Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of archaized building construction, in particular to a construction method for connecting an outer wall of an archaized building and a wall body of an archaized green brick with a main structure.
Background
In recent years, antique buildings are more and more, and the condensation weight, simplicity and texture of the antique buildings are the purposes required to be achieved by the antique buildings. The blue brick and tile house building inherits the ancient culture and the masonry style of China and is advocated by the archaized building. At present, the antique building of the blue brick wall surface is generally built upwards by using the blue bricks after foundation making, but the building speed is slow, the labor cost is high, the connection firmness between the blue brick wall body and the main structure of the modern building is poor, the problems of short service life, frequent later-stage repair and the like exist, a heat preservation layer is not arranged, and the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects are poor. Therefore, how to effectively and reliably connect the blue brick wall body of the ancient building facade with the main structure of the modern building has important research significance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention aims to provide a construction method for connecting an exterior wall of an antique building and a blue brick wall body and a main structure of the antique building, which can effectively and reliably connect the blue brick wall body of the exterior wall of the antique building and the main structure of a modern building together, so that the wall body not only meets the artistic effect of the antique building, but also meets the structural safety performance and the use function of the modern building.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme is as follows:
archaize building outer wall, this building outer wall outside-in be ancient building blue or green brick wall body, heat preservation and major structure in proper order, wherein, ancient building blue or green brick wall body is blue or green brick silk seam wall, major structure is one of concrete structure wall body and aerated concrete block wall body.
As a further improvement of the invention, the building outer wall sequentially comprises a black brick silk-seam wall with the thickness of 140mm, a heat-insulating layer with the thickness of 100mm and a concrete structure wall from outside to inside.
As a further improvement of the invention, the building outer wall sequentially comprises a black brick silk-seam wall with the thickness of 140mm, a heat-insulating layer with the thickness of 100mm and an aerated concrete block wall with the thickness of 200mm from outside to inside, and the total thickness of the building outer wall is 440 mm.
A construction method for a drawknot of an ancient building green brick wall body and a concrete structure wall body is characterized in that a back wall and a concrete structure wall body drawknot rib are arranged at each 360mm height of the ancient building green brick wall body in a plum blossom point arrangement, and a group building mode adopts a silk seam cross seam five-layer and one-block group building; sequentially building a modulus bullet according to each group of the grey brick groups on the concrete wall, arranging a horizontal line, and opening holes at intervals of 300mm on the horizontal line for bar planting, wherein the bar planting depth is 10d, and the total length is 230 mm; pulling points are arranged on the concrete structure at intervals of 300mm in the horizontal direction and 360mm in the vertical direction, and the pulling points are arranged in a plum blossom shape; after the whole layer of the T-shaped bricks are built, grooving along the length direction of the ancient building green brick wall body, wherein the groove depth is 15mm, the groove width is 15mm, and simultaneously grooving along the position which is vertical to the length direction of the green brick wall body and is superposed with the embedded bars on the concrete member, wherein the groove width depth is the same as the groove depth; and embedding reinforcing steel bars in the grooves, and connecting the crossed parts of the reinforcing steel bars by lap joint or spot welding so as to achieve mutual tie of the ancient building black brick wall body and the concrete structure and ensure the stability of the ancient building black brick wall body.
The construction method of the pulling knot of the ancient building green brick wall body and the aerated concrete block wall body is characterized in that the construction of the ancient building green brick wall body and the construction of the aerated concrete block are carried out simultaneously, the height of the aerated concrete block is 300mm, five layers of parallel bricks and one layer of T-shaped bricks are built on the green bricks, through long wall pressing ribs are arranged in mortar joints every 300 h on the aerated concrete block wall body, the T-shaped bricks are embedded into the aerated block wall body for 40mm, and the T-shaped bricks are provided with pulling hooks at intervals of 980mm and are pulled with the aerated block wall body to be tied, so that the purpose of reliably connecting the green brick wall body and the aerated concrete block is achieved.
