背景技术

进一步的,所述复合改性剂是4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合而成。
进一步的,所述复合改性剂经过包覆改性处理,具体改性方法由以下步骤:
(1)将4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合后分散在2倍重量的水中充分搅拌;
(2)苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸混合溶解在2倍重量水中,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈,充分搅拌后,加入步骤(1)中的混合液,高速搅拌20min,80℃下搅拌反应2-3h,得包覆型改性液,所述液体石蜡、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸和偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为7-9:5:1:1:0.03。
进一步的,所述抗静电剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵。
进一步的,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和二甲苯按重量比1:1:1混合而成。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本申请公开一种防尘型的LED路灯,通过改善路灯防护罩的结构并结合使用防尘涂料达到散热、防尘防污的作用。
其中防护罩的具体结构是在灯架上部和下部分别安装有防尘罩一和防尘罩二,其中防尘罩一是双层结构,内部设置夹层,夹层内的支撑板将其分为夹层腔一和夹层腔二,夹层腔一上的倾斜部设置有进气孔,对应的夹层腔二的位置设置有出气孔,顶部设置有弧形罩,能够防止雨水进入进气孔和出气孔,而且防水防热。
防尘罩一纵向两侧设置内折部,其中灯架纵向的两端卡入内内折部的上部,然后灯架横向两端通过螺栓固定在防尘罩一横向两侧,为防止固定位置进水,在固定处设置有安装孔,安装孔外侧设置有挡雨板,另外螺栓连接处设置密封垫,密封效果好,防尘防水。
2、而防尘罩二纵向两侧设置有外凸起,刚好卡入内折部下部,同样的,在防尘罩二横向两侧也通过螺栓与灯架下端面固定连接,为了实现密封效果,在防尘罩二与灯架下端面连接处设置有一圈密封圈,实现防尘防水的作用。
3、夹层腔一下部与防尘罩二外凸起对应位置均设置连通孔,因此夹层腔一与防尘罩二内部是连通的,而在夹层腔二上设置散热孔,即将防尘罩一内部与夹层腔二连通,即本申请的散热是这样实现的,部分空气从进气孔进入夹层腔一,然后通过连通孔进入防尘罩一和防尘罩二内部空间,即LED所在的空间,路灯产生的热量通过散热孔进入夹层腔二,然后通过出气孔流出,达到散热的效果。
由于进气孔的向下倾斜设置,因此空气中的灰尘一部分会落在倾斜部外围,而另一部进入防尘罩一种的灰尘会在重力的作用下落在夹层腔一底部,也可以根据需要在夹层腔一底部设置开口来清理灰尘。
4、另外本申请在防尘罩一和防尘罩二外表面喷涂有透明的防尘涂料,不影响照明的同时,进一步增加防尘防污的效果,其中防尘涂料基料是丙烯酸树脂和氟碳树脂复配,其中丙烯酸树脂成膜性好,添加有硅烷偶联剂和氟碳树脂,氟碳树脂表面能比较低,在固化的过程中,氟发生迁移富集在涂膜表面,从而大大降低涂料的表面能,从而达到防尘的作用;而硅烷偶联剂能改善丙烯酸树脂的疏水性以及与基材附着力。
防尘涂料中添加有复合改性剂,复合改性剂是4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡经过一系列处理形成的包覆型复合乳液。其中的4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60复合可以提高涂层的润滑性能从而降低涂层的表面能进而增加防尘作用,另外还添加石蜡,在溶剂蒸发成膜的过程中,涂层表面的石蜡进一步增加涂层的疏水防污作用。
为进一步增加复合改性剂的长期稳定性,本申请采用聚苯乙烯包覆复合改性剂,聚苯乙烯聚合过程中还添加有丙烯酸,增加其与树脂的相容性,也能进一步增加涂层的致密性,另一方面固定复合改性剂,增强防尘稳定性。
5、涂料中的溶剂为复合溶剂,为乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和二甲苯混合物,一方面改善树脂的相容性,从而增加涂膜的致密性,另外还能调节涂膜的干燥时间,从而减少表面缺陷;还添加有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,能够吸收空气中的水分,形成导电通道,使电荷能很快从材料表面移走,从而进一步起到防静电防污的作用。本申请制备的防尘涂层与基材附着力高,能够起到长期的防护效果,而且其疏水性强,表面能小(14.05- 15.68mJ/m2),具有很强的防尘防污效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种防尘型LED路灯,如图1和2所示,包括灯架1,灯架1中通过螺栓固定安装有LED灯2,LED灯通过外接线路供电,灯架1上部设置有防尘罩一3,下部设置有防尘罩二4,其中灯架1、防尘罩一3、防尘罩二4底部均为方形结构;
防尘罩一3内设置夹层5,防尘罩一3顶部通过倾斜部6固定弧形罩8,夹层5内设支撑板7将其分为夹层腔一12和夹层腔二13,两个腔室的倾斜部6上分别设置多个进气孔9和出气孔10。
防尘罩一3纵向两侧设置内折部11,灯架1纵向两侧刚好卡入内折部11上部,灯架横向两端与防尘罩一3横向两侧螺栓连接,为了增加本申请的密封性,具体连接方式是:防尘罩一3下部横向两侧设置安装孔11,与灯架1两端螺栓连接,为了增加防水密封效果,在安装孔11外侧设置挡雨板17,另外在螺栓连接处设置有密封垫。
