As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the device mainly comprises a wet/paper towel bag conveying mechanism 1, a negative pressure wet/paper towel bag transfer wheel 2, an equidistant positioning mechanism 6, a wet/paper towel bag clamping and conveying mechanism 4, a sheet conveying mechanism 5, a first glue applying gun 10 arranged above the sheet conveying mechanism 5, a pocket cloth conveying mechanism 3, a second glue applying gun 12 arranged above the pocket cloth conveying mechanism 3, a rotary pocket cloth cutter 8 and a negative pressure pocket cloth transfer wheel 9.
The wet/tissue package conveying mechanism 1 comprises a conveying frame 101, a conveying belt A102 and an engaging bucket 103, wherein the conveying belt A102 and the engaging bucket 103 are arranged on the conveying frame 101, one end of the engaging bucket 103 is rotatably connected with the conveying frame 101 through a rotating shaft and is engaged with the tail end of the conveying belt A102, and the other end of the engaging bucket is engaged with the surface of a wet/tissue package transfer wheel 2; a telescopic adjusting rod 105 for adjusting the angle of the joining bucket 103 is further arranged on the conveying frame 101 below the joining bucket 103, one end of the telescopic adjusting rod 105 is connected with the conveying frame 101, and the other end is connected with the bottom surface of the joining bucket 103. The arrangement of the telescopic rod 105 makes the gap and position between the joining bucket 103 and the surface of the wet/paper towel transferring wheel 2 adjustable, so as to adjust the fitting degree between the wet/paper towel package in the joining bucket 103 and the surface of the wet/paper towel transferring wheel 2, and facilitate the wet/paper towel package transferring wheel 2 to adsorb the wet/paper towel package 11 to the surface for transferring.
The pocket cloth conveying mechanism 3 and the wet/tissue bag clamping and conveying mechanism 4 are respectively arranged on two sides of the wet/tissue bag transfer wheel 2, and the equidistant positioning mechanism 6 is arranged below the wet/tissue bag transfer wheel 2; in the equidistant positioning mechanism 6, two ends of a pair of conveyer belts B601 are respectively sleeved on a driving wheel 602, a plurality of stop levers 603 are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the pair of conveyer belts B601 at equal intervals, and a material receiving platform for receiving wet/tissue packs 11 falling from the wet/tissue pack transfer wheel 2 is arranged on a rack of the equidistant positioning mechanism 6 and right below the wet/tissue pack transfer wheel 2; the material receiving platform is composed of a pair of material receiving plates 604, and the pair of material receiving plates 604 are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two outer side mounting plates of the pair of conveyor belts B601. The distance between a pair of receiving plates 604 is smaller than the width of the wet/tissue bag 11, the distance between two stop rods 603 symmetrically arranged on a pair of conveyer belts B601 is smaller than the distance between a pair of receiving plates 604, and the top surface of each stop rod 603 is higher than the top surface of the receiving plate 604. The conveyer belt B is used for driving each stop lever 603 to convey the wet/tissue packs 11 falling on the material receiving table to the inlet of the wet/tissue pack clamping and conveying mechanism 4 at equal intervals.
The wet/tissue bag clamping and conveying mechanism 4 comprises an upper clamping and conveying component 401 and a lower clamping and conveying component 402, a conveyer belt D4011 in the upper clamping and conveying component 401 is opposite to a conveyer belt C4031 in the lower clamping and conveying component 402, and a gap capable of accommodating and clamping the wet/tissue bag 11 is formed between the conveyer belt D4011 and the conveyer belt C4031; one end of the conveyer belt D4011 and the conveyer belt C4021 close to the equidistant positioning mechanism 6 is an inlet of the wet/tissue package clamping and conveying mechanism 4, and the other end is an outlet. The conveying belt C4021 is driven to rotate by the driving wheel 4022 and the driven wheel 4023, the width of the conveying belt C4021 is smaller than the width of the wet/tissue packet 11 and covers the driving wheel 4022, and the driving wheel 4022 is a negative pressure wheel. A sheet conveying mechanism 5 is arranged below the driving wheel 4022, and a pocket cloth cutter 8 and a pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 are respectively arranged on one side of the tail end of the pocket cloth conveying mechanism 3 and below the tail end of the pocket cloth conveying mechanism.
Wet/tissue package 11
When the device is used, the sheet can be a composite of the basement membrane and the bottom non-woven fabric and is used for preparing disposable sanitary products such as paper diapers, pull-ups and the like. The wet/tissue bag 11 is conveyed to the wet/tissue bag transfer wheel 2 through the conveying belt A102, the wet/tissue bag transfer wheel 2 absorbs the wet/tissue bag 11 in contact with the wet/tissue bag and then turns over the wet/tissue bag 11 to two receiving plates 604 of a receiving platform in the equidistant positioning mechanism 6, then the driving wheel 602 drives a pair of conveying belts B601 to rotate and drive the stop rods 603 on the conveying belts B601 to advance, as the distances between the stop rods 603 are equal, the stop rods 603 on the pair of conveying belts B601 are symmetrically arranged in pairs, and the top surfaces of the stop rods 603 are higher than the top surfaces of the receiving platform, along with the movement of the conveying belts B601, the stop rods 603 push the wet/tissue bag 11 on the receiving plates 604 forwards and then fall onto the conveying belts B601 on two sides, and as the stop rods 603 are distributed at equal intervals, the distances between the front and back wet/tissue bags 11 pushed by the stop rods 603 are also equal, so that the wet/tissue bags 11 on the subsequent sheet can be conveyed to the entrance of the wet/tissue bag transfer wheel 4 at equal intervals, and the tissue bags 11 can be clamped and the subsequent sheet. Then the wet/tissue packet 11 is conveyed to a position between the conveying belt C4021 and the conveying belt D4011 by the conveying belt B601, the width of the conveying belt C4021 is smaller