Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
User portraits are a very popular research direction in the relevant arts. By processing, mining and characterizing information such as the active behavior and the consumption behavior of the user, a user portrait (i.e., a user portrait of the user) can be formed, and further, user portrait tags of related users are generated, so that user features can be more comprehensively known. After the user portrait label is generated, the user can be pushed with proper content more pertinently, and the push operation cost can be reduced.
For example, after a user portrait tag for a user is generated, the generated user portrait tag may characterize that the user likes sports, that the user likes rice, and that the user likes to watch sports. Then in this case, when pushing a message to the user, a message matching the user profile may be pushed. For example, when the user is in the process of using the application program of the order class, more information about rice can be pushed. While the user is using a video-like application, more video content about the sports game may be pushed.
The inventors have found in research that not all information pushing terminals have the capability of collecting user portraits, or that not all information pushing terminals have collected enough user portraits when pushing information. For example, for some of the smaller applications, the user base itself is poor, so that user portraits of a user cannot be effectively collected without more user usage. Also, because the user representation characterizes the user's preferences for certain aspects, the process of collecting the user representation may take a certain amount of time, e.g., a week or a month, etc. However, for some newly released applications, effective handset-to-user image may not be available because the usage time is not long.
Therefore, the inventor proposes the information pushing method, the device, the server and the storage medium, responds to the information pushing request sent by the third party information pushing terminal, obtains a pushing target user, obtains a target user portrait of the pushing target user, and pushes information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user. When the third party information pushing end needs to send information to a user, an information pushing request can be sent to the user portrait service platform, so that the user portrait service platform can respond to the information pushing request, and after a pushing target user is determined, information corresponding to the information pushing request is pushed to the target user, so that information can be pushed by means of user portrait resources of the user portrait service platform at the third party information pushing end, and the problem that the third party information pushing end cannot accurately push information because the third party information pushing end does not have user portraits or does not have enough user portraits is solved.
Technical terms related to the embodiments of the present application are described first.
The user portrait service platform: the user portrait service platform can be understood as a platform with user portrait collection and storage functions and information push functions. The user portrait service platform can run on a single server or in a service cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an information pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a user portrait service platform, and the method includes:
s110: and responding to an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, and acquiring a pushing target user.
For the user portrait service platform, the side sending the information push request is a third party information push end. And the third party information pushing end can be understood as one end which does not belong to the same company or the same developer as the user portrait service platform. The third party information pushing end sends an information pushing request to the user portrait service platform, so that information is pushed to a user through the user portrait service platform. The third party information pushing end is an application program which is only marketed, and the application program is compensated by the use time of the user, and is not stored with enough user portraits, so that accurate directional information pushing cannot be realized by effectively utilizing the user portraits, and then the application program serving as the third party information pushing end can send an information pushing request to the user portraits service platform, so that the user portraits collected in the user portraits service platform are convenient to realize more accurate information pushing.
After receiving the information push request, the user portrait service platform can further acquire a push target user. The pushing target user may be understood as a user to which information is pushed. In this embodiment, the push target user may be obtained in a plurality of ways.
In one way, the information push request sent to the user portrait service platform by the third party push terminal may carry an identifier about a push target user, and in this case, the obtaining, in response to the information push request sent by the third party information push terminal, the push target user includes: and responding to an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, and acquiring a pushing target user from the information pushing request. It can be understood that in this way, when the third party pushing end generates the information pushing request, the third party pushing end may first obtain the identifier about the pushing target user, then add the identifier about the pushing target user to the generated information pushing request, and then after the user portrait service platform obtains the information pushing request, the identifier about the pushing target user may be parsed from the information pushing request, so as to determine the pushing target user according to the identifier about the pushing target user. The identification of the pushing target user can be an account number of the user logging in the third party information pushing end, or can be a mobile phone number of the user.
In another way, the information push request can carry the requirement about the current information push, and the user portrait service platform can determine the push target user according to the requirement of the information push after receiving the information push request. For example, the requirement of the information push may be a destination area of the information push, and may be a destination crowd of the information push.
