As shown in fig. 4, the folding mechanism 9 is composed of a positioning wheel 31 and two compression bars 32, the positioning wheel 31 is arranged below one end of the reverse suction cup conveyor belt 2 close to the first forward suction cup conveyor belt 1, the rotating shaft of the positioning wheel 31 is arranged in parallel with the rotating shaft of the driving wheel 24 of the reverse suction cup conveyor belt 2, and the width of the positioning wheel is equal to the width of the core 23 in the suspended core paper diaper; the two compression bars 32 are respectively arranged on the lower surface of the reverse sucker conveyor belt 2, the front ends of the two compression bars are respectively positioned on two sides of the positioning wheel 31, the distance between the front ends (left side in the drawing) of the two compression bars is equal to the width of the positioning wheel 31, and the distance between the front ends and the rear ends (right side in the drawing) of the two compression bars is gradually narrowed.
In the process of producing a suspended core diaper using the apparatus in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a core 23 is laid on the upper surface of a first positive suction cup conveyor 1, the core 23 is conveyed under a first press roller 7 by the conveyance of the first positive suction cup conveyor 1, at this time, a suspended film 29 on a suspended film reel 5 is also conveyed under the first press roller 7 by a guide roller 30 and is positioned on the upper surface of the core 23, and glue is sprayed on the lower surface of the suspended film 29 by a first glue spraying mechanism 12 before the suspended film 29 is conveyed under the first press roller 7, so as to bond the suspended film 29 with the upper surface of the core 23; the width of the suspension film 29 is larger than the width w of the core 23, and both sides of the suspension film extend out of the core 23 by a first preset width w1; when the suspension film 29 is adhered to the upper surface of the core 23, the suspension film 29 with the first preset width w1 on both sides is transferred from the first press roll 7 to the space between the reverse chuck driving belt 2 and the folding mechanism 9, the suspension film 29 with the first preset width w1 on both sides is positioned between the two pressing rods 32 and the positioning wheel 31 in the folding mechanism 9, and the suspension film 29 with the first preset width w1 on both sides can be folded to the lower surface of the core 23 by the pressing rods 32 on both sides while being transferred along with the transfer of the reverse chuck driving belt 2 and the design that the interval between the two pressing rods 32 from the front end to the rear end is gradually narrowed, and the suspension film 29 with the first preset width w1 on both sides is adhered to both sides of the lower surface of the core 23 because the composite glue is sprayed on the suspension film 29 by the first glue spraying mechanism 12 while being folded to the lower surface; the finally folded suspension film 29 is transferred between the two pressing rods 32 and the lower surface of the back suction cup conveyor belt 2, so that the suspension film 29 is folded, and then transferred between the second pressing roller 10 and the lower surface of the back suction cup conveyor belt 2; meanwhile, the positioning film 33 on the positioning film reel 6 is also conveyed between the second press roller 10 and the reverse sucking disc conveying belt 2 by the traction of the guide roller 30, before that, glue is sprayed on the middle of the upper surface of the positioning film 33 by the second glue spraying mechanism 13 by a preset width w3, note that the preset width w3 should be smaller than the width w of the core 23, and when the positioning film 33 after glue spraying is conveyed between the second press roller 10 and the reverse sucking disc conveying belt 2, the positioning film 33 is positioned on the lower surface of the core 23 wrapped with the suspension film 29, and the distance from the glue spraying position of the preset width w3 to the two sides of the core 23 is equal.