than the width of the wet/tissue packet 11 and covers the driving wheel 4022, when the wet/tissue packet 11 is positioned between the conveying belt C4021 and the conveying belt D4011, the conveying belt C4021 is just positioned in the middle of the wet/tissue packet 11, and the two sides of the wet/tissue packet 11, which are right opposite to the driving wheel 4022, are adsorbed by the negative pressure on the driving wheel 4022, so that the wet/tissue packet 11 can be smoothly clamped and conveyed to the lower part of the driving wheel 4022 through the conveying belt C4021 and the conveying belt D4011. Meanwhile, the sheet material to which the hot melt adhesive with the type TEE228 is applied at the preset position by the first glue applying gun 10 is also conveyed below the driving wheel 4022 by the sheet material conveying mechanism 5, and the wet/tissue paper package is combined with the sheet material by the glue applied to the sheet material under the up-and-down pressing action of the driving wheel 4022 and the sheet material conveying mechanism 5. And then, on the other side, the pocket cloth which is applied with hot melt adhesive of CHM-5317AZP through the second glue applying gun 12 is conveyed to the pocket cloth cutter 8 through the pocket cloth conveying mechanism 3, the pocket cloth is cut into preset length at a preset position by the pocket cloth cutter 8, and the pocket cloth is cut once every 180-degree rotation of the pocket cloth cutter 8. And then pocket cloth with a preset length is adsorbed and transferred to the joint of the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 and the sheet conveying mechanism 5 through the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9, the pocket cloth covers the upper part of the wet/paper towel bag 11 at the joint, the width of the pocket cloth is larger than that of the wet/paper towel bag 11, the three side edges of the pocket cloth are compounded with the sheets around the wet/paper towel bag 11 after glue is applied to the three side edges, one side of the pocket cloth is provided with an opening, and the wet/paper towel bag 11 in the pocket cloth is convenient to take out, so that the compounding of the pocket cloth, the sheets and the wet/paper towel bag 11 is realized, and the function of automatically attaching the wet/paper towel bag 11 to the sheets is realized.
Embodiment mode 2
The present embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvement is that, in embodiment 1, when the pocket cloth needs to be combined with the sheet material after being transferred to the wet/paper towel pack 11 covering the conveyor belt E501 in the sheet material conveying mechanism 5 by the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9, the position where the pocket cloth needs to be combined with the sheet material is on three sides around the wet/paper towel pack 11, since one to three wet paper towels are usually contained in the wet/paper towel pack 11 and have a certain thickness, when the pocket cloth is combined with the sheet material, the pocket cloth and the sheet material are not tightly combined due to the thickness of the wet/paper towel pack 11, the pocket 13 formed later is not tightly combined due to the loose combination of the pocket cloth and the sheet material, and the wet/paper towel pack 11 is easily lost. In addition, since the wet/paper towel pack 11 is inevitably filled with air, the wet/paper towel pack 11 is easily crushed and burst when the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 and the conveyor E501 are pressed against each other. In the present embodiment, the above-described drawbacks can be effectively avoided.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a wet/paper towel pack clearance mechanism 7 is further provided directly below the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 and directly below the conveyor E501, as shown in fig. 6, in the wet/paper towel pack clearance mechanism 7, a pair of rollers 701 is coaxially mounted on both ends of the rotating shaft 702 through bearings, and the surfaces of the pair of rollers 701 are in effective contact with the lower surface of the conveyor E501; the spacing between the pair of rollers 701 is greater than the width of the wet/tissue pack 11; two ends of the rotating shaft 702 are respectively sleeved on the supporting rods 706 at two sides, the supporting rods 703 are fixed on the base, and buffer springs 704 are sleeved on the supporting rods 703 at two sides and below the rotating shaft 702. The top end of the supporting rod 703 at two sides is provided with an upper stop 705, the bottom end is provided with a mounting block 706, the supporting rod 703 is mounted on the base through the mounting block 706, and a lower stop 707 is further arranged between the mounting block 706 and the buffer spring 704.
When the wet/tissue package 11 is conveyed by the conveyor E501 to between the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 and the wet/tissue package clearance mechanism 7, the pair of rollers 11 are located at two sides of the wet/tissue package 11, because the rollers 11 have a distance larger than the width of the wet/tissue package 11, the wet/tissue package 11 moves from between the pair of rollers 11 along with the conveyor E501, and the conveyor E501 has a certain flexibility, so that when the wet/tissue package 11 is located between the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 and the pair of rollers 11, the wet/tissue package 11 can be pressed down by the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 into a concave space formed by the pair of rollers 11 and the conveyor E501, and at this time, the surface of the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 is directly pressed on the surfaces of the pair of rollers 11 and the conveyor E501, so that too much pressure cannot be applied to the wet/tissue package 11, and the wet/tissue package 11 cannot be pressed and burst; on the other hand, after the pocket cloth is transferred by the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 to cover the wet/napkin package 11, since the wet/napkin package 11 is already empty, the pocket cloth located on three sides around the wet napkin package 11 can be well combined with the sheet material by the glue at this time under the mutual pressing of the pocket cloth transfer wheel 9 and the pair of rollers 11.
Otherwise, this embodiment is completely the same as embodiment 1, and will not be described again here.