S120: and obtaining the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
It should be noted that, a plurality of user portraits are stored in the user portrayal service platform, so that the user portrayal service platform can obtain the required target user portrayal in the storage area of the platform itself. The target user portrait may be all user portraits of the user or may be part of the user portraits of the user. Optionally, the user portrait service platform may determine, according to the third party information pushing end, whether the target user portrait is all user portraits of the target user or part of user portraits of the target user. The target user portraits can be determined to be all user portraits of the target user or part of the user portraits of the target user according to the current information push requirement.
By way of example, a user's user portraits may include the user's preferences in terms of sports, literature, entertainment, and consumption. When the information push request received by the user portrait service platform at the time is a message about pushing a new product to be marketed, the user portrait service platform can only acquire the preference of the user in terms of consumption, and does not need to acquire the preference of other aspects. For another example, if the information push request received by the user portrayal service platform at the present time is a message about pushing an individual sports event, the user portrayal service platform may only obtain the preference of the user in sports, but does not need to obtain the preference in other aspects.
S130: and pushing information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
In this embodiment, the user portrait service platform may push information corresponding to the information push request to the target user in a plurality of manners.
In one mode, the pushing information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user includes: based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user, pushing information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user through a client corresponding to the third-party information pushing end.
It should be noted that the third party information pushing end may be understood as a side that needs to push information. And for the third party information pushing end, a service end can be correspondingly configured, and a client can also be correspondingly configured. Furthermore, it will be appreciated that the information push channels may be more sensitive to the user, and that the more information is pushed to the user through a certain information push channel, the more habit the user uses for that information push channel may be increased. In addition, for the third party information pushing terminal, under the condition that information pushing is performed through the user portrait service platform, if information pushing can still be completed through the client terminal corresponding to the third party information pushing terminal, a user can not perceive information pushing performed through other platforms (for example, the user portrait service platform in the embodiment), but still can feel that the information pushing terminal directly pushes information to the user, and therefore the receiving degree of the user on the received information is improved, and the information conversion rate is improved.
For example, there may be a corresponding client a for the third party information pushing end a, and in this case, the information pushed to the user by the user portrait service platform is still pushed to the user by the client a, so that the user does not perceive that the message is actually pushed to the client a by the user portrait service platform.
In one mode, in order to push information corresponding to the information push request to the target user through the client corresponding to the third party information push end, a service end of the client corresponding to the third party information push end may be in communication connection with the user portrait service platform in advance. When the user portrait service platform pushes information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user, the information can be pushed to a server side of a client side corresponding to a third party information pushing end, and then the server side pushes the information to the client side corresponding to the third party information pushing end.
According to the information pushing method, a pushing target user is obtained in response to an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, a target user portrait of the pushing target user is obtained, and information corresponding to the information pushing request is pushed to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
Referring to fig. 2, an information pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a user portrait service platform, and the method includes:
s210: and responding to an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, and acquiring a pushing target user.
S220: and obtaining the grade of the account bound by the third party information pushing end.
It should be noted that, the user portrait service platform may pre-configure a plurality of levels of accounts, and the content of the usable user portrait corresponding to different accounts is different. Optionally, the content of the usable user portrait corresponding to the higher-level account can be richer. For example, where the user portraits of the corresponding configuration of the user portrayal service platform may include user preferences in terms of sports, literature, entertainment, and consumption, i.e., the user portraits corresponding to sports, literature, entertainment, and consumption, the low-level accounts may correspond to user portraits of at most one of the categories sports, literature, entertainment, and consumption being used, while the medium-level accounts may use user portraits of one to three of the categories sports, literature, entertainment, and consumption, and the high-level accounts may use user portraits of all of the categories sports, literature, entertainment, and consumption. The corresponding use is understood to mean that information is pushed based on the user image of the corresponding use when information is pushed to the pushing target user later.
Based on the foregoing, the user portrait service platform may store the level corresponding to each third party information push terminal in a local or other storage area, and then acquire the level after the information push request.
In this embodiment, the user portrait service platform may configure the account level corresponding to each third party information push terminal in a plurality of manners.
As a way, the third party information push terminal can obtain the account number with the corresponding grade by paying the corresponding expense amount. In this way, the higher the amount of the paid consumption, the higher the level corresponding to the account number obtained, and thus the income of the user portrait service platform can be increased.
