disodium EDTA: chelating agents, and can synergistically exert a preservative effect;
sodium citrate: a pH regulator.

The children moisturizing hand cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of water, 5 parts of shea butter, 5 parts of rosewood seed oil, 3 parts of echinacea purpurea extract, 3 parts of honey, 5.5 parts of butanediol, 5.5 parts of xylitol, 8 parts of caprylyl glycol, 3.5 parts of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1.5 parts of beeswax, 2.5 parts of xanthan gum, 6 parts of disodium EDTA and 2 parts of sodium citrate.
The preparation method of the children moisturizing hand cream provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) adding shea butter and rosewood seed oil into a mixing tank, and stirring and mixing at 72-85 deg.C;
(2) cooling to 35-45 deg.C, adding Echinacea purpurea extract and Mel, stirring and mixing;
(3) sequentially adding the humectant, the antibacterial agent, the preservative, the emulsifier and the chelating agent, and stirring and mixing for 3-5min under the condition of the rotating speed of 800-;
(4) adding a pH regulator, stirring and mixing for 8-13min under the condition of 500-600r/min, and degassing for 10min under vacuum under the condition of-0.01 MPa to-0.03 MPa to obtain the child moisturizing hand cream.
Example 2
The children moisturizing hand cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of water, 4 parts of shea butter, 4 parts of rosewood seed oil, 2 parts of echinacea purpurea extract, 2 parts of honey, 4 parts of butanediol, 4 parts of xylitol, 5 parts of caprylyl glycol, 2 parts of caprylyl hydroxamic acid, 1 part of beeswax, 2 parts of xanthan gum, 4 parts of disodium EDTA and 1 part of sodium citrate.
The preparation method of the children moisturizing hand cream provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

The preparation method of the children moisturizing hand cream provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

The children moisturizing hand cream is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of water, 12-20 parts of an emollient, 8-14 parts of a humectant, 5-11 parts of an antibacterial agent, 2-5 parts of a preservative, 3-5 parts of an emulsifier, 4-8 parts of a chelating agent and 1-3 parts of a pH regulator.

The children moisturizing hand cream according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of water, 12-20 parts of an emollient, 8-14 parts of a humectant, 5-11 parts of an antibacterial agent, 2-5 parts of a preservative, 3-5 parts of an emulsifier, 4-8 parts of a chelating agent and 1-3 parts of a pH regulator.
3. The child moisturizing hand cream of claim 1, wherein the emollient comprises 4-6 parts shea butter, 4-6 parts rosewood seed oil, 2-4 parts echinacea purpurea extract, and 2-4 parts honey.
4. The child moisturizing hand cream of claim 1, wherein the moisturizer is one or both of butylene glycol or xylitol.
5. The child moisturizing hand cream of claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent is caprylyl glycol.
6. The child moisturizing hand cream of claim 1, wherein the preservative is caprylhydroxamic acid.
7. The child moisturizing hand cream of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is a combination of beeswax and xanthan gum.
8. The child moisturizing hand cream of claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.
9. The child moisturizing hand cream of claim 1, wherein the pH adjusting agent is sodium citrate.
10. The preparation method of the children moisturizing hand cream as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding shea butter and rosewood seed oil into a mixing tank, and stirring and mixing at 72-85 deg.C;
(2) cooling to 35-45 deg.C, adding Echinacea purpurea extract and Mel, stirring and mixing;
(3) sequentially adding the humectant, the antibacterial agent, the preservative, the emulsifier and the chelating agent, and stirring and mixing for 3-5min under the condition of the rotating speed of 800-;
(4) adding a pH regulator, stirring and mixing for 8-13min under the condition of 500-600r/min, and degassing for 10min under vacuum under the condition of-0.01 MPa to-0.03 MPa to obtain the child moisturizing hand cream.
