本发明涉及无机高分子复合材料技术领域,具体为单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前的地坪涂料是采用水、油性聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂和醇脂等原料为主剂,添加颜料,溶剂,助剂、固化剂经过调配而成的地面装饰材料,例如环氧地坪漆等地坪涂料,地坪涂料对于美化、保护地面,起到防尘,耐磨,清洁,防潮的效果,所以被现代工业地面,商业地面,车库地面等广泛使用和推广。
但现有技术中的地坪涂料气味重、防火能力差、附着力差、易老化开裂、起壳,特别是遇高温以后会释放毒性非常大的酮类气体,少量吸入即可使人中毒,加之双组份材料施工时必须使用固化剂或者稀释剂,工人操作困难,固化时间长,成活周期长,费工费时,因此,需要新的耐磨防腐蚀复合材料的诞生

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料及其制备方法解决上述提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料,包括如下的份数成分:水19.6份、润湿剂0.1份、无机分散剂0.4份、消泡剂0.2份、防冻剂0.5份、颜填料20份、石英粉15份、纳米银抗菌粉5份、水性无机树脂30份、硅酸锂溶液5份、硅酸钾溶液5份、再分散乳胶粉3份、调色颜料3-5份、增稠剂0.5份和消泡剂0.2份。
优选的,所述硅酸锂的模数为3.6-4.0,所述硅酸钾的模数为2.5-3.0。
优选的,所述无机分散剂为硅酸盐涂料分散剂,所述防冻剂为丙二醇。

单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:依次向搅拌机中加入19.6份的水、0.1份的润湿剂、0.4份的无机分散剂、0.2份的消泡剂、0.5份的防冻剂、加入20份的颜填料,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌时间15分钟搅拌;
S2:加入15份石英粉,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌15分钟搅拌;
S3:加入5份纳米银抗菌粉,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌15分钟搅拌;
S4:加入30份的水性无机树脂、5份的硅酸锂溶液、5份的硅酸钾溶液,速度为300转/分,搅拌时间15分钟搅拌;
S5:加入3份的再分散乳胶粉,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
S6:加入5份地坪绿或3份地坪灰,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
S7:加入0.5份的增稠剂、0.2份的消泡剂,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟、研磨后得无机地坪涂料。

2、该单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料及其制备方法,通过使用水性无机树脂,对硅酸盐进行改性,使最终制得的复合材料形成具有良好的防水透气性的微晶体结构,同时由于硅在表面的富集而具有自洁功能和耐磨性能,通过使用纳米银抗菌粉是具有强抗菌作用的无机超微细粉末,具有安全性高和更好的耐热性、耐化学稳定性,不产生耐药性,可对肺炎克雷伯氏菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等各类致病菌进行高效广谱的抑制与杀灭,性能优异、安全无毒,通过使用无机颜料地坪灰或地坪绿调色,保证了环保性和耐候性,使复合材料具有阻燃、超强的硬度和附着力、耐摩擦、耐擦洗、耐化学腐蚀性,VOC含量极低,不含甲醛、笨、重金属等有害物质,工艺简单,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料,包括如下的份数成分:水19.6份、润湿剂0.1份、无机分散剂0.4份、消泡剂0.2份、防冻剂0.5份、颜填料20份、石英粉15份、纳米银抗菌粉5份、水性无机树脂30份、硅酸锂溶液5份、硅酸钾溶液5份、再分散乳胶粉3份、调色颜料3-5份、增稠剂0.5份和消泡剂0.2份。