the second glue applying gun (12) is used for applying glue to the preset position of the pocket cloth conveyed on the pocket cloth conveying mechanism (3), and the pocket cloth cutter (8) and the pocket cloth transfer wheel (9) are respectively arranged on one side and below the tail end of the pocket cloth conveying mechanism (3); the pocket cloth, the combined wet/paper towel bag (11) and the sheet are combined at the joint of the pocket cloth transfer wheel (9) and the sheet conveying mechanism (5).

The apparatus for automatically attaching a wet/paper towel pack to a sheet according to claim 1, wherein the wet/paper towel pack conveying mechanism (1) comprises a conveying frame (101), and a conveying belt A (102) and an engaging bucket (103) which are arranged on the conveying frame (101), one end of the engaging bucket (103) is engaged with the end of the conveying belt A (102), and the other end is engaged with the surface of the wet/paper towel pack transfer wheel (2).

The device for automatically attaching a package of wet/paper towels to a sheet of material as claimed in claim 2, wherein said engagement bucket (103) is rotatably connected to said transport frame (101) via a rotating shaft, a telescopic adjusting rod (105) for adjusting the angle of said engagement bucket (103) is further disposed on said transport frame (101) below said engagement bucket (103), one end of said telescopic adjusting rod (105) is connected to said transport frame (101), and the other end is connected to the bottom surface of said engagement bucket (103).

The device for automatically attaching the wet/tissue package to the sheet according to claim 1, wherein in the equidistant positioning mechanism (6), two ends of a pair of conveyor belts B (601) are respectively sleeved on the driving wheels (602), a plurality of stop levers (603) are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the pair of conveyor belts B (601) at equal intervals, and a material receiving platform is arranged on a frame of the equidistant positioning mechanism (6) and right below the wet/tissue package transferring wheel (2);
the material receiving table is used for receiving the wet tissue/tissue paper packets falling from the wet tissue/tissue paper packet transfer wheel, and the conveying belt B (601) is used for driving each stop lever (603) to convey the wet tissue/tissue paper packets falling on the material receiving table to the inlet of the wet tissue/tissue paper packet clamping and conveying mechanism (4) at equal intervals.

The apparatus for automatically attaching a package of wet/paper towels to sheet materials as claimed in claim 4, wherein said material receiving table is composed of a pair of material receiving plates (604), and a pair of said material receiving plates (604) are symmetrically installed on two outer installation plates of a pair of said conveyor belts B (601), respectively.

The apparatus for automatically attaching a pack of wet/paper towels to sheets as claimed in claim 5, wherein a distance between a pair of said receiving plates (604) is smaller than a width of said pack of wet/paper towels (11), a distance between two symmetrically disposed bars (603) on a pair of said conveyer belts B (601) is smaller than a distance between a pair of said receiving plates (604), and a top surface of each of said bars (603) is higher than a top surface of said receiving plates (604).

