Claims (18)

1. A method of purchasing an item, comprising:
in the vehicle driving process, obtaining vehicle navigation information, and determining the distance between the vehicle and the nearest service station according to the vehicle navigation information;
when the distance is within a preset range, acquiring an article required to be purchased by a user so as to be sent to the service station;
receiving a bill sent by the service station;
acquiring a payment account of the user, paying the bill to a third-party payment platform associated with the server by adopting the payment account, and sending a payment success notification to the service station by the third-party payment platform after the payment is successful, so that the service station prepares an article purchased by the user after receiving the payment success notification, and delivering the article purchased by the user to the user after the service station detects that the vehicle of the user enters the station;
and receiving the processing flow information of the items purchased by the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining vehicle navigation information comprises:
acquiring background data of vehicle navigation software installed on a mobile terminal;
or,
and acquiring navigation voice played by navigation software, recognizing the navigation voice and extracting the distance between the vehicle and the nearest service station from the recognition result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the items that the user needs to purchase comprises:
when a user dictates an article required to be purchased, acquiring the voice of the user, and extracting the article required to be purchased from the voice of the user;
or,
acquiring a telephone number of the service station;
triggering a dialing function to dial the phone of the service station for telling the service station staff about the purchased items in the phone.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the user payment account is a bank account associated with an ETC device installed on a vehicle.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, prior to obtaining the user payment account:
acquiring the latest pass record of the ETC device;
determining whether a vehicle associated with the ETC device is on a highway according to the traffic record;
in the case of being on a highway, the obtaining the user payment account is performed.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a vehicle side obtains a license plate number of a vehicle and a user payment account;
and sending the license plate number and the user payment account to a service station management platform, so that the service station management platform binds the license plate number and the user payment account, so that the service station extracts the payment account from the payment success notice sent by the third payment platform, inquires the license plate number bound with the extracted payment account from the service station management platform, detects the license plate number through a license plate detection device arranged at the entrance, and determines the articles purchased by the people on the vehicle entering the station according to the inquired license plate number and the detected license plate number.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
upon locating an inbound of a user purchasing an item, the user is presented with navigation information for directing the user to find the purchased item.
8. A method of purchasing an item, comprising:
receiving an article to be purchased by a user and transmitted by a vehicle end in the driving process of the vehicle;
sending a bill for the item to be purchased to the vehicle end;
generating a stock notification when a message that bill payment is successful is received;
the processing flow information of the articles purchased by the user is sent to the vehicle end user;
it is detected whether the vehicle is approaching for delivering the items purchased by the user to the user after the vehicle is approaching.
9. An article purchasing apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring vehicle navigation information in the running process of the vehicle and determining the distance between the vehicle and the nearest service station according to the vehicle navigation information;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the articles required to be purchased by the user when the distance is within the preset range so as to send the articles to the service station;

or,
and the second acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the navigation voice played by the navigation software, recognizing the navigation voice and extracting the distance between the vehicle and the nearest service station from the recognition result.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the second obtaining unit comprises:
the third acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the voice of the user when the user dictates the article required to be purchased and extracting the article required to be purchased by the user from the voice of the user;
or,
a fourth obtaining subunit, configured to obtain a telephone number of the service station;
and the telephone subunit is used for triggering the dialing function to dial the telephone of the service station so as to appeal the purchased articles to the service station staff in the telephone.

a third acquisition unit, configured to acquire a latest passage record of the ETC device;
a determination unit configured to determine whether a vehicle associated with the ETC device is on an expressway, based on the passage record;
in the case of being on a highway, the payment unit acquires a user payment account.
14. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the fourth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle and the user payment account at the vehicle end;
the first sending unit is used for sending the license plate number and the user payment account to a service station management platform, the service station management platform is used for binding the license plate number and the user payment account, the service station is used for extracting the payment account from the payment success notice sent by the third payment platform, inquiring the license plate number bound with the extracted payment account from the service station management platform, detecting the license plate number through a license plate detection device arranged at the entrance, and determining the articles purchased by the person on the vehicle entering the station according to the inquired license plate number and the detected license plate number.
