In addition, preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the N recycled skins from being dislocated after being soaked, the N recycled skins are conveniently placed on the female mold 3 of the corrugating mold at one time, and before being soaked, the method further includes fixing the edges of the N recycled skins by gluing or clamping; and when the rubber is used for fixing, cutting off the glued part at the edge of the N pieces of regenerated leather after the first compression molding.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, after the second drying, the method further includes cutting the corrugated sheet 1 along the edge of the mold by using a cutter.
In addition, preferably, referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the corrugating mold includes a female mold 3 and a male mold 4 which are mated with each other, and the female mold 3 and the male mold 4 are spaced from each other by 0.7 to 0.8 times the sum of the thicknesses of the N regenerated skins at the time of the first press molding and the second press molding.
In addition, preferably, referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, positioning pillars 5 are disposed around the female mold 3, and positioning holes 6 corresponding to the positioning pillars 5 are disposed on the male mold 4; and punching a regenerated leather positioning hole at the position of the N regenerated leathers corresponding to the positioning column 5 after the N regenerated leathers are subjected to primary die pressing and before primary drying. So when carrying out the second moulding-die, alright with N regeneration skin through regeneration skin locating hole insert the reference column 5 in, take place the problem of dislocation when avoiding the second moulding-die. Preferably, in order to solve the problem of rebound deformation during the drying of the regenerated leather, the corrugated drying die is the same as the female die in shape and size, and a positioning column is arranged at the same position.
In addition, preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, a heating rod is further disposed in the corrugating mold. The arrangement of the heating rod can greatly reduce the die pressing time, and tests show that at room temperature, the first die pressing needs more than 40 hours, and the second die pressing needs more than 30 minutes to reduce the rebound rate; when the press molding is carried out at 120-130 ℃, the first press molding only needs 5-15 minutes, and the second press molding only needs about 30-100 seconds.
Preferably, when the first pressing and the second pressing are both performed at room temperature, the adjacent regenerated leather in the corrugated sheet 1 is fixed by using leather-used environment-friendly water-based glue; when first moulding-die and second moulding-die all go on under the heating condition, adopt hot melt film adhesive fixation between the adjacent regeneration skin in the flute piece 1, and the hot melt film glues the face that can contact each other between the regeneration skin respectively before the bubble skin to realize the mutual bonding of adjacent regeneration skin again after the primary drying. Further, it is more preferable that the hot-melt adhesive sheet is adhered to the hides at intervals in order to avoid an influence of the hot-melt adhesive sheet on the soaking effect of the hides.
In the embodiment, the hot-melt adhesive sheet is adhered to the reclaimed leather in advance before the leather is soaked, so that the reclaimed leather is more firmly adhered with the hot-melt adhesive; and the adjacent regenerated skins in the corrugated sheet 1 are bonded after the first drying, so that the skins can be prevented from appearing marks like growth lines when the skins are pressed for the first time.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, after the corrugated sheets 1 are butt-seamed, a surface-layer corrugated reclaimed leather 7 is glued to the outer surface of one or two corrugated sheets 1 after the butt-seamed. The arrangement of the surface layer corrugated regenerated leather 7 can prevent the suture line 8 from exposing to influence the beauty of the whole double-corrugated regenerated leather structure. The surface layer corrugated regenerated leather 7 can be placed under the N pieces of regenerated leather and pressed together when the corrugated sheet 1 is pressed.
In addition, the invention also relates to application of the double-corrugated recycled leather structure as a load-bearing structure or an auxiliary stress structure in furniture. For example, the double-corrugated reclaimed leather structure is applied to tables, chairs and stools as a load-bearing structure.
The double-corrugated recycled leather structure is used as a new structural material, has the advantages of being capable of being stored in a curling mode, convenient to transport, capable of reducing the transport space and cost, and convenient to carry outdoors.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