In the application, the construction method of the ancient black brick wall body is as follows:
1. line and sample snapping device
Cleaning a base layer, popping up the thickness, the length and the like of a wall by using ink lines, and performing trial swinging according to the arrangement form of I-shaped seams according to design requirements, namely 'sample swinging'. To determine the exact specification of "five-skinned" or "bladder face", the sample activity should be performed before the bricks are cut, and the sample activity is only for verification and appropriate adjustment. The silk seam wall body can be made of a 'five-scarped skin' brick, and can also be made of a 'bladder surface' brick, such as a bladder surface brick, and the bladder surface of the brick is conventionally placed downwards.
2. Wire fastening and lining foot
Two vertical wires tied at two ends are called as a wire drawing. Two transverse wires are tied between the pulling wires, the lower part is called a 'horizontal wire', and the upper part is called a 'cover wire' (the 'standing ruler' is taken away). Before the first layer of bricks is built, whether the base layer is uneven or not is checked, and if the base layer is uneven, deviation exists. It should be plastered with hemp-tipped blades, called "foot-lining".
3. Masonry
The ancient black brick wall body is designed to be a thread seam wall manufacturing method in the application,
laying on the table surface with the lining corners, and paving old mortar between the bricks. The mortar joint is generally 2-3 mm. The method for hanging ash is as follows: the brick is held by one hand, the edge of the exposed side of the brick is beaten with a tile cutter by the other hand to form a gray strip, and two small ash mounds called claw ash are beaten on the inward edge, so that the grout can flow in during grouting. The outer edge of the top seam of the brick is also provided with a plaster strip. The two sides of the large surface of the brick can be smeared with plaster strips or can be optionally provided with plaster piers (called as bench plaster). These operations are all carried out on the face of the brick facing downwards. In order to ensure the tightness of mortar joints, mortar strips called as 'locking mortar' can be also arranged on the outer edges of the built brick layers. After the bricks are laid, the residual ash extruded out of the bricks is scraped by a bricklayer, but gaps do not need to be drawn.
The key of the method for building the silk-seam wall is that the brick material is accurately cut and ground, the straightness and the consistent thickness of the mortar seam are emphasized, and the brick cannot move to the seam.
4. Stuffing filling
The gap between the wall body and the middle part of the grey brick is filled with rough bricks, namely stuffing. The filling is as high as possible consistent with the building height of the threaded wall, and a layer of T-shaped bricks and filling bricks are arranged for knotting every five layers of building.
5. Grouting and plastering line
Peach blossom pulp or quicklime pulp is used for grouting. The slurry should be poured in three times, the first time and the third time should be thinner, and the second time should be thicker. Before grouting, the wall surface can be dotted as necessary to prevent the grout from overflowing and polluting the wall surface. The first grouting is generally only grouting 1/3, which is called half-port grouting. However, the three times of grouting are called' point dropping, namely, the insufficient part is made up on the basis of twice grouting. Grouting should not be carried out in a way of avoiding voids or excessive quantities, otherwise, bricks can be propped open. After the pit is dropped, the mortar floating on the brick is scraped by a mortar scraping plate, and then the place filled with the mortar is smeared by a hemp knife, namely the 'line smearing' is also called as the 'locking notch'. The line is applied to prevent the grout on the upper layer from flowing down to prop the brick, so the line is an uneconomical process.
6. Laying step by step
When the brick is laid, the upper heel rope and the lower heel edge are needed, namely, the upper edge of the brick takes a horizontal line as a standard, and the lower edge takes the upper edge of the bottom layer brick as a standard. If obvious defects are found when the bricks are placed. And (5) cutting and grinding again. The four corners of the exposed portion, if not in the same plane, allow one corner to be raised out of the wall, i.e., "throw away", but not recessed into the wall, which would otherwise not be easily repaired. After a plurality of layers are laid, the laying can be continued after the laying is properly laid for half a day.