The preset width w3 of the glue sprayed on the positioning film 33 is adhered to the lower surface of the core 23 wrapped with the suspension film 29 by the extrusion of the second press roller 10, and then the core 23 wrapped with the suspension film 29 and the positioning film 33 are conveyed between the fourth press roller 11 and the third forward sucking disc conveying belt 4 under the action of the second forward sucking disc conveying belt 3 and the third press roller 8; at the same time, the water-repellent bottom film 34 on the water-repellent bottom film reel 14 is conveyed between the fourth press roller 11 and the third positive sucker conveyor belt 4 by the traction of the guide roller 30, and before that, the third glue spraying mechanism 15 sprays glue on the water-repellent bottom film 34, so that the water-repellent bottom film 34 can be adhered between the fourth press roller 11 and the third positive sucker conveyor belt 4 and the positioning film 33;
then, the core 23 wrapped with the suspension film 29, the positioning film 33, and the water-repellent bottom film 34 are transferred together between the fifth press roller 19 and the third forward suction cup conveyor 4 under the transfer of the third forward suction cup conveyor 4, while the three-dimensional protector 35 on the three-dimensional protector roll 18 is pulled between the fifth press roller 19 and the third forward suction cup conveyor 4 by the guide roller 30, before which the fourth glue spraying mechanism 20 sprays glue on the outer lower surfaces of the two-sided three-dimensional protector 35 so that the two-sided three-dimensional protector 35 can adhere to the lower surfaces of the positioning film 33 when transferred between the fifth press roller 19 and the third forward suction cup conveyor 4; meanwhile, four second elastic strings 36 on the guard elastic string reel 21 are respectively divided into two pairs by the guard elastic string lifting and separating mechanism 22 and respectively stretched to the inner side edges of the two-side three-dimensional guard 35, four third elastic strings 37 are respectively divided into two pairs by the guard elastic string lifting and separating mechanism 22 and respectively stretched to the outer side edges of the two-side three-dimensional guard 35, while the two-side three-dimensional guard 35 is adhered to the upper surfaces of the positioning films 33 on the two sides of the core 23, four two pairs of second elastic strings 36 are respectively adhered to the inner side edges of the two-side three-dimensional guard 35, and four two pairs of third elastic strings 37 are adhered between the outer sides of the two-side three-dimensional guard 35 and the lower positioning films 33.
After the above process, finally, the suspending core paper diaper shown in fig. 5 and 6 can be produced by cutting and shaping, and the paper diaper mainly comprises a water-repellent bottom film 34, a core 23, a suspending film 29, a positioning film 33, two side three-dimensional shields 35, two second rubber strings 36 and two third rubber strings 37, wherein the lower surface of the positioning film 33 is adhered to the upper surface of the water-repellent bottom film 34, the suspending film 29 is half-wrapped on the upper surface and the lower surface of the core 23, namely, the upper surface of the core 23 is fully wrapped by the suspending film 29, and the lower surface is partially wrapped from two sides. The width of the suspension films 29 on both sides of the lower surface of the core 23 is a first preset width w1, respectively, the first preset width w1 is greater than the width w of the quarter core 23 and less than the width w of the half core 23; on the suspension films 29 of the first preset widths w1 on both sides, the suspension films 29 having the second preset widths w2 are adhered to the upper surface of the positioning film 33, respectively, extending from the center of the core 23 toward the edge direction, and the center portion of the lower surface of the core 23, which is not wrapped by the suspension film 29, is also adhered to the upper surface of the positioning film 33. The outer sides of the two-side stereo shields 35 are respectively adhered to the upper surfaces of the positioning films 33 on the two sides of the core 23, no adhesion exists between the inner sides and the positioning films 33, two second rubber strings 36 are respectively arranged at the inner side edges of the two-side stereo shields 35, and two third rubber strings 37 are respectively arranged between the outer sides of the two-side stereo shields 35 and the positioning films 33.
