Example 1
The invention provides a deodorization closestool for a vehicle-mounted toilet, which comprises a closestool body 10 as shown in figures 1 and 2, wherein the closestool body 10 comprises:
a toilet seat 11 opened at an upper side thereof for discharging;
a toilet lid 12 for closing or opening an upper opening of the toilet seat 11;
a water tank 13 connected to the sump 30 of the vehicle-mounted lavatory body, and including a small chamber 131 and a large chamber 132; the large chamber 132 is used to store a single flush of water;
a flush handle 14 provided on one side of the tank 13;
the cover closing mechanism 15 is arranged in the small chamber 131 and comprises a push rod 151, a large gear 152 and a small gear 153 which are meshed with each other, and a lead screw 154 and a screw block 155 which are in transmission fit with each other;
an automatic reset mechanism for resetting the flush handle 14;
wherein, one end of the flushing handle 14 is inserted into the small chamber 131 and coaxially connected with the large gear 152; the lead screw 154 is coaxially connected with the pinion 153; one end of the ejector rod 151 is connected with the screw block 155, and the other end of the ejector rod extends out of the small chamber 131;
when the flush handle 14 is rotated to flush, the flush handle 14 drives the large gear 152 to rotate, and the lead screw 154 is pressed against the toilet lid 12 of the water tank 13 through the transmission of the lead screw 154 and the screw block 155, so that the toilet lid 12 passively covers the toilet seat 11.
In this embodiment, by providing the cover closing mechanism 15 and improving the structure of the flush handle 14, when the user has excreted water, the flush handle 14 needs to be rotated, the power for rotating the flush handle 14 is transmitted to the screw rod 154 through the transmission of the large gear 152 and the small gear 153, and then through the transmission cooperation of the screw rod 154 and the screw block 155, the push rod 151 is pushed against the toilet lid 12, so as to push the toilet lid 12 to be closed on the toilet seat 11, so as to prevent the odor in the toilet seat 11 from being dispersed into the air in the box, and reduce the pollution of the odor to the ambient air in the box during the toilet. After the toilet lid 12 is closed and the toilet is flushed, odor substances such as hydrogen sulfide in the odor in the toilet seat 11 are gradually absorbed by the water accumulated at the bottom of the toilet seat 11 along with the time. The flush handle 14 is reset by the automatic reset mechanism to await the next flush operation. The cover closing mechanism 15 is a simple mechanical structure, does not need to be electrified, realizes the cover closing when the flushing handle 14 is rotated to flush water, is simple to operate, is easy to operate, is convenient to operate, and is suitable for various public crowds.
In one embodiment, the flush handle 14 is rotated between 160 and 180 degrees. Specifically, when the flush lever 14 is in the home position (non-flush state), the lever of the flush lever 14 is up and rotated down when flushing is required. The rotation angle of 160-180 deg. is designed to increase the rotation angle of the big gear 152 by increasing the rotation angle of the flush handle 14, and finally to increase the linear movement path of the screw block 155, so that the stroke of the push rod 151 is increased, and the toilet lid 12 can be smoothly closed.
In one embodiment, the flush handle 14 and the closure mechanism 15 are disposed proximate an upper portion of the tank 13. Specifically, when the toilet lid 12 is opened, the horizontal distance between the upper part of the water tank 13 and the toilet lid 12 is smaller than the horizontal distance between the lower part of the water tank 13 and the toilet lid 12, and the flush handle 14 and the lid closing mechanism 15 are disposed close to the upper part of the water tank 13 to reduce the stroke of the push rod 151, and further reduce the size of the corresponding part of the lid closing mechanism 15 to reduce the space occupied by the lid closing mechanism 15 in the water tank 13.
Example 2
The invention provides an on-vehicle toilet, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, comprising an on-vehicle toilet body 100, wherein the on-vehicle toilet body 100 comprises the deodorization closestool for the on-vehicle toilet.
In an embodiment, the on-vehicle lavatory body 100 further includes:
a case 20 provided with a plurality of compartments; the compartment is provided with a closestool body 10; each compartment is provided with a door 21;

the vacuum negative pressure suction mechanism is respectively communicated with the closestool body 10 and the excrement and sewage collecting bin and is used for conveying excrement and sewage of the closestool body 10 to the excrement and sewage collecting bin;
a feces degradation bin; and the excrement in the excrement collection bin enters the excrement degradation bin and is degraded and then discharged on the spot.
In this embodiment, the passageway and the dirty storehouse intercommunication of collecting of excrement of closestool body 10 bottom form the negative pressure through vacuum negative pressure suction mechanism, will carry the dirty storehouse of collecting of excrement from the dirty storehouse of excrement that washes down of closestool body 10 bottom during the bath. Through setting up the dirty storehouse of degrading of excrement to degrade the excrement, with the organic matter in the decomposition excrement, with COD, BOD numerical value in the reduction excrement sewage, on-vehicle lavatory body 100 degrades the excrement when using, so that discharge on the spot.
Further, the excrement degradation bin comprises a microbial degradation chamber and a disinfection sterilization chamber. Specifically, the microbial degradation chamber comprises an anaerobic microbial chamber and an aerobic microbial chamber so as to degrade corresponding organic matters in the excrement through microorganisms. The disinfection chamber comprises an ozone chamber and a disinfectant disinfection chamber to disinfect and kill bacteria or viruses in the excrement.
