the plates to the first conveyor 1, meanwhile, the lifting motor 210 drives the first screw rod 207 to rotate, and the lifting plate 209 is driven to move upwards by matching with the sliding rod and the moving seat 208, so that the plates below are moved to the feeding height to continue feeding;
the lifting pushing cylinder 402 pushes the pushing plate 403 to push the plate on the first conveyor 1 to be flat, and the lifting drying cylinder 504 drives the drying plate 502 to move downwards, so that a plurality of electric heating rollers 503 move to the surface of the plate to dry and heat the plate; the plate transported by the first conveyor 1 passes through the first cleaning roller 604 and the second cleaning roller 605 to clean dust on the surface of the plate;
the dried and cleaned plates enter the storage box 301 and fall on the second conveyor 302, the double-headed screw rod 311 is driven to rotate by the handle 313, the two clamping brackets 306 are driven to move in opposite directions by the cooperation of the screw seat 312, so that the distance between the two clamping rods 307 is adjusted to be slightly larger than the required plate size according to the requirements, when the quality is checked, a plurality of plates move on the second conveyor 302, the plates push the first clamping rod 307 to bend and stop when contacting the second clamping rod 307, if the plate size meets the requirements, the first clamping rod 307 is reset under the action of the torsion spring, the plates are just positioned between the two clamping rods 307, the clamping plate 310 is pushed by the clamping cylinder 309 to clamp the plates, and the plates are moved into the storage tank 303 by the moving assembly; if the size of the sheet material does not meet the requirement, when the sheet material contacts the second clamping rod 307, the first clamping rod 307 does not reset, and the extrusion cylinder 308 pushes the extrusion ball to bend the second clamping rod 307, so that the sheet material is directly conveyed into the waste groove 304 through the second conveyor 302.

the drying mechanism (5) comprises a drying box (501) fixed with the tops of the two side plates (401), a drying plate (502) is connected inside the drying box (501) in a sliding manner, a plurality of electric heating rollers (503) are arranged on the inner surface of the drying plate (502), a drying cylinder (504) is fixed at the top of the drying box (501), and the output end of the drying cylinder (504) is fixed with the drying plate (502);
