Abstract
本发明公开了一种PE复合土工膜,包括主体、基板;主体包括第一层和第二层,第一层设置在第二层的上方,第二层的材质为PE,第一层和第二层之间通过胶水层连接在一起,第一层设置有若干限位槽,限位槽的槽底贯通至胶水层;基板的上侧设置有若干蓄水槽并向下凸出有凸起,凸起至少部分设置在限位槽内,基板和第一层之间形成有第一排水道,基板设置有若干第一落水孔,第一落水孔内设置有滤网,第一落水孔和第一排水道连通。和现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种PE复合土工膜具有以下有益效果:1.PE材质具备较好的防渗性能和强度;2.第一排水道保证了较好的排水性能;3.结冰时所形成的框型结构有利于增加基板和主体之间的稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及施工材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种PE复合土工膜。
背景技术
土工膜被广泛用于地铁隧道、垃圾填埋等领域,具有防渗的作用。现有的土工膜排水性能较差。在雨天时,往往容易造成积水,进而造成土工膜的破裂,对土工膜的防渗形成造成破坏。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术上述缺点,提出一种PE复合土工膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种PE复合土工膜,包括主体、基板;主体包括第一层和第二层,第一层设置在第二层的上方,第二层的材质为PE,第一层和第二层之间通过胶水层连接在一起,第一层设置有若干限位槽,限位槽的槽底贯通至胶水层;基板的上侧设置有若干蓄水槽并向下凸出有凸起,凸起至少部分设置在限位槽内,基板和第一层之间形成有第一排水道,基板设置有若干第一落水孔,第一落水孔内设置有滤网,第一落水孔和第一排水道连通。
进一步的,第一层设置有若干第二落水孔,胶水层设置有若干第二排水道,第一排水道通过第二落水孔和第二排水道连通。
进一步的,凸起呈上大下小的圆台形。
进一步的,凸起呈矩阵布置。
进一步的,第二排水道的延伸方向相同。
和现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种PE复合土工膜具有以下有益效果:1.PE材质具备较好的防渗性能和强度;2.第一排水道保证了较好的排水性能;3.结冰时所形成的框型结构有利于增加基板和主体之间的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
参见图1至图4。一种PE复合土工膜,包括主体11和基板12。主体11包括第一层111和第二层112,第一层111设置在第二层112的上方,第二层112的材质为PE,第一层111和第二层112之间通过胶水层113连接在一起,第一层111设置有若干限位槽1111,限位槽1111的槽底贯通至胶水层113,基板12的上侧设置有若干蓄水槽121并向下凸出有凸起122,凸起122至少部分设置在限位槽1111内,基板12和第一层111之间形成有第一排水道123,基板12设置有若干第一落水孔124,第一落水孔124内设置有滤网1241,第一落水孔124和第一排水道123连通。
第一层111设置有若干第二落水孔1112,胶水层113设置有若干第二排水道1131,第一排水道123通过第二落水孔1112和第二排水道1131连通。
凸起122呈上大下小的圆台形。
凸起122呈矩阵布置。
第二排水道1131的延伸方向相同。
实施例原理:
在使用时,将主体11铺设在地面上,主体11呈倾斜状,从而便于排水。此时,第二排水道1131从上至下倾斜延伸。参见图3。将基板12铺设至第一层111上侧,凸起122嵌入限位槽1111,从而增加基板12的稳定性。基板12的上侧铺设土壤。滤网1241防止土壤流失。当雨天时,雨水先后经滤网1241、第一排水道123、第二落水孔1112、第二排水道1131向下流走,参见图3。雨水积累至蓄水槽121,有利于保持土壤的湿润,从而使得土壤上的植物较好的生长。冬天时,土壤结冰,此时,在第一排水道123、第二落水孔1112和第二排水道1131内残留的水将凝结成框型结构1231,从而增加基板12和主体11之间的稳定性。参见图4。

Claims (4)
1.一种PE复合土工膜,其特征在于,包括:
主体,所述主体包括第一层和第二层,所述第一层设置在所述第二层的上方,所述第二层的材质为PE,所述第一层和所述第二层之间通过胶水层连接在一起,所述第一层设置有若干限位槽,所述限位槽的槽底贯通至胶水层;
基板,所述基板的上侧设置有若干蓄水槽并向下凸出有凸起,所述凸起至少部分设置在所述限位槽内,所述基板和所述第一层之间形成有第一排水道,所述基板设置有若干第一落水孔,所述第一落水孔内设置有滤网,所述第一落水孔和所述第一排水道连通;
所述第一层设置有若干第二落水孔,所述胶水层设置有若干第二排水道,所述第一排水道通过所述第二落水孔和所述第二排水道连通;
第一层在第二落水孔的周向形成向第一排水道内延伸的凸边;
冬天时,在第一排水道、第二落水孔和第二排水道内残留的水将凝结成框型结构,从而增加基板和主体之间的稳定性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE复合土工膜,其特征在于,所述凸起呈上大下小的圆台形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE复合土工膜,其特征在于,所述凸起呈矩阵布置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种PE复合土工膜,其特征在于,所述第二排水道的延伸方向相同。