灯架1底部横向位置固定连接防尘罩二4,具体连接结构是:防尘罩二4横向两侧与灯架1两侧下端面通过螺栓固定连接,其中灯架1两侧下端面与防尘罩二连接处设置有一圈的密封圈,从而使防尘罩二与灯架接触面在螺栓的作用下均实现密封连接。防尘罩二4纵向两侧的外凸起14卡入内折部11下部,夹层腔一12下部与外凸起14对应位置均设置连通孔15,夹层腔二13上设置散热孔16,使防尘罩一、和防尘罩二内部需要散热的腔室与夹层腔二13实现连通。
本发明散热流通的循环是:空气通过进气孔9进入夹层腔一12,然后通过连通孔15进入防尘罩一和防尘罩二内部,其中的热空气可以通过散热孔16进入夹层腔二13中,然后通过出气孔10排出;而空气中的灰尘被阻挡在外面或者是进入到夹层中从而起到防尘散热的作用。
防尘罩一和防尘罩二4外表面喷涂有防尘涂料,其中防尘涂料由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂45份、氟碳树脂20份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.5份、复合改性剂0.5份、抗静电剂1份、溶剂14份。
复合改性剂是4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1形成的混合物,而且本申请的复合改性剂为包覆型改性液,经过包覆改性处理,具体处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合后分散在2倍重量的水中充分搅拌;
(2)苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸混合溶解在2倍重量水中,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈,充分搅拌后,加入步骤(1)中的混合液,1500r/min高速搅拌20min,80℃下搅拌反应2-3h,得包覆型改性液,所述液体石蜡、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸和偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为7:5:1:1:0.03。
上述抗静电剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵;溶剂为乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和二甲苯按重量比1:1:1混合而成。
具体使用时,将丙烯酸树脂、氟碳树脂、硅烷偶联剂和溶剂充分搅拌后,加入复合改性剂和抗静电剂搅拌均匀,然后喷涂在防尘罩一和防尘罩二外表面,涂层厚度40μm左右,烘干即可。
将涂料按照《涂膜一般制备法》制备成涂膜,基材采用厚度为0.2~0.3 mm、尺寸为25 mm×120 mm的镀锡马口铁板,采用接触角测量仪检测本申请实施例1-4制备的涂层的静水接触角和表面能。本实施例制备的涂层与水接触角为117°,表面能为15.68mJ/m2,与基材的附着力为1级。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1不同之处在于:
防尘罩一和防尘罩二4外表面喷涂有防尘涂料,其中防尘涂料由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂46份、氟碳树脂18份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.52份、复合改性剂0.55份、抗静电剂1.2份、溶剂15份。
复合改性剂是4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1形成的混合物,而且本申请的复合改性剂为包覆型改性液,经过包覆改性处理,具体处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合后分散在2倍重量的水中充分搅拌;
(2)苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸混合溶解在2倍重量水中,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈,充分搅拌后,加入步骤(1)中的混合液,1500r/min高速搅拌20min,80℃下搅拌反应2-3h,得包覆型改性液,所述液体石蜡、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸和偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为8:5:1:1:0.03。
经检测本实施例制备的涂层的静水接触角为118°,表面能为15.15mJ/m2,与基材的附着力为1级。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1不同之处在于:
防尘罩一和防尘罩二4外表面喷涂有防尘涂料,其中防尘涂料由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂48份、氟碳树脂16份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.55份、复合改性剂0.58份、抗静电剂1.4份、溶剂16份。
复合改性剂是4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1形成的混合物,而且本申请的复合改性剂为包覆型改性液,经过包覆改性处理,具体处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合后分散在2倍重量的水中充分搅拌;
