Abstract
本发明公开一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,它由保护层、粘结剂层粘结剂层、铝箔层粘结剂层聚丙烯热封功能层。保护层膜材料由尼龙或尼龙/聚酯共挤膜或尼龙/聚酯复合膜组成,具有耐高温、防腐蚀、耐穿刺功能,且材料耐折性好、耐老化、耐摩擦;铝箔层具有双面耐腐蚀功能,材料阻隔性、成型性优良;聚丙烯热封功能层具有吸除水分的功能,始终保持密封空间内水分低于一定的含水量,在产品吸除水分能力范围内源源不断保持吸除水分能力。适用于动力电池、手机电池等保质期要求较长及使用环境湿度恶劣的锂电池。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池封装技术领域,具体为一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜。
背景技术
目前锂电池包装有软包及铝壳两种包装方式,软包锂电池具有安全、防爆的有点,但是软包锂电池由于受水分的影响极易形成鼓包、涨包,虽然软包铝塑膜含有铝箔层具备优良的阻隔性,但是热封横截面以及铝箔针孔等因素存在,必然导致外界水汽会由横截面、极耳位、铝箔针孔等进入锂电池内部,导致电池安全及影响寿命。
该发明实施制成的材料可长时间保持吸水功能,直到吸水饱和达到吸水极限值,可大大增加软包锂电池循环寿命,保持锂电池内部不受外界水汽的影响,降低因水汽造成的鼓包、涨包等不良现象。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,包括单层的、或者多层复合而成的保护层、粘结剂层、铝箔层、粘结剂层、聚丙烯热封功能层复合粘结而成,该铝塑膜聚丙烯热封功能层具有吸除锂电池内或外界通过热封横截面渗透进电池内部的水分功能,聚丙烯热封功能层通常为3层、5层或多层聚丙烯及添加剂组成,通过干式复合或挤出复合与铝箔层复合。
优选的,所述保护层膜材料由尼龙或尼龙/聚酯共挤膜或尼龙/聚酯复合膜组成,厚度为15~30μm。
优选的,所述粘结剂层为聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚醋酸乙烯类双组分溶剂型胶黏剂或无溶剂型胶黏剂中的一种或多种混合胶粘剂,厚度为4~5μm。
优选的,所述铝箔层由8021/8079合金“O”态铝箔经双面防腐处理,厚度为20~60μm。
优选的,所述粘结剂为改性聚烯烃树脂,厚度为2~3μm。
优选的,所述聚丙烯热封功能层中间层为吸除水分功能层,中间聚丙烯层厚度占整个聚丙烯膜50%~80%,中间层添加剂可能是分子筛,还包括硅胶、沸石、硫酸钙、氯化钙、氧化钙、蒙脱石、活性氧化铝、五氧化二磷等,其中一种或多种组合添加在中间聚丙烯层中,添加比例为5%~20%,总厚度为 20~100μm。

复合层PP5-1原料选用:聚丙烯树脂为韩国三星化学的RH401、烯烃类弹性体为日本可乐丽公司的7311,重量比为80:20。
热封层PP5-3原料选用:聚丙烯树脂为韩国三星化学的RH402、烯烃类弹性体为日本可乐丽公司的7311、爽滑剂树脂为香港PPSLIP00270,重量比为 67:30:3。
吸水层PP原料选用:中石化FC801、分子筛为纳米级的STA-003、烯烃类弹性体为日本可乐丽公司的7311,重量比为70:5:25。

热封层PP5-3原料选用:聚丙烯树脂为韩国三星化学的RH402、烯烃类弹性体为日本可乐丽公司的7311、爽滑剂树脂为香港PPSLIP00270,重量比为 67:30:3。
吸水层PP原料选用:中石化FC801、分子筛为纳米级的STA-003、烯烃类弹性体为日本可乐丽公司的7311,重量比为55:20:25。
PP复合层5-1:吸水层PP5-2:PP热封层5-3=1:8:1。
PP复合层厚度为80μm,锂电池铝塑膜总厚度为152μm。
通过以上实施例制成的锂电池铝塑膜,裁切10片10cm*10cm大小铝塑膜片,天平称量并记录重量,放置在温度60℃、95%恒温恒湿箱中,时长10天,拿出后用无纺布擦拭干净表层水分,并在100℃干燥烘箱内部烘烤10s彻底去除表面残存水汽,天平称量吸湿后重量,推算出每平方米面积下的吸湿水蒸气能力。见下表1

Claims (6)
1.一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,包括单层的、或者多层复合而成的保护层(1)、粘结剂层(2)、铝箔层(3)、粘结剂层(4)、聚丙烯热封功能层(5)复合粘结而成,其特征在于:该铝塑膜聚丙烯热封功能层(5)具有吸除锂电池内或外界通过热封横截面渗透进电池内部的水分功能,聚丙烯热封功能层(5)通常为3层、5层或多层聚丙烯及添加剂组成,通过干式复合或挤出复合与铝箔层(3)复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述保护层膜(1)材料由尼龙或尼龙/聚酯共挤膜或尼龙/聚酯复合膜组成,厚度为15~30μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述粘结剂层(2)为聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚醋酸乙烯类双组分溶剂型胶黏剂或无溶剂型胶黏剂中的一种或多种混合胶粘剂,厚度为4~5μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述铝箔层(3)由8021/8079合金“O”态铝箔经双面防腐处理,厚度为20~60μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述粘结剂(4)为改性聚烯烃树脂,厚度为2~3μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸除水分功能的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯热封功能层(5)中间层为吸除水分功能层,中间聚丙烯层厚度占整个聚丙烯膜50%~80%,中间层添加剂可能是分子筛,还包括硅胶、沸石、硫酸钙、氯化钙、氧化钙、蒙脱石、活性氧化铝、五氧化二磷等,其中一种或多种组合添加在中间聚丙烯层中,添加比例为5%~20%,总厚度为20~100μm。
