Description

Knitted fabric with skin moistening and moisturizing effects and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of knitting, and particularly relates to a knitted fabric with skin moistening and moisturizing effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin water shortage can cause the skin barrier to be weak and easy to infect, and can also prevent the stratum corneum from normally renewing, thereby causing various skin diseases. Particularly for people with sensitive skin, the skin is easy to be dry, itchy and flaky when season changes, and the problems of reddening, dryness, roughness, dark skin and the like are also caused.
Therefore, people have increasingly heightened health care awareness with the progress of society and the improvement of living standard, and it is desired that clothes can produce beauty effects such as moisturizing and skin-moistening on the skin. The conventional fabric in the market is poor in skin moistening and moisturizing effects, silicone oil is added in the post-treatment process of the fabric to serve as a softening agent, the fabric is prevented from playing the skin moistening and moisturizing effects, the fabric is prone to becoming hard and astringent after being washed for many times, wearing experience is affected, and the requirements of people on clothes are not met.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a knitted fabric with skin moistening and moisturizing effects, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10 parts of natural fiber, 20 to 60 parts of modal fiber, for example, 20 parts, 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts, 40 parts, 45 parts, 50 parts, 55 parts, 60 parts and the like, 30 to 50 parts of acrylic fiber, for example, 30 parts, 33 parts, 36 parts, 40 parts, 43 parts, 47 parts, 50 parts and the like, and 0 to 20 parts of cotton fiber. For example, the amount of the spandex fiber may be 0 part, 3 parts, 5 parts, 8 parts, 10 parts, 12 parts, 15 parts, 17 parts, 20 parts, or the like, or 9 to 11 parts, for example, 9 parts, 9.5 parts, 10 parts, 10.5 parts, 11 parts, or the like;
the natural fibers comprise real silk and/or cashmere.
The real silk or cashmere fabric has excellent moisture absorption, and the real silk or cashmere fabric in the proportion can ensure that the fabric achieves the effects of moistening skin and moisture, and has good effects of keeping the balance of skin moisture and moistening skin. The adoption of the acrylic fiber and the modal fiber can ensure that the fabric has soft touch and light and thin heat storage. By adopting the spandex fibers in the proportion, the fabric has the characteristics of high elasticity and high resilience, is suitable for people with different body types, and further improves the application range of the fabric.
Further, the fineness of the real silk is 1.5D;
the fineness of the cashmere is 15-16 μm, for example, 15 μm, 15.2 μm, 15.4 μm, 15.6 μm, 15.8 μm, 16 μm and the like, and the length of the cashmere is 30-32 mm, for example, 30mm, 30.3mm, 30.6mm, 30.9mm, 31mm, 31.3mm, 31.6mm, 32mm and the like.
Furthermore, the real silk is mulberry silk, and the cashmere is white velvet.
The research shows that the real silk contains 18 amino acids with great nutritive value for human body and has excellent nutritive effect on human body, and the real silk has protein in both keratin and collagen and similar structure, so that it has excellent biocompatibility, no allergy or carcinogenesis, hydroscopic property 1.5 times that of pure cotton and 1.8 times that of wool, capacity of maintaining skin moisture balance and excellent moistening effect on dry and sensitive skin.
The cashmere is a thin and curved fiber, which contains much air and forms an air layer, can defend the invasion of external cold air, keeps the body temperature and cannot reduce, and the cashmere has the characteristics of light weight, softness, good toughness and the like due to fine and smooth outer-layer scales. The cashmere has three colors of white, cyan and purple, wherein the white cashmere is the most precious, and the coarse rate and the impurity rate are the best, so that the skin moistening and heating effects of the fabric can be improved.
Further, the fineness of the acrylic fiber is 0.54D.
Further, the fineness of the modal fiber is 0.72D or 0.9D.
It can be understood that the finer the fiber, the softer the touch, the ultrafine acrylic fiber with fineness of 0.54D is used for the acrylic fiber, and the ultrafine Lanjing modal with fineness of 0.72D or 0.9D is used for the modal fiber, so that the touch of the fabric is soft and comfortable.
Further, the spandex fiber is 20D lycra spandex.
Further, the fabric structure is a weft-knitted plain weave structure, and the gram weight of the fabric is 150-160 g/m 2 For example, it may be 150g/m 2 、152g/m 2 、154g/m 2 、156g/m 2 、158g/m 2 、160g/m 2 And the thickness is 0.7 to 0.8mm, for example, 0.7mm, 0.72mm, 0.74mm, 0.76mm, 0.78mm, 0.8mm, and the like.
The weft-knitted plain weave structure is adopted, so that the fabric is high in elasticity and not easy to deform. The fabric in the gram weight and thickness range belongs to a thin fabric, and the moisture absorption and heating performance of the thin fabric can be ensured by adopting the superfine acrylic fibers so as to improve the heat storage effect of the fabric.
In a second aspect, the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a knitted fabric with skin moistening and moisturizing effects, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing a raw gray fabric: spinning acrylic fiber, modal fiber, cotton fiber and real silk as raw materials into four-component yarns, and weaving the four-component yarns and spandex fiber on a 32-needle 34-inch single-side weft knitting machine to obtain grey cloth;
the knitting process of the grey cloth is as follows: the lower needle cylinder is full of needles, and the first path of yarn is looped with all the lower needle cylinders; the first path of yarn is spun into four-component yarn by adopting acrylic fiber, modal fiber, cotton fiber and real silk as raw materials, the spandex fiber is fed with the first path of yarn together to be knitted into a loop, and each path is taken as a period, and the loop are repeated to knit to obtain knitting fabric blank cloth;
step S2, dyeing: putting the blank cloth into a dyeing cylinder for dyeing to obtain dyed blank cloth;
step S3, shaping: adding a softening agent into a setting machine, threading the dyed blank cloth with a guide cloth, feeding the cloth to the setting machine, setting the mangle expression at 75%, the temperature of an oven at 170 ℃, and the speed at 17m/min, so as to ensure that the blank cloth uniformly penetrates through the softening agent and passes through each section of oven at a constant speed.

Further, in step S3, the softening agent is camellia oil.
The camellia oil is used as the softening agent during fabric shaping, so that the camellia oil can play a role in moistening skin, can endow the fabric with soft and smooth hand feeling, can not become hard and astringent even if being washed for many times, and ensures that the fabric has the effects of moistening skin and moisturizing, soft touch, light and thin heat storage, high elasticity and difficult deformation.
