specifically, the connection shaft 321 and the turnover clamping plate 322 are combined to form an L-shaped structure, and in an initial state, the turnover clamping plate 322 faces to the lower side of the connection shaft 321, so that a brake pad on the transmission unit 1 can be clamped, and in a turnover state, the turnover clamping plate 322 can rotate upwards, so that the clamped brake pad cannot be limited by the transmission unit 1 in a rotation state.

the second clamping plate 343 comprises a second main plate 3431 and a second sliding plate 3432, the second sliding plate 3432 is connected with the connecting plate 342, a second sliding groove is arranged on one side of the second main plate 3431, the second sliding plate 3432 is in sliding connection with the second sliding groove, a plurality of second springs 3433 are arranged in the second sliding groove in parallel along the length direction of the second sliding groove, one end of each second spring 3433 is connected with the bottom of the second sliding groove, the other end of each second spring 3433 is connected with the sliding plate, the second sliding plate 3432 is connected with the second main plate 3431 through the second springs 3433, the second sliding plate 3432 is also in sliding connection with the second main plate 3431, the second clamping plate 343 has certain vibration resistance, and the vibration reduction effect on brake pad parts is further achieved.

the clamping piece 31 is matched with the overturning piece 32 through the fixing unit 3 which is arranged above the transmission unit 1 and corresponds to the processing positions of the grinding device 22, the ash removing device 23 and the electrostatic spraying device 24 one by one, so that the automatic clamping and fixing of the brake pad in transmission can be realized, the processing of the brake pad by the production processing unit 2 is facilitated, the stability in the processing is improved, and the deviation of the brake pad processing is avoided; and the turnover piece 32 can turn over the brake pad clamped by the turnover piece to a horizontal state, and after the brake pad is turned over, the other side of the brake pad corresponds to one of the processing positions of the production and processing unit 2, so that the turnover processing of the brake pad can be realized, the processing of multiple faces of the brake pad can be realized by one process of the production line, and the production efficiency is improved.

1. A brake pad production line, comprising:
the transmission unit is used for conveying the brake pads;
the production processing unit comprises a feeding device, a grinding device, a dust removing device and an electrostatic spraying device which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying unit and used for sequentially carrying out automatic feeding, grinding, dust removing and electrostatic spraying processing procedures on the brake pad;
the fixing units are sequentially arranged above the transmission units and respectively correspond to the machining positions of the grinding device, the ash removing device and the electrostatic spraying device one by one, each fixing unit comprises two clamping pieces which are arranged oppositely and two overturning pieces which are connected with the two clamping pieces respectively, the clamping pieces are used for driving the two overturning pieces to translate relatively, and the overturning pieces are provided with a clamping station capable of clamping and fixing a brake pad on the transmission units under the matching driving of the clamping pieces and an overturning station capable of overturning the clamped brake pad to a horizontal state;
the fixing unit further comprises a mounting plate, a processing groove is formed in the middle of the mounting plate, each clamping piece comprises a first driving piece and a first clamping plate, the first driving pieces are arranged on the mounting plate, the driving ends of the first driving pieces are connected with the first clamping plates, and the two first clamping plates are oppositely arranged;
the fixing units corresponding to the grinding device and the electrostatic spraying device are also provided with two fixing pieces, a clamping station and a turnover station formed between the two fixing pieces are positioned on the same horizontal plane and are mutually perpendicular, each fixing piece comprises two second driving pieces, a connecting plate and a second clamping plate, the two second driving pieces are arranged in parallel and are connected with the mounting plate, the driving ends of the two second driving pieces are connected with the connecting plate, and one side of the connecting plate is connected with the second clamping plate;
the first clamping plate comprises a first main plate and a first sliding plate, the first main plate is connected with the driving end of the first driving piece, one side of the first main plate is provided with a first sliding groove, one end of the first sliding plate is connected with the first sliding groove, the other end of the first sliding plate is connected with the overturning piece, a plurality of first springs are arranged in the first sliding groove in parallel along the length direction of the first sliding groove, one end of each first spring is connected with the bottom of the first sliding groove, and the other end of each first spring is connected with the sliding plate;
the second clamping plate comprises a second main plate and a second sliding plate, the second sliding plate is connected with the connecting plate, a second sliding groove is formed in one side of the second main plate, the second sliding plate is in sliding connection with the second sliding groove, a plurality of second springs are arranged in the second sliding groove in parallel along the length direction of the second sliding groove, one end of each second spring is connected with the bottom of the second sliding groove, and the other end of each second spring is connected with the sliding plate;
the turnover piece comprises a connecting shaft, a first turnover clamping plate and a turnover motor, wherein the connecting shaft is rotationally connected with the first clamping plate, one end of the connecting shaft is connected with an output shaft of the turnover motor, and the other end of the connecting shaft is connected with the turnover clamping plate;
the electrostatic spraying device comprises a spraying frame, a transverse driving piece, a spraying box, an electrostatic spraying power supply, a transmission pipe and an electrostatic spraying spray gun, wherein the spraying frame is arranged above the transmission unit, the spraying box is arranged on the spraying frame, the output end of a coating pump in the spraying box is communicated with the electrostatic spraying spray gun through the transmission pipe, the electrostatic spraying power supply is connected with the electrostatic spraying spray gun, the transverse driving piece is transversely arranged on the spraying frame, and the driving end of the transverse driving piece is connected with the electrostatic spraying spray gun and used for driving the electrostatic spraying spray gun to transversely translate.