(2)苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸混合溶解在2倍重量水中,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈,充分搅拌后,加入步骤(1)中的混合液,1500r/min高速搅拌20min,80℃下搅拌反应2-3h,得包覆型改性液,所述液体石蜡、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸和偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为9:5:1:1:0.03。
经检测本申请实施例制备的涂层与水的接触角为120°,表面能为14.05mJ/m2,与基材的附着力为1级。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例1不同之处在于:
防尘罩一和防尘罩二4外表面喷涂有防尘涂料,其中防尘涂料由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂50份、氟碳树脂15份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.6份、复合改性剂0.6份、抗静电剂1.5份、溶剂18份。
复合改性剂是4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1形成的混合物,而且本申请的复合改性剂为包覆型改性液,经过包覆改性处理,具体处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合后分散在2倍重量的水中充分搅拌;
(2)苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸混合溶解在2倍重量水中,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈,充分搅拌后,加入步骤(1)中的混合液,1500r/min高速搅拌20min,80℃下搅拌反应2-3h,得包覆型改性液,所述液体石蜡、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸和偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为8:5:1:1:0.03。
经检测本实施例制备的涂层的疏水接触角为119°,表面能为14.92mJ/m2,与基材的附着力为1级。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:包括灯架(1),所述灯架(1)上设置LED灯(2),所述灯架(1)上部设置防尘罩一(3),下部设置防尘罩二(4),所述防尘罩一(3)内设置夹层(5),所述防尘罩一(3)顶部通过倾斜部(6)固定弧形罩(8),夹层(5)内设支撑板(7)将其分为夹层腔一(12)和夹层腔二(13),所述两个腔室的倾斜部(6)上分别设置多个进气孔(9)和出气孔(10);所述防尘罩一(3)横向两侧固定连接灯架(1),所述灯架(1)底部固定连接防尘罩二(4);
所述防尘罩一(3)纵向两侧设置内折部(11),所述灯架(1)纵向两侧设置在内折部(11)上部,所述防尘罩二(4)纵向两侧的外凸起(14)卡入内折部(11)下部,夹层腔一(12)下部与外凸起(14)对应位置均设置连通孔(15),所述夹层(5)内壁设置与夹层腔二(13)连通的散热孔(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:所述防尘罩一(3)下部横向两侧设置安装孔(11),所述安装孔(11)侧边设置挡雨板(17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:所述防尘罩二(4)横向两侧与灯架(1)两侧下端面通过螺栓固定连接,所述灯架(1)下端面与防尘罩二(4)接触连接处设置密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:所述防尘罩一和防尘罩二(4)外表面喷涂有防尘涂料,所述防尘涂料由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂45-50份、氟碳树脂15-20份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-0.6份、复合改性剂0.5-0.6份、抗静电剂1-1.5份、溶剂14-18份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:所述复合改性剂是4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:所述复合改性剂经过包覆改性处理,具体改性方法由以下步骤:
(1)将4-苯乙烯磺酸钠、吐温60和液体石蜡按重量比1:0.5:1混合后分散在2倍重量的水中充分搅拌;
(2)苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸混合溶解在2倍重量水中,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈,充分搅拌后,加入步骤(1)中的混合液,高速搅拌20min,80℃下搅拌反应2-3h,得包覆型改性液,所述液体石蜡、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸和偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为7-9:5:1:1:0.03。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种防尘型LED路灯,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和二甲苯按重量比1:1:1混合而成。