硅酸锂的模数为3.6-4.0,硅酸钾的模数为2.5-3.0,无机分散剂为硅酸盐涂料分散剂,防冻剂为丙二醇,增稠剂为碱溶胀增稠剂,颜填料由金红石钛白粉、高岭土粉、滑石粉、云母粉和硅灰石粉组成,调色用颜料为地坪绿或地坪灰无机色浆,石英粉大于等于200目。
单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:依次向搅拌机中加入19.6份的水、0.1份的润湿剂、0.4份的无机分散剂、0.2份的消泡剂、0.5份的防冻剂、加入20份的颜填料,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌时间15分钟搅拌;
S2:加入15份石英粉,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌15分钟搅拌;
S3:加入5份纳米银抗菌粉,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌15分钟搅拌;
S4:加入30份的水性无机树脂、5份的硅酸锂溶液、5份的硅酸钾溶液,速度为300转/分,搅拌时间15分钟搅拌;
S5:加入3份的再分散乳胶粉,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
S6:加入5份地坪绿或3份地坪灰,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
S7:加入0.5份的增稠剂、0.2份的消泡剂,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟、研磨后得无机地坪涂料。
本发明采用硅酸锂、硅酸钾、,与水性无机树脂改性制成单组份的无机地坪涂料,克服了传统环氧地坪等双组或多组份涂料工艺复杂,成活时间长,施工要求时间长,成本高的缺点。硅酸盐与水泥、混凝土、地聚物等基材有天然的相容性,能相互渗透融为一体,附着力超强。本发明采用的石英粉增加涂料坚硬、耐磨、耐冲击力、化学性能稳定的性能。本发明采用的颜填料为钛白粉、状云粉、硅灰石粉、高岭土粉,相互作用,成膜后涂膜致密,水分子不易渗透。本发明采用的再分散乳胶粉可增加涂膜的硬度和耐水性。本发明采用的颜料为无机颜料,不含重金属等有害物质,不褪色。水性无机地坪涂料以其防火阻燃、无毒无味、超强耐候性和附着力、硬度、耐冲击力、耐摩擦、耐擦洗,特别是不产生静电,适应各种水泥、混凝土、地聚物等材料基面,可用于办公室、家庭、工厂、医院、学校等各种场所的装饰,使用范围非常广泛。所用的原材料直接来自于自然界,来源丰富,价格低廉。还可根据用户选择光泽度的不同,在涂膜上面涂敷水性或油性光油。因此,无机地坪涂料具备广阔的市场前景。
本发明的基本原理如下:硅酸盐也称水玻璃,水玻璃分子式的通式为M2O.mSiO2.nH2O,M可以是钠、钾、锂和铵4种离子,m为模数(其中,铵水玻璃价格太高,钠水玻璃的价格低廉,但钠水玻璃的耐水性很差,一般需要外加固化剂才能满足实际的需求)。成膜机理为水玻璃与空气中的CO2反应形成硅酸溶胶,随着水分的蒸发,脱水形成无机硅氧链网状大分子,但由于碱金属以离子形式分散在涂膜中,当涂膜遇水时,涂膜会因碱金属离子的离解而破坏,即造成涂膜的耐水性差。常用的改性方法有:水玻璃的酸改性、与合成树脂乳液复合使用、不同种类的水玻璃的共混改性等。本发明采用无机树脂和硅酸盐共混改性,克服了其单独成膜耐水性差的缺点。
硅溶胶成膜机理是,在硅溶胶失去水分时,单体硅酸逐渐聚合,随着水分蒸发,胶体分子增大,SiO2粒子间能形成牢固的Si-O-S i键面,继而形成硅氧链网状结构,成为连续涂膜。由于硅溶胶中可溶性的盐分含量低,因而使涂膜具有较好的耐水性,并且硅溶胶价格低廉。但是由于毛细孔效应,单独用硅溶胶作为成膜物,容易发生涂层附着力差、开裂甚至是粉化等现象。由于硅酸盐和硅溶胶具有很强的渗透性,能渗透基面和水泥、混凝土固化融为一体,有超强的附着力。
