The water content of the paperboard is preferably 7% -12%, the pressing force is 500 tons, and the temperature is 50 ℃.

(5) carrying out edge sewing treatment on the composite product subjected to the second pressing, and then carrying out third pressing after the edge sewing treatment, wherein the pressing force is 450 tons, the temperature is 45 ℃, and the duration time is 6 seconds; and finishing the product manufacture.
The product obtained in the embodiment is taken to be subjected to high and low temperature tests, and is respectively placed for 24 hours at the low temperature of-30 ℃ and the high temperature of 55 ℃, and the surface of the product is still intact without wrinkling and deformation after being taken out; the paper wrapper produced by the common process has wrinkling and deformation phenomena under the conditions; therefore, the quality of the leatheroid envelope manufactured by the process is obviously superior to that of the leatheroid envelope manufactured by the common process.