The apparatus for automatically attaching a moist/paper towel pack to a sheet material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said moist/paper towel pack gripping mechanism (4) comprises an upper gripping assembly (401) and a lower gripping assembly (402), and a conveyor belt D (4011) in said upper gripping assembly (401) is disposed opposite to a conveyor belt C (4021) in said lower gripping assembly (402) with a gap therebetween capable of accommodating the gripped moist/paper towel pack (11); the conveying belt D (4011) and the conveying belt C (4021) are close to one end of the equidistant positioning mechanism (6) and are an inlet of the wet/tissue package clamping and conveying mechanism (4), and the other end of the same is an outlet.

The apparatus for automatically attaching a moist/paper towel pack to a sheet material as claimed in claim 7, wherein the conveyor belt C (4021) is driven to rotate by a driving wheel (4022) and a driven wheel (4023), the width of the conveyor belt C (4021) is smaller than the width of the moist/paper towel pack (11) and is wrapped on the driving wheel (4022), and the driving wheel (4022) is a negative pressure wheel.

The apparatus for automatically attaching a package of wet/paper towels to a sheet as claimed in claim 1, wherein a wet/paper towel package clearance mechanism (7) is further provided right under said pocket cloth transfer wheel (9) and right under a conveyor belt E (501) in said sheet conveying mechanism (5).

The device for automatically attaching a wet/tissue package to a sheet material as claimed in claim 9, wherein in the wet/tissue package clearance mechanism (7), a pair of rollers (701) is coaxially installed at both ends of a rotating shaft (702) through bearings, and the distance between the pair of rollers (701) is larger than the width of the wet/tissue package (11); two ends of the rotating shaft (702) are respectively installed on the base through supporting rods (703).

The device for automatically attaching a wet/tissue bag to a sheet according to claim 10, wherein both ends of the rotating shaft (702) are respectively sleeved on the supporting rods (703) at both sides, and a buffer spring (704) is further sleeved on the supporting rods (703) at both sides and below the rotating shaft (702).
12. The apparatus for automatically attaching a package of wet/paper towels to sheet materials as claimed in claim 11, wherein a surface of a pair of said rollers (701) is in effective contact with a lower surface of a conveyor belt E (501) in said sheet material conveying mechanism (5);
and/or an upper stop block (705) is arranged at the top end of the supporting rod (703) on two sides, an installation block (706) is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting rod (703), the supporting rod (703) is installed on the base through the installation block (706), and a lower stop block (707) is further arranged between the installation block (706) and the buffer spring (704).
13. The device for the automatic attachment of packs of wet/paper towels to sheets according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the transfer wheel (2) of the packs of wet/paper towels and the transfer wheel (9) of the pocket transfer wheel are negative pressure transfer wheels;
and/or the first glue applying gun (10) is arranged above the sheet material conveying mechanism (5); the second glue applying gun (12) is arranged above the pocket cloth conveying mechanism (3);
and/or the pocket cloth cutter (8) is a rotary cutter.
14. A pair of sanitary pants, characterized in that the front or rear outer wall of the pants is formed into a pocket by using the device of any one of claims 1 to 13 and a wet/tissue pack is incorporated into the pocket.
15. A method of automatically attaching a package of wet/paper towels to a sheet of material by means of a device according to any one of claims 1 to 13,
the wet/tissue package conveying mechanism (1) is used for conveying the wet/tissue package (11) to the wet/tissue package transfer wheel (2), the wet/tissue package transfer wheel (2) is used for adsorbing and transferring the wet/tissue package (11) to the equidistant positioning mechanism (6), and the equidistant positioning mechanism (6) is used for conveying the wet/tissue package (11) to the wet/tissue package clamping and conveying mechanism (4) at equal intervals; the first glue applying gun (10) applies glue at a preset position for preparing sheets of sanitary pants, and the wet/paper towel pack clamping and conveying mechanism (4) conveys the wet/paper towel pack (11) onto the sheet conveying mechanism (5) to be compounded with the sheets through glue; the second glue applying gun (12) applies glue at a preset position of the pocket cloth, the pocket cloth conveying mechanism (3) conveys the glued pocket cloth to the pocket cloth cutter (8), the pocket cloth cutter (8) cuts the pocket cloth into equal lengths and then transfers the pocket cloth onto the sheet conveying mechanism (5) through the pocket cloth transfer wheel (9), the equal lengths of the pocket cloth cover the sheet compounded with the wet/tissue bag (11), the pocket cloth and the sheet are compounded into a pocket (13) through glue, and the wet/tissue bag (11) is located in the pocket (13).
16. The method according to claim 15, characterized in that the glue applied by said first applicator gun (10) is a hot melt glue of type TEE 228;
