Claims (10)

1. A furniture board finish paint coating production line is characterized by comprising a conveyor belt (1), a primer polishing machine (2), a dust remover (3), a first dryer (4) and a plurality of first coating machines (5); the first coating machine (5) comprises a lifting device and a coating roller, and the coating roller is arranged on the first lifting device.
2. The furniture board finish coating production line of claim 1, wherein the primer polishing machine comprises a second lifting device and a primer polishing roller, and the primer polishing roller is arranged on the second lifting device.
3. The furniture board finish coating production line as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the conveyor belt (1) is provided with a thickness detector (6) for detecting the thickness of the board.
4. The furniture board finish coating production line as claimed in claim 3, wherein the thickness detector (6) is provided with a reference platform (6.1), and the reference platform (6.1) is provided with a distance measuring sensor (6.2).

The furniture board finish coating production line as claimed in claim 3, wherein a reference platform (6.1) is arranged on the thickness detector (6), a translation driver (6.3), an elevating platform (6.4) and a displacement sensor (6.5) are arranged on the reference platform (6.1), an output end of the translation driver (6.3) is connected with the elevating platform (6.4), the displacement sensor (6.5) is connected with the elevating platform (6.4), and a pressure sensor is arranged on the bottom surface of the elevating platform (6.4).
6. The furniture board finish coating production line as claimed in claim 4 or 5, characterized by further comprising a metal plate, wherein the primer polisher (2) and the first coater (5) are provided with metal sensors.
7. A furniture board finish coating process, which adopts the furniture board finish coating production line of any one of claims 1 to 6, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a3. selecting a coating machine: selecting a corresponding first coating machine (5) according to the processing requirement of the plate, and lifting the first lifting devices of the other first coating machines (5) to lift the coating rollers off the conveyor belt (1);
b. feeding: placing the plate on a conveyor belt (1);
c. polishing: when the conveying belt (1) conveys the plate to the primer polishing machine (2), the primer polishing machine (2) polishes the upper surface of the plate;
d. dust removal: when the plate is conveyed to the dust remover (3) by the conveyor belt (1), the dust remover (3) cleans dust on the upper surface of the plate;
d. coating: when the conveying belt (1) conveys the plate to a required first coating machine (5), the upper surface of the plate is coated by a coating roller;
e. and (3) drying: the painted plate passes through a first dryer (4), and the paint on the upper surface of the plate is dried by the first dryer (4);
f, blanking: and taking the processed plate off the conveyor belt (1).
8. The furniture board finish coating production line as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a step a2, wherein the step a2 is provided before the step a 3:
a2 thickness detection: the thickness of the plate is detected by a thickness detector, and the heights of the polishing roller of the primer polisher (2) and the coating roller of the first coater (5) are adjusted according to the detected thickness.
9. The furniture board finish coating production line as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a step a1, wherein the step a1 is provided before the step a 2:
a 1: when the plates with different thicknesses need to be replaced, the metal plates are placed on the conveyor belt (1), when the metal sensors sense the metal plates, the polishing rollers and the coating rollers of the corresponding devices are lifted to a machining height, and the devices which do not need to be used are improved to a safety height.
10. The furniture board finish coating production line of claim 7, further comprising a step g, arranged between the step e and the step f:
g. leveling: the conveying belt (1) enables the plate to sequentially pass through the second coating machine (7), the leveling machine (8) and the second drying machine (9) to perform leveling treatment on the plate.
