Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of football processing, in particular to a process for invisibly sewing ball epidermis by utilizing closed cell structure foam, which comprises the steps of cutting a leather coil stock, folding the cut leather coil stock to obtain combined leather sheets with different shapes, gluing the back surfaces of the combined leather sheets, attaching the combined leather sheets to foam, drying to obtain combined ball sheets, sewing the combined ball sheets to form a shell, gluing and drying the shell and a ball bladder, putting the dried ball bladder into the dried shell, sealing and heating for shaping; through the method, the combined spherical sheets are used for assembly, so that the possibility of gaps is reduced, a plurality of combined spherical sheets form a closed cell structure, and the stability is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of football processing, in particular to a process for invisibly suturing ball epidermis by utilizing foam with a closed cell structure.
Background
The traditional hand-made ball manufacturing hand cuts leather into ball pieces, after printing, sews the ball pieces to form a shell, and then puts the bladder into the shell, and the hand-made sewing cost is high.
When the ball piece is used for manufacturing a ball for competition, the bent parts of the ball piece are mutually folded towards the inner side and then sewn, so that machine sewing can be used in the production process of the ball.
However, since the ball piece of the conventional game ball needs to be bent, the bent portion is easily deformed in the subsequent use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a process for invisibly sewing ball epidermis by utilizing closed cell structure foam, which solves the technical problem that a bent part is easy to deform in subsequent use due to the fact that a ball piece of a ball for competition is required to be bent.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a process for invisibly suturing ball epidermis by using closed cell structure foam, which comprises the following steps:
cutting the leather coil stock, and then folding the cut leather coil stock to obtain combined leather sheets with different shapes;
gluing the back of the combined leather sheet, attaching the glued back to foam, and drying to obtain a combined ball sheet;
sewing the combined ball piece to form a shell;
gluing and drying the shell and the bladder;
and putting the dried bladder into the dried shell, sealing the opening, and heating and shaping.
The method comprises the following steps of cutting a leather coil stock, folding the cut leather coil stock, and obtaining combined leather sheets with different shapes, wherein the steps of cutting the leather coil stock, folding the edge of the cut leather coil stock and obtaining the combined leather sheets with different shapes comprise:
flatly paving the leather coil material above the cutting table, rotating the threaded column, and pressing the leather coil material through the pressing block;

Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, and the embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and intended to be illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The first embodiment:
referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a process for invisibly suturing ball epidermis with closed cell structure foam, comprising the following steps:
s1: cutting the leather coil stock, and then folding the cut leather coil stock to obtain combined leather sheets with different shapes;
s2: gluing the back of the combined leather sheet, attaching the back of the combined leather sheet to foam with the thickness of 0.48mm, and drying to obtain a combined ball sheet;
s3: sewing the combined ball piece to form a shell;
s4: gluing and drying the shell and the bladder;
s5: and (3) putting the dried bladder into the dried shell, sealing the opening, and heating and shaping at the temperature of 80 ℃.

s3: sewing the combined ball piece to form a shell;
s4: gluing and drying the shell and the bladder;
s5: and (3) putting the dried bladder into the dried shell, sealing the opening, and heating and shaping at the temperature of 90 ℃.

gluing the back of the combined leather sheet, attaching the glued back to foam, and drying to obtain a combined ball sheet;
sewing the combined ball piece to form a shell;
gluing and drying the shell and the bladder;
and putting the dried bladder into the dried shell, sealing the opening, and heating and shaping.
2. The process for stealthy sewing ball epidermis by closed cell structure foam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of cutting the leather coil and then folding the cut leather coil to obtain the combined leather sheets with different shapes comprises:
flatly paving the leather coil material above the cutting table, rotating the threaded column, and pressing the leather coil material through the pressing block;
driving a cutter to move downwards by using a hydraulic press to cut the leather coil stock, and separating the leather coil stock;

and (4) conveying the conveying disc into a drying tunnel by using a conveying belt, and drying to obtain the combined spherical sheet.
