Description

Preparation method of green mildew-proof bamboo wood for food contact
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of bamboo corrosion prevention, and particularly relates to a preparation method of green mildew-proof bamboo for food contact.
Background
In recent years, the development of raw bamboo products is rapid, and especially bamboo tableware, such as toothpicks, chopsticks, aviation disposable spoons and lunch boxes, and bamboo packaging materials or bamboo containers contacting with food, such as bamboo tea cans, bamboo packaging boxes, bamboo tube beverage cans, and the like, are rapidly developed. The raw bamboo product has natural and elegant texture, high strength and toughness, but is easy to mildew, so that the surface color and smell are changed, and the use performance is seriously influenced. The bamboo engineering material is generally subjected to chemical mildew-proof treatment, has certain biological toxicity and is easy to lose in the using process. There is an urgent need for special anti-mold techniques for food contact.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a preparation method of green mildew-proof bamboo wood for food contact comprises the following steps:
s1, drying the bamboo wood, namely drying the bamboo wood at the temperature of 60-100 ℃ to obtain the bamboo wood to be treated;
s2, salt spray gasification and adsorption: boiling distilled water, cooling to 35-50 ℃ to obtain treated distilled water, and dissolving sodium salt or potassium salt in the treated distilled water to obtain a salt solution; preheating the bamboo wood to be treated obtained in the step S1 to 65-100 ℃, and performing salt mist gasification adsorption treatment on the bamboo wood to be treated by using the salt solution with the temperature of 35-50 ℃ for 1-3 h to obtain the bamboo wood after the salt mist treatment; recovering redundant salt, crystallizing and purifying for continuous use;
the invention uses the salt spray gasification adsorption mode to carry out mildew-proof treatment on the bamboo wood, and can play a role in sample sterilization, the salt spray treatment rarely leaches the extracted components in the bamboo wood, the separated salt is easy to recycle, is not limited by the shape of the sample, and can directly treat the finished product. The salt mist treatment strength is increased along with the temperature, the salt mist erosion (permeation) effect is doubled, and the treatment efficiency is obviously improved; the redundant salt can be continuously recycled, crystallized and purified for use, and no other waste liquid is discharged;
s3, drying the bamboo material subjected to the salt fog treatment obtained in the step S2 under the condition of superheated steam at the temperature of 110-130 ℃ until the water content is 20% -30%, and then performing microwave drying until the water content is 10% -15% to obtain salt fog treated and dried bamboo material;
in the process of drying by using superheated steam, the surface temperature of the bamboo is high, the wettability is good, salt precipitation can be reduced, in addition, the influence of the oxidation process of the bamboo is reduced due to low oxygen content, the original color of the bamboo is kept as far as possible, and the more thorough cleaning and killing effect on fungi, spores and the like possibly existing in the bamboo can be realized;
s4, surface hydrophobic treatment: and (2) flattening the surface of the salt mist treated dry bamboo material obtained in the step (S3), blowing surface impurities (such as dust and salts on the surface) by using a high-pressure air gun, dissolving wax in turpentine at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ to obtain a wax-turpentine mixture, mixing the wax-turpentine mixture with semi-dry vegetable oil to obtain a surface hydrophobing agent, coating the surface of the salt mist treated dry bamboo material, and deeply penetrating and drying a coating layer in a baking oven at the temperature of 100-135 ℃ to obtain the green mildew-proof bamboo material for food contact.
Turpentine is a natural organic solvent, has strong dissolvability to wax, low boiling point, difficult residue and strong permeability, is a good carrier required by the invention, and can bring wax into bamboo tissues to achieve deep penetration. The wax and the semi-dry oil selected by the invention are both edible, the baking process after the oil coating of the food material is simulated, the surface coating is adopted, the heating deep penetration is combined, the cost is saved, and the mildew-proof treatment of the material is realized in a green mode.

s3, drying the bamboo material subjected to the salt fog treatment obtained in the step S2 under the condition of superheated steam at the temperature of 110-130 ℃ until the water content is 20% -30%, and then performing microwave drying until the water content is 10% -15% to obtain salt fog treated and dried bamboo material;
s4, surface hydrophobic treatment: and (2) flattening the surface of the salt mist treated dry bamboo material obtained in the step (S3), blowing surface sundries by using a high-pressure air gun, dissolving wax in turpentine at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ to obtain a wax-turpentine mixture, mixing the wax-turpentine mixture with semi-dry vegetable oil to obtain a surface hydrophobizing agent, coating the surface of the salt mist treated dry bamboo material, and performing deep penetration and drying treatment on a coating layer in a baking oven at the temperature of 100-135 ℃ to obtain the green mildew-proof bamboo material for food contact.
2. The preparation method of the green mildewproof bamboo material for the food contact according to claim 1, wherein the moisture content of the bamboo material to be treated in the S1 is 8-10%.
3. The method for preparing the green mildewproof bamboo material for the food contact according to claim 1, wherein the mass fraction of the sodium salt or the potassium salt in the salt solution in the S2 is 20 to 30 percent.
4. The method for preparing green mildewproof bamboo material for food contact according to claim 1, wherein the sodium salt in the S2 comprises sodium chloride, sodium nitrate or sodium carbonate; the potassium salt includes potassium chloride.
5. The method for preparing green mildewproof bamboo material for food contact according to claim 1, wherein the mass fraction of the wax in the mixture of the wax and the pine butter in the S4 is 40 to 60 percent.
6. The method for preparing green mildewproof bamboo material for food contact according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the turpentine mixture to the semi-dry vegetable oil in the surface hydrophobizing agent in S4 is 1: (3-5).
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the semi-dry vegetable oil of S4 includes linseed oil, sunflower seed oil, soybean oil or castor oil.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the wax in S4 includes carnauba wax, beeswax, or candelilla wax.
9. The method for preparing the green mildewproof bamboo material for the food contact according to claim 1, wherein the time of S4 in the baking oven is 0.5 to 2 hours.
