Description

Preparation method of green mildew-proof bamboo wood for food contact
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of bamboo corrosion prevention, and particularly relates to a preparation method of green mildew-proof bamboo for food contact.
Background
In recent years, bamboo products have been rapidly developed, especially bamboo tableware such as toothpicks, chopsticks, aviation disposable fork and spoon cutlery boxes, etc., and bamboo packaging materials or bamboo containers contacting with food such as bamboo tea cans, bamboo packaging boxes, bamboo tube beverage cans, etc. The original bamboo product has natural and elegant texture, high strength and toughness, is extremely easy to generate mildew, causes the change of surface color and smell, and seriously affects the service performance. The bamboo engineering material is generally treated by chemical mildew resistance, has certain biotoxicity and is easy to run off in the use process. There is a strong need for dedicated mildew-proof technology for food contact.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a preparation method of green mildew-proof bamboo for food contact comprises the following steps:
s1, drying the bamboo material, namely drying the bamboo material at the temperature of 60-100 ℃ to obtain the bamboo material to be treated;
s2, salt mist gasification adsorption: boiling distilled water, cooling to 35-50 ℃ to obtain treated distilled water, and dissolving sodium salt or potassium salt in the treated distilled water to obtain a salt solution; preheating the bamboo to be treated obtained in the step S1 to 65-100 ℃, and carrying out salt fog gasification adsorption treatment on the bamboo to be treated by using the salt solution with the temperature of 35-50 ℃ for 1-3 h to obtain bamboo after salt fog treatment; the redundant salt is recovered, crystallized and purified and then used continuously;
the invention uses the mode of salt fog gasification adsorption to carry out mildew-proof treatment on the bamboo wood, can play a role in sample sterilization, and the salt fog treatment can leach out little the extraction components in the bamboo wood, so that the separated salt is easy to recycle, is not limited by the shape of the sample, and can directly treat the finished product. The strength of salt fog treatment is increased along with the temperature, the salt fog erosion (penetration) effect is multiplied, and the treatment efficiency is obviously improved; and the redundant salt can be continuously recovered, crystallized and purified for use, and no other waste liquid is discharged;
s3, drying the bamboo subjected to salt fog treatment obtained in the step S2 under the condition of superheated steam at 110-130 ℃ until the water content is 20-30%, and then performing microwave drying until the water content is 10-15%, so as to obtain salt fog treatment dried bamboo;
in the process of drying by using superheated steam, the surface temperature of the bamboo is high, the wettability is good, the salt precipitation can be reduced, in addition, the influence of the oxidation process of the bamboo is reduced due to the small oxygen content, the original color of the bamboo is kept as much as possible, and the bacteria, spores and the like possibly existing in the bamboo can be thoroughly cleaned;
s4, surface hydrophobic treatment: and (3) after the surface treatment of the salt fog treated dry bamboo wood obtained in the step (S3) is smooth, and surface impurities (impurities such as dust and salts on the surface) are purged by adopting a high-pressure air gun, dissolving wax in turpentine at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ to obtain a wax turpentine mixture, mixing the wax turpentine mixture with semi-dry vegetable oil to obtain a surface hydrophobizing agent, brushing the surface of the salt fog treated dry bamboo wood, and carrying out coating layer deep penetration and drying treatment in a baking oven at the temperature of 100-135 ℃ to obtain the green mildew-proof bamboo wood for food contact.
Turpentine is a natural organic solvent, has strong solubility to oil wax, low boiling point, difficult residue and strong permeability, is a good carrier required by the invention, and can bring wax into the inside of bamboo tissues to achieve deep penetration. The wax and the semi-drying oil selected by the invention are edible, simulate the baking process of the edible material after being coated with oil, adopt surface coating and combine with heating deep penetration, save the cost and realize the mildew-proof treatment of the material in a green mode.
