It should be noted that the identification device 4 and the photoelectric detection system in the present embodiment can be purchased directly from the market.

the tipping device comprises a moving seat, an impact electromagnet, a tray and a buckle structure, wherein the tray is hinged to the moving seat;
the tipping bucket sorting equipment further comprises a sliding contact line, the sliding contact line is installed on the supporting frame, the impact type electromagnet is electrically connected with the sliding contact line, the impact type electromagnet is used for enabling the buckle structure to be tripped on the moving seat, and the tray inclines after the buckle structure is tripped.

The tipping bucket sorting equipment of claim 1, wherein the buckle structure comprises a fixing plate, a buckle and a connecting piece, the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of the tray, the connecting piece is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate, and the buckle and the connecting piece are hinged;
the movable seat is provided with a clamping hook, and the clamping hook is clamped with the clamping hook.
3. The tipping bucket sorting device of claim 2, wherein the buckle comprises a clamping part and an impact part, and the clamping part is clamped with the clamping hook; and a push rod is arranged in the middle of the impact type electromagnet and is positioned below the impact part.

The tipping bucket sorting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the moving base is provided with a plurality of traveling wheels, the traveling wheels are respectively located above, below and on the left and right sides of the annular guide rail, and the traveling wheels are used for guiding the tipping bucket device to move along the annular guide rail.
5. The tipping bucket sorting apparatus of claim 2, wherein the tipping bucket device further comprises a drive plate mounted to the bottom of the moving base, the drive device being configured to drive the drive plate to move.
6. A skip sorting plant according to claim 5, characterised in that two adjacent skip devices are interconnected.

The tipping bucket sorting apparatus of claim 6 wherein the drive mechanism comprises two oppositely disposed drive mechanisms, the drive mechanisms comprise motors and transmission assemblies, the output ends of the motors are in transmission connection with the transmission assemblies, and the drive plates are clamped by the tops of the two transmission assemblies of two different drive mechanisms to drive the tipping bucket device to move along the endless guide rail.

The tipping bucket sorting apparatus of claim 7, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a transmission belt, the output end of the motor is provided with a first gear, the transmission assembly comprises a second gear positioned below and a rubber wheel positioned above, the first gear is in transmission connection with the second gear through the transmission belt, and the two rubber wheels positioned on different transmission assemblies are used for clamping the driving plate and driving the tipping bucket device to move along the annular guide rail.
9. A skip sorting plant according to claim 6 characterised in that said drive means is a linear motor.
10. The skip sorting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an identification device, wherein the identification device is fixedly mounted on the support frame, and an identification area of the identification device is located above the skip device.