钛白粉、云母粉、高岭土粉、硅灰石粉、滑石粉等化学性质稳定与硅酸盐有天然的相容性,钛白粉提高涂膜的遮盖力,云母粉具有良好的弹性、韧性、绝缘性、耐高温、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、附着力强等特性,高岭土具有很强的结合性、粘性、悬浮性,硅灰石其特点无毒、耐化学腐蚀、热稳定性及尺寸稳定良好,有玻璃和珍珠光泽,低吸水率和吸油值,力学性能及电性能优良以及具有一定补强作用,滑石粉滑石具有润滑性、抗黏、助流、耐火性、抗酸性、绝缘性、熔点高、化学性不活泼、遮盖力良好、柔软、光泽好、吸附力强等优良的物理、化学特性,这些材料混合在一起相互补充形成了一种具有防火阻燃、硬度高、耐摩擦、抗酸碱等功能的涂层;石英粉是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物,为地坪涂料的骨料成分,进一步增加涂膜的硬度和耐磨性,使最终制得的涂料形成具有良好的防水透气性的微晶体结构,同时由于硅在表面的富集而具有自洁功能和耐磨性能;纳米银抗菌粉是具有强抗菌作用的无机超微细粉末,具有安全性高和更好的耐热性、耐化学稳定性,不产生耐药性,可对肺炎克雷伯氏菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等各类致病菌进行高效广谱的抑制与杀灭,性能优异、安全无毒;地坪绿或地坪灰是氧化铁无机颜料,性质稳定,不变色。
综上所述,本发明提供的新型环保耐腐蚀无机地坪复合材料以碱金属硅酸盐、硅溶胶为主要成膜物质,使得无机成膜物中的总可溶性盐含量降低,避免了硅酸盐耐水性差、硅溶胶单独成膜出现毛细孔效应,从而改善涂料的耐水性和成膜性能,并保持复合材料最终成本低廉,同时通过少量的可分散乳胶粉改性,进一步提高涂料的早期耐水性,使最终制备的涂料保持超高硬度、耐摩擦、超耐擦洗、耐冲击力、耐腐蚀、良好的透气性;钛白粉、云母、高岭土、硅灰石等无机粉料相结合,使各种性能进一步优化;无机分散剂的加入加大了SiO2聚集体表面空间位阻,能够有效的防止涂料在储存或受热过程中的进一步缩合而凝胶,大大延长了复合材料的有效储存时间,形成有效的穿插交互的网络结构,进一步提成膜效果。
本发明的性能如下:
总挥发性有机化合物的含量(VOC)低,能满足环境标志产品认证技术要求水性涂料GB24410-2009标准,属于绿色环保产品。由于硅酸盐的兼容性广,涂膜上面可以使用水性、油性等光油进一步亮化或美化。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料,其特征在于,包括如下份数的成分:水19.6份、润湿剂0.1份、无机分散剂0.4份、消泡剂0.2份、防冻剂0.5份、颜填料20份、石英粉15份、纳米银抗菌粉5份、水性无机树脂30份、硅酸锂溶液5份、硅酸钾溶液5份、再分散乳胶粉3份、调色颜料3-5份、增稠剂0.5份和消泡剂0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料,其特征在于,所述硅酸锂的模数为3.6-4.0,所述硅酸钾的模数为2.5-3.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料,其特征在于,所述无机分散剂为硅酸盐涂料分散剂,所述防冻剂为丙二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为碱溶胀增稠剂,所述颜填料由金红石钛白粉、高岭土粉、滑石粉、云母粉和硅灰石粉组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料,其特征在于,所述调色用颜料为地坪绿或地坪灰无机色浆,所述石英粉大于等于200目。
6.如权利要求1所述的单组份耐磨防腐水性无机地坪复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:依次向搅拌机中加入19.6份的水、0.1份的润湿剂、0.4份的无机分散剂、0.2份的消泡剂、0.5份的防冻剂、加入20份的颜填料,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌时间15分钟搅拌;
S2:加入15份石英粉,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌15分钟搅拌;
S3:加入5份纳米银抗菌粉,搅拌速度为1300转/分,搅拌15分钟搅拌;
S4:加入30份的水性无机树脂、5份的硅酸锂溶液、5份的硅酸钾溶液,速度为300转/分,搅拌时间15分钟搅拌;
S5:加入3份的再分散乳胶粉,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
S6:加入5份地坪绿或3份地坪灰,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
S7:加入0.5份的增稠剂、0.2份的消泡剂,速度300转/分,搅拌10分钟、研磨后得无机地坪涂料。