Alternatively, the user portrait service platform may determine the level of the account corresponding to each third party information push terminal according to the duration or the number of times that the third party information push terminal uses the user portrait service platform to push information. In this way, the longer or the times of the corresponding information pushing using the user portrait service platform are, the higher the grade of the corresponding account is, so that the viscosity of the third party information pushing terminal to the user portrait service platform can be increased, and the use rate of the user portrait service platform can be increased.
S230: and acquiring the target user portrait of the push target user based on the grade.
As indicated above, the number of user portraits corresponding to each level of accounts may be pre-configured by the user portrayal service platform. And the specific category of user images can be configured by the third party information pushing terminal. For example, the type of the user portrait corresponding to the low-level account shown in the foregoing is one, in this case, the third party information pushing terminal may configure the type of the user portrait corresponding to the use to be any one of sports, literature, entertainment and consumption.
Then, based on one way, the obtaining the target user representation of the push target user based on the ranking comprises: determining a target portrait classification matching the rank from a plurality of portrait classifications; and taking the user portraits of the pushing target users corresponding to the target portrayal classification as target user portraits of the pushing target users.
Alternatively, in addition to the different numbers of user portrait types corresponding to different levels of accounts, user portraits with different levels of accounts corresponding to different levels of hierarchy may be configured. Alternatively, the user images for sports, literature, entertainment, and consumer applications shown above may be configured as one-level classified representations, each of which includes multiple sub-classifications. Taking the sports user portraits as an example, the sports user portraits can be further subdivided into football user portraits, basketball user portraits and running user portraits. Further, consumer figures are exemplified, and can be subdivided into consumer figures of consumer electronics, consumer figures of consumer goods, and consumer figures of audiovisual consumer. In this case, even if all the primary classification images can be used for the low-level account, the usage of the multi-level sub-classification under each primary classification image is limited. For example, a low-level account may be associated with only a football-like user figure or a basketball-like user figure, and may not be associated with a running-like user figure. For another example, a low-level account may be associated with a consumer representation of an appliance consumer under a consumer representation, but not with a consumer representation of an consumer or with a consumer representation of an audiovisual consumer.
In this manner, the obtaining the target user representation of the push target user based on the ranking includes: determining target sub-classifications from the plurality of representation classifications that each match the rank; and taking the user portrait of the pushing target user corresponding to the target sub-category as the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
S240: and pushing information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
According to the information pushing method, an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end is responded, a pushing target user is obtained, a target user portrait of the pushing target user is obtained based on the grade, and information corresponding to the information pushing request is pushed to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
Referring to fig. 3, an information pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a user portrait service platform, and the method includes:
s310: and responding to an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, and acquiring an information pushing task identifier from the information pushing request.
S320: and acquiring a user corresponding to the information pushing task identifier as a pushing target user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the push task identifier characterizes the purpose of message push performed at the present time. Optionally, the information pushing task identifier may be lower than the information pushing task identifier for pushing purposes, and may also be used for pushing purposes by people.
As a way, the push task identifier is used for representing a region corresponding to the push task. The obtaining the user corresponding to the information pushing task identifier as a pushing target user comprises the following steps: and acquiring a user belonging to a region characterized by the push task identifier as a push target user. For example, the merchant corresponding to the third party information pushing end prepares to newly market a product in the region a, and further expects to push information about the new product to the user in the region a. In this case, the push task identifier characterizes that the destination domain of the information push is domain a, that is, characterizes that the domain corresponding to the push task is domain a.
S330: and obtaining the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
S340: and pushing information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
According to the information pushing method, an information pushing task identifier is obtained from an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, a user corresponding to the information pushing task identifier is obtained as a pushing target user, a target user portrait of the pushing target user is obtained, and information corresponding to the information pushing request is pushed to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
Referring to fig. 4, an information pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a user portrait service platform, and the method includes:
s410: and responding to an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, and acquiring a user identity from the information pushing request.
S420: and acquiring a user corresponding to the user identity as a pushing target user.
Wherein, as a way, the step of obtaining the user corresponding to the user identity as the pushing target user includes: and if the type of the user identity meets the specified type, acquiring the user corresponding to the user identity as a pushing target user. If the type of the user identity does not meet the specified type, converting the type of the user identity to convert the type of the user identity into the specified type; if the conversion is successful, obtaining the user identity of the appointed type; and acquiring a user corresponding to the user identity mark of the appointed type as a pushing target user.
