Referring to fig. 2, the feeding device 10 includes: the feeding conveying line 11, the dust suction mechanism 12 arranged on the feeding conveying line 11 and the material blocking mechanism 13 arranged at the inlet of the dust suction mechanism 12 are arranged, and the material blocking mechanism 13 is configured to allow only a single plate to pass through. Specifically, material loading conveying line 11 contains pan feeding end 111 and discharge end 112, and pan feeding end 111 is used for receiving panel, dust absorption mechanism 12 and stock stop 13 all are close to material loading conveying line 11's discharge end 112 sets up for carry out dust absorption to the surface of panel and handle.
Because the size of panel is great, the preferred trailer/robot/manual mode that adopts of this embodiment is placed panel the pan feeding end 111 of material loading transmission line 11 to can once pile up the polylith panel and place pan feeding end 111 of material loading transmission line 11, can save the material loading process on the one hand like this, improve material loading efficiency, can also effectual control material loading transmission line 11 go up the distance between panel and the panel in addition, improve the productivity. In order to ensure the feeding effect, the material blocking mechanism 13 is configured to allow only the sheet material at the bottom layer to pass through. Therefore, the stacked plates move from the feeding end 111 to the discharging end 112 along with the feeding conveying line 11, in the moving process, the material blocking mechanism 13 blocks other plates except the bottom plate, only the plate which is located at the bottom layer and is directly contacted with the feeding conveying line is allowed to pass through, after the bottom plate passes through, the plate located at the second bottom layer falls to the feeding conveying line 11, then the plate at the second bottom layer passes through, and the surfaces of the plates passing through one by one are subjected to dust collection and dust removal treatment by the dust collection mechanism 12 and then enter the next procedure.
With particular reference to fig. 3, in a particular embodiment, the striker 13 preferably comprises: the baffle and the baffle drive 132 that control baffle 131 goes up and down, dog 131 slides and sets up in the terminal surface department of dust absorption mechanism 12, dog drive 132 can be according to the thickness adaptability adjustment of panel the height of dog 131, ensure that the difference in height of the bottom of dog 131 and the surface of material loading transmission line 11 is greater than the thickness of monoblock dog 131 and is less than the thickness of biplock dog 131, can effectively shelter from upper plate material when guaranteeing the material loading of multilayer panel.
Further, the plate of the present embodiment is an uncut large plate, and the size of the plate is mostly 1.5m by 1.5m or more. When the plates are fed, the baffle 131 needs to shield a plurality of plates at the same time, so that the plurality of plates can stop and remain stationary after the end of the plate positioned on the upper layer contacts the baffle 131 in the moving process of the feeding transmission line 11, and the plate positioned on the bottom layer still continues to move, so that a certain impact force needs to be borne by the surface of the baffle 131, and in the moving process of the plate positioned on the upper layer, the plate can gradually slide downwards, so that a certain friction force needs to be borne by the surface layer of the baffle 131. Of course, since the overall thickness of the plate is small and the size is large, when the bottom plate moves and the end portions of the rest plates slide down on the feeding line 11, the inclination angle is relatively small, usually not exceeding 3 °, so that the plate is limited by the baffle 131 and remains stationary in time, and the feeding line 11 moving is not affected.
In order to avoid deformation or abrasion of the surface of the baffle 131 after long-term operation, in this embodiment, a detachable blocking layer 133 is preferably disposed on the surface of the baffle 131, and the blocking layer 133 is preferably made of a wood block or bakelite, which is mounted on the surface of the baffle 131 through a fastener and directly abutted against a plate, and can be quickly replaced after deformation or abrasion, so that the cost is low, and the operation is convenient. Further, in order to buffer the impact force applied to the baffle 131, in this embodiment, a buffer assembly 134 is preferably disposed between the barrier 133 and the stopper 131, and the buffer assembly 134 can be contracted when the barrier 133 contacts the plate 131 to absorb a certain impact force, so that the baffle 131 can be effectively protected, and the baffle 131 can be ensured to slide on the end surface of the dust suction mechanism 12.

The baffle plate driver 132 is fixed above the stop block 131 through a mounting bracket 136 to drive the stop block 131 to move up and down, and the mounting bracket 136 is fixed on the dust suction mechanism 12. Further, the baffle driving unit 132 preferably employs a lead screw motor.
The dust suction mechanism 12 comprises a dust suction hood 121 arranged on the plate conveying line 11, an air suction pipeline 122 communicated with the dust suction hood 121, a first recovery box 123 arranged at the end part of the air suction pipeline 122, and an exhaust fan 124 connected with the air suction pipeline 122. Specifically, the exhaust fan 124 sucks dust passing through the surface of the plate in the dust hood 121 through the air suction pipe 122, the dust passes through the dust hood 121 and the air suction pipe 122 and is deposited in the first recovery box 123, and the plate after dust collection flows to the next process, that is, the surface of the plate is polished by the polishing device 20.
Referring now more particularly to fig. 3, the polishing apparatus 20 includes: the device comprises a grinding transmission line 21, a grinding mechanism 22 arranged on the grinding transmission line 21 and a rotary air blowing mechanism 23. Specifically, the grinding mechanism 22 is used for grinding the surface of the plate material, so that on one hand, the original paint layer on the surface of the plate material can be removed, and on the other hand, the flatness of the surface of the plate material can be improved. The rotary blowing mechanism 23 is used for cleaning the ground dust.
The grinding mechanism 22 includes: the grinding device comprises a mounting bracket 221, at least one group of grinding rollers 222 arranged on the mounting bracket 221 and a grinding drive 223 driving the grinding rollers 222 to rotate. Specifically, the mounting bracket 221 includes a mounting plate 2211 located at two sides of the polishing transmission line 21 and a connecting plate 2212 connected to the mounting plate 2211, and the mounting plate 2211 may be directly fixed to the polishing transmission line 21 or may be mounted on the polishing transmission line 21 through a height adjusting mechanism, that is, the overall height of the grinding mechanism 22 may be adjusted by the height adjusting mechanism to adapt to plates with different thicknesses. The grinding drive 223 is a servo motor, which may be installed on the outer side of the mounting plate 2211 so as to be directly connected to the grinding roller 222, or may be installed on the connection plate 2222 and connected to the grinding roller 222 through a belt. Further, the surface of the grinding roller 222 is coated with sand paper, and the sand paper can grind the surface of the plate material to remove the original paint layer on the surface of the plate material.

The feeding roller 232 and the discharging roller 233 can respectively brush the upper and lower surfaces of the plate during feeding and discharging of the plate to clean dust on the plate, so that the dust enters the air suction hood. The blowing assemblies 234 are provided in two sets, respectively above and below the table 231. Among them, the blowing assembly 234 located at the upper side preferably employs a plurality of fans, which can blow up the dust brushed up by the feeding roller 232 and the discharging roller 233, so that the dust can be smoothly sucked away by the suction hood 235. The lower blowing assembly 234 is preferably a high pressure blower having a blowing port extending obliquely from bottom to top and directed toward the feeding roller 232. Further, since the blowing hood 235 above the worktable 231 cannot absorb the dust below the sheet while the sheet passes through, the present embodiment is preferably configured as a funnel structure with a dust recycling bin 236 at the bottom of the worktable 231, and the dust can automatically fall into the dust recycling bin 236 through the funnel structure. Of course, the structures of the blowing assemblies 234 above and below the worktable 231 may be the same or different, and may also adopt multiple modes at the same time, since the blowing structures are multiple and can mostly play a role of blowing dust, so that the present embodiment is not described in detail.
