the base material is a paper base.
It is noted that in the present application the paper substrate is a common commercially available paper, such as roll toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towel, etc.
In some preferred embodiments, the wet cream composition is prepared from the following raw materials: moisturizing factor, compound containing benzyl ammonium salt, softener, auxiliary agent and solvent.
In some preferred embodiments, the moisturizing factor is at least one selected from hyaluronic acid, collagen, amino acid, and phosphate.
In some preferred embodiments, the moisturizing factor is hyaluronic acid and an amino acid.
In some preferred embodiments, the molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid is 1000000-1800000 Da.
Hyaluronic acid, purchased from chemical products, ltd, huayue, hannan.
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of hyaluronic acid to amino acid is 0.6: (1-1.2).
In the experimental process, the applicant finds that the moisturizing factor added into the system can improve the moisturizing effect of the wet and smooth cream paper, and particularly has the mild moisturizing effect when the moisturizing factor is used on the skin of a baby, but in the experimental process, the applicant finds that the interaction between hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 1000000-1800000 Da and amino acid is selected, and the weight ratio of the hyaluronic acid to the amino acid is 0.6: (1-1.2), the stability of hyaluronic acid in the system can be ensured, and the damage of harmful substances in the environment to the skin is avoided. The applicant speculates that the reason for this phenomenon is: when the hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 1000000-1800000 Da is compounded with amino acid, the action effect of the hyaluronic acid in dermal cells is improved through the interaction force among molecules, the amino acid components are locked in the skin, the hydration of the skin is maintained, meanwhile, sufficient nutrients are provided for the cells, skin lipid is protected, and the resistance activity to oxidation substances such as sunlight is excited, meanwhile, due to the synergistic effect of the amino acid and the hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 1000000-1800000 Da, a protective barrier can be formed on the surface layer of the skin, the skin is prevented from being eroded by harmful substances in the environment such as dust and sunlight, the moisture retention performance of the skin is improved, and meanwhile, the damage of the external harmful substances is reduced.
In some preferred embodiments, the benzyl ammonium salt-containing compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of methacryloyloxyethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride, methacryloyloxymethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride, and dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride.
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of methacryloyloxyethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride to dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride is 1: (0.3-1.2).
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of methacryloyloxyethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride to dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride is 1: (0.5-1).
In the experimental process, the applicant finds that the benzyl ammonium salt compound selected in the system provides certain antibacterial performance for the wet-skid cream paper, and particularly when the benzyl ammonium salt compound is methacryloyloxyethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride and dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, the damage to infants caused by hand-foot-and-mouth viruses and the like can be resisted, and the reason for the phenomenon is presumed that: in the system, through the synergistic effect of methacryloyloxyethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride and dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, strong interaction force or hydrophobic association can be generated with protein molecules in the hand-foot-and-mouth virus through electrostatic interaction, intermolecular strong hydrogen bond action and the like, so that the protein helical structure of the virus is damaged, the protein loses physiological activity, the normal growth of the virus is inhibited, and the capacities of infection, pathogenesis and reproduction are lost. The compound is compounded with methacryloyloxyethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride and dodecyl-dimethylbenzylammonium chloride in a weight ratio of 1: (0.5-1), the charge density in the system is improved, the high efficiency of the action with the virus is improved, and the capability of quickly removing the virus is achieved.
In some preferred embodiments, the softener is selected from at least one of silicone softeners, fatty acid salt softeners, and esterquat softeners.
In some preferred embodiments, the softener is an esterquat softener.
In some preferred embodiments, the esterquat softener is selected from distearyldimethylammonium chloride, alkyl ester quaternaries, imidazoline quaternaries, and bis fatty acid ethylhydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate.
Bis fatty acid ethyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, available from bosch Huarun oleochemical Co., Ltd.
In the experimental process, the applicant finds that the softening performance of the prepared wet and smooth cream paper can be greatly improved by adding the esterquat softener into the system, and when the added esterquat is the difatty ethyl hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, the flexibility can be ensured, and meanwhile, the better dispersing performance of the esterquat in the system can be ensured. The applicant speculates that this phenomenon occurs because: the hyaluronic acid in the system can provide more attachment sites for the ester quaternary ammonium salt, and when the hyaluronic acid is immersed in the paper base, the friction coefficient between short fibers in the paper base can be improved, the water absorption performance of the paper base is improved, and the effect of protecting tender skin of a baby when the hyaluronic acid is used as wet and smooth cream paper is ensured.
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of the benzylammonium salt-containing compound to the softener is 1: (0.1-0.8).
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of the benzyl ammonium salt-containing compound to the softener is 1: 0.7.
through a large amount of creative experimental researches, the applicant discovers that the weight ratio of the compound containing benzylammonium salt to the softener added into the system is 1: (0.1-0.8), the synergistic effect between the benzyl ammonium salt compound and the softener can be improved, the antibacterial and softening effects of the wet-slip cream paper are improved, and the yellowing resistance of the wet-slip cream paper is improved, and the applicant speculates that the reason for the phenomenon is that: because more cationic groups exist on the surfaces of the compounds containing benzyl ammonium salt, such as methacryloyloxyethylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and di-fatty acid ethyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methosulfate, the compounds can be further bonded with active groups with negative charges in the system, the stability of the network structure of the compounds is improved, and when the compounds face light, heat and other stimuli, the generation of active centers among molecular chains is reduced due to strong interaction among molecules, the breakage of carbon-carbon bonds and the like is avoided, and the occurrence of paper yellowing is avoided.
Meanwhile, the applicant finds that when the content of the softener is too much, the heat resistance is reduced, and the wet skid effect of the fabric can be influenced due to the change of temperature during the storage process.
In some preferred embodiments, the wet cream composition is prepared from raw materials by weight percentage, including: 0.001-0.01% of moisture retention factor, 0.1-1% of benzylammonium salt compound, 0.05-0.8% of softener, 2-10% of auxiliary agent and the balance of solvent supplement to 100%.
In some preferred embodiments, the adjuvant comprises at least one of glycerol, tetramethylolmethane, and propylene glycol.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of wet and smooth cream paper, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing raw materials for preparing the wet and slippery cream composition in a reaction kettle, stirring and homogenizing to obtain the wet and slippery cream composition;
2) adding the wet and slippery cream composition obtained in the step 1) into a spray type compound machine, and compounding the wet and slippery cream composition on the surface of paper through spraying and atomizing under pressure to obtain the wet and slippery cream composition.
In addition, the starting materials used are all commercially available, unless otherwise specified.