It should be noted that the user identity corresponding to each third party information push terminal may be different. For example, some of the user identifiers used by the third party information push terminal may be the user's account number for logging in the third party information push terminal, and some of the user identifiers used by the third party information push terminal may be the user's mobile phone number. In this case, when the third party information push terminal sends an information push request to the user portrait service platform, the user identity identifier added in the information push request may be different. However, the user portrait service platform may be fixed for distinguishing user identity representations of different users when pushing information. For example, the user may be a directly adopted mobile phone number of the user, and in this case, if the user identity identifier carried in the information push request received by the user portrait service platform is an account number of the user for logging in the third party information push end, the user portrait service platform needs to perform conversion of the type of the user identity identifier so as to convert the account number for logging in the third party information push end into a corresponding mobile phone number.
Wherein, optionally, the converting the type of the user identity identifier includes: acquiring a type conversion configuration file, wherein the configuration file records the mutual mapping relation among a plurality of types; and converting the type of the user identity based on the type conversion configuration file. It will be appreciated that the mapping relationship between each type of user identity may be stored in the type conversion profile. For example, the user is used to log in the mapping relationship between the account number of the third party information push terminal and the corresponding mobile phone number.
It should be noted that, for different third party information pushing terminals, two different accounts used by the user may be the same. For example, the account yyyy for registration is stored for the third party information push terminal a, and the account yyyy for registration is stored for the third party information push terminal B, but the account yyyyy stored for the third party information push terminal a and the account yyyyy stored for the third party information push terminal B may be corresponding to different users. In order to avoid the conversion error of the user identification type, a configuration file recorded with the mutual mapping relation among a plurality of types is stored in the user portrait service platform corresponding to each third party information push terminal.
In this manner, optionally, the responding to the information pushing request sent by the third party information pushing end further includes: receiving the type conversion configuration file uploaded by the third party information pushing terminal; and storing the uploaded type conversion configuration file. It should be noted that, the user of the third party information pushing terminal initially registers at the third party information pushing terminal to generate the account. Therefore, the third party information pushing end can have a relatively completed mapping relation between the account number and the mobile phone number, and further, in order to enable the user portrait service platform to smoothly complete conversion between the account number and the mobile phone number, the third party information pushing end can upload configuration files to the user service platform.
S430: and obtaining the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
S440: and pushing information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
According to the information pushing method, when the third-party information pushing end needs to send information to a user, an information pushing request can be sent to the user portrait service platform, the user portrait service platform can respond to the information pushing request, after a pushing target user is determined, information corresponding to the information pushing request is pushed to the target user, so that information can be pushed by means of user portrait resources of the user portrait service platform at the third-party information pushing end, and the problem that the third-party information pushing end cannot conduct accurate information pushing due to the fact that the third-party information pushing end does not have user portraits or does not have enough user portraits is solved. In addition, in the embodiment, under the condition that the pushing target user is determined based on the user identity in the information pushing request, if the type of the user identity does not meet the specified type, the operation of obtaining the pushing target user can be firstly converted into the specified type and then carried out, so that the flexibility of obtaining the pushing target user is improved, a third party information pushing party can flexibly select multiple types of user identity when generating the information pushing request, and the analysis capability of the information pushing request is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, an information pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a user portrait service platform, and the method includes:
s510: and receiving a user portrait inquiry request sent by the third party information push terminal.
The accurate information push smoothly realized by the user portrait service platform is based on the premise that the user portrait of the push target user can be obtained. For example, the merchant corresponding to the third party information pushing end pushes out a new product, and needs to push the marketing information of the new product to the user, and the information browsing channels used by different users are different, so that the conversion rate of the information can be further enhanced by adopting the information browsing channels used by the different users for message pushing.
The third party information push terminal can confirm by sending a user portrait inquiry request in order to determine whether the user portrait service platform has the required user portrait.
S520: in response to the query request, a query is made for the user representation of the requested query.
S521: if the user portrait requested to be queried is not successfully queried, generating a user portrait acquisition task to acquire the unsuccessfully queried user portrait.