7. Dotting repair
Drying and activating: grinding the part of the brick higher than the brick joint by a grinding head;
dotting: filling the incomplete part of the brick or the sand holes on the brick with brick dust;
churning: and (4) polishing the marked place and the dried place by dipping the grinding head in water, and rubbing the whole wall surface once by dipping the grinding head in water to obtain the consistency of color and texture. The above process can be carried out at any time along with the approach of the laying.
Flushing: the whole wall surface is cleaned and washed by clean water and a soft brush, and a real brick solid joint is shown. The flushing is carried out after the wall is completely finished and before the scaffold is disassembled, so that the wall surface is prevented from being polluted due to construction.
8. Ploughing joint
The 'seam plowing' is needed when the wall body with the wire seam is laid well. Tools for seam plowing: the front end is cut into flat bamboo chips or made into a 'scraper-trough conveyer' by using fine metal wires with certain hardness. If there is a gap, the gap should be dotted and filled in advance. The plowing seam is arranged to be performed after flushing. When the seam is ploughed, the flat ruler plate is aligned with the mortar seam and stuck on the wall, and then the scraper-trough conveyer is used for extruding the seam on the mortar seam along the flat ruler plate. And ploughing the vertical seam after ploughing the horizontal seam.
When the construction of the ancient blue brick wall is carried out, the following points should be noted:
(1) when in dotting and repairing, the wall surface is strictly forbidden to be coated with green pulp, deep-moon white pulp and the like.
(2) When the wall body is built, the building can be continued after 1h of interval for every 1m of building height.
(3) And covering rain-proof cloth or film on the wall body in time after the wall body is built, and protecting the finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention belongs to antique engineering combining ancient construction and modern building, realizes effective and reliable connection between a blue brick wall body of an outer vertical surface of the ancient construction and a main structure of the modern building, adopts blue brick thread joint wall decoration for the outer wall, adopts aerated concrete blocks or reinforced concrete structures for the inner wall, and arranges a heat-insulating layer between the blue brick wall body and the main structure to meet the energy-saving requirement, so that the wall body not only meets the artistic effect of the ancient construction, but also meets the structural safety performance and the use function of the modern building.

Before grouting, the wall surface can be dotted as necessary to prevent the grout from overflowing and polluting the wall surface. The first grouting is generally only 1/3, which is called half grout. But the three times are called' point falling, namely, the insufficient place is made up on the basis of twice grouting. Grouting should be done without voids or excess, which would otherwise hold the bricks open.
If the four corners of the exposed part are not on the same plane, one corner is allowed to protrude out of the wall, i.e., the corner is allowed to be thrown away, but is not allowed to be recessed into the wall, otherwise the corner is not easy to repair. After a plurality of layers are laid, laying can be continued after laying for half a day.
7. Dotting repair
Drying and activating: grinding the part of the brick higher than the brick joint by a grinding head;
dotting: filling the incomplete part of the brick or the sand holes on the brick with brick dust;
churning: and (4) polishing the marked place and the dried place by dipping the grinding head in water, and rubbing the whole wall surface once by dipping the grinding head in water to obtain the consistency of color and texture. The process can be carried out at any time along with the approach of the laying.
Flushing: clean the whole wall surface with clean water and a soft brush, and show the real brick solid joint. The flushing is carried out after the wall is completely finished and before the scaffold is disassembled, so that the wall surface is prevented from being polluted due to construction.
8. Ploughing joint
The 'seam plowing' is needed when the wall body with the wire seam is laid well. Tools for plowing the seams: the front end is cut into flat bamboo chips or made into a 'scraper-trough conveyer' by using fine metal wires with certain hardness.
When the construction of ancient building blue brick wall body is carried out, the following points should be noted:
(1) when in dotting and repairing, the wall surface is strictly forbidden to be coated with green pulp, deep-moon white pulp and the like.
(2) When the wall is built, the building can be continued after the interval of 1h when the building height is 1 m.
(3) And covering rain-proof cloth or film on the wall body in time after the wall body is built, and protecting the finished product.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, component separation or combination and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