When the user portrait service platform does not currently have the user portrait requested to be queried by the third party information pushing end, the user portrait service platform can generate a user portrait acquisition task to acquire user portraits which are not collected in order to increase the viscosity of the third party information pushing end and enrich the user portraits stored by the user portrait platform. And if the unsuccessfully queried user portraits are successfully acquired, returning a message that the user portraits are successfully generated to the third party information pushing terminal.
S522: if the user portrait of the requested query is successfully queried, a message representing the success of the query is returned.
S530: and responding to an information pushing request sent by a third-party information pushing end, and acquiring a pushing target user.
It can be understood that the third party information pushing terminal can send an information pushing request to the user portrait service platform after receiving the message representing that the query is successful.
S540: and obtaining the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
S550: and pushing information corresponding to the information pushing request to the target user based on the target user portrait of the pushing target user.
In order to obtain the feedback condition of the information corresponding to the information push request in real time, as a mode, a data embedding point may be configured in a terminal used by a user, and further, the feedback condition of the pushed information may be collected through the data embedding point. Optionally, the feedback condition includes at least one of a conversion rate and a reading rate of the information, wherein the conversion rate is a ratio of information triggering profitable behavior to all pushed information, and the reading rate is a ratio of the read information to all pushed information.
What is needed to be obtained in the embodiment of the present application is a feedback situation of the pushing target user on the whole for the pushed information, rather than just a feedback situation of a single user in the pushing target user. In this way, the processing platform can determine feedback conditions of the pushed information on the whole of the corresponding user of the push target user by calculating the reading rate and the conversion rate. The reading rate can reflect the reading condition of the user in the pushing target user on the pushed information. It will be appreciated that upon receipt of the pushed information, the end user is more likely to trigger further actions related to the pushed information content if the pushed information can be opened for viewing.
Then, as a way, a data embedded point for data monitoring is configured in a terminal device used by a user (for example, a push target user), and then, the reading condition of the pushed information is detected through the data embedded point.
Optionally, the presenting of the push message on the terminal device may be performed by a specified program (for example, a client corresponding to the third party information push end or a client corresponding to the user portrait service platform), where the specified program may be an independent client program or a plug-in embedded in a certain client program. In one mode, the data embedded point for data monitoring may be directly configured in the same client as the specified program, and in this case, the data embedded point for data monitoring may acquire whether the user has read the pushed information by detecting that the information display plug-in of the client where the data embedded point is located loads the information content. The content of the information transmitted to the terminal device to which the user of the push target user belongs is, for example, "product a will be marketed on a month b day, and introduction information of product a". In this case, the data embedded point may acquire the content of the information in advance as the aforementioned "product a will be marketed on a month b day, and introduction information of product a". In this case, the data burial point may detect the content of the information loaded by the information presentation plug-in the located client, and if it is detected that the loaded content is the foregoing "product a will be marketed on a month b day, and introduction information of product a", it may be determined that the user has viewed the information, so that by this way, it may be obtained whether all users in the push target user have viewed the pushed information.
Alternatively, the data burial point for data monitoring may not be in the same client as the designated program for information push. In this case, the data burial point cannot detect whether the user has viewed the pushed information by detecting the content loaded by the information presentation plug-in. Then, as a way, in the case that the data embedded point for data monitoring and the designated program for information pushing are not in the same client, the data embedded point can detect whether the user has read the pushed information by detecting the operation condition of the client for information presentation for pushing. In this case, the data embedding point for data monitoring can acquire not only the content of the pushed information itself but also the identification of the client for information presentation of the push. For example, the content of the pushed information sent to the pushing target user is "about to come into play in XX sports game", and then the data burial point performing data monitoring can acquire the content of the pushed information, and the pushed information can also be acquired and pushed by the client a. Further, after receiving the detection task, the operation of the client a can be detected. The detecting the client a may include detecting content displayed by the terminal device when the client a is detected to run in the foreground, and if the content displayed is detected to be the aforementioned "XX sports game is about to be opened", determining that the user has browsed the pushed information, so that even if the data embedded point and the designated program for pushing information are not in the same client, the user can still detect the browsing condition of the pushed information.