Embodiment 2
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvement lies in that after the user wears the diaper manufactured by the device of embodiment 1, the suspended core is three-dimensional after wearing, and can not fit well with the groin and the inner thigh of the human body, which can cause urine side leakage and uncomfortable wearing experience. In the present embodiment, however, the above-described drawbacks can be effectively avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in the production apparatus for a suspended core diaper according to the present embodiment, a suspended film elastic roll 16 and a suspended film elastic lifting/separating mechanism 17, that is, the suspended film roll 5, the suspended film elastic roll 16, the suspended film elastic lifting/separating mechanism 17, the first glue spraying mechanism 12, and the first pressing roller 7 are provided in this order between the suspended film roll 5 and the first glue spraying mechanism 12. The suspension film elastic ribbon winding wheel 16 is wound with two first elastic ribbons 38, the two first elastic ribbons 38 are separated and stretched to two sides of the suspension film 29 through the suspension film elastic ribbon lifting and separating mechanism 17, the distance between the two first elastic ribbons 38 is equal to the width w of the core 23, and the two first elastic ribbons 38 are adhered to the transition positions where the suspension film 29 is folded with the upper surface and the lower surface of the core 23 while the suspension film 29 is adhered to the upper surface of the core 23. Otherwise, the structure of the device in this embodiment is identical to that in embodiment 1, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 7, the structure of the suspended core diaper produced by the apparatus in this embodiment is that a first elastic band 38 is added to the folding transition portions between the two sides of the suspended film 29 and the upper surface and the lower surface of the core 23, respectively, that is, the interval between the two first elastic bands 38 is equal to the width w of the core 23. The arrangement of the first rubber band 38 enables the suspending core paper diaper to be attached to the inner sides of groins and thighs of a human body after the suspending core paper diaper is worn, so that side leakage is effectively prevented, and a user wears the suspending core paper diaper more comfortably. In addition, the structure of the suspended core diaper produced by the apparatus in this embodiment is identical to that of the diaper in embodiment 1, and details thereof will not be described here.
Embodiment 3
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 2, and is mainly improved in that in embodiment 2, when the core 23 covered with the suspension film 29 is to be conveyed from the first forward suction cup conveyor 1 to between the reverse suction cup conveyor 2 and the lower folding mechanism 9, since both sides of the suspension film 29 are kept taut, it is easy to cause that the suspension film 29 having the first preset width w1 on both sides is not smoothly pressed and folded by the two pressing bars 32 in the folding mechanism 9 to the lower surface of the core 23, which may cause the occurrence of defective products. In the present embodiment, however, the above-described drawbacks can be effectively avoided.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, two arc-shaped limiting rods 28 are further vertically fixed between the first forward sucking disc conveying belt 1 and the reverse sucking disc conveying belt 2 through a bracket 39, the cambered surfaces of the two limiting rods 28 are oppositely arranged, the distance between the cambered surfaces of the two limiting rods is smaller than the width of the suspension film 29, and both sides of the suspension film 29 can be slightly pressed down by the cambered surfaces of the two limiting rods. In this way, before the suspension film 29 and the core 23 enter between the reverse suction cup conveyor belt 2 and the folding mechanism 9, the edges of the suspension film 29 with the first preset widths w1 on both sides can be pressed down by the cambered surfaces of the cambered limiting rods 28 on both sides, so that the edges of the suspension film 29 with the first preset widths w1 on both sides can be smoothly folded to the lower surface of the core 23 under the cooperation of the two pressing rods 32 and the positioning wheels 31.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 2, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The production device of the paper diaper with the suspended core is characterized in that a first positive sucker conveyor belt (1), a reverse sucker conveyor belt (2), a second positive sucker conveyor belt (3) and a third positive sucker conveyor belt (4) are sequentially and horizontally arranged; the suspension film winding wheel (5) and the positioning film winding wheel (6) are respectively arranged above and below the first positive sucker conveyor belt (1); the first compression roller (7) and the third compression roller (8) are respectively arranged above one end of the first positive sucker conveyor belt (1) and one end of the second positive sucker conveyor belt (3) which are close to the reverse sucker conveyor belt (2), the folding mechanism (9) is arranged below one end of the reverse sucker conveyor belt (2) which is close to the first positive sucker conveyor belt (1), the second compression roller (10) is arranged at the other end of the reverse sucker conveyor belt (2), and the fourth compression roller (11) is arranged above one end of the third positive sucker conveyor belt (2) which is close to the second positive sucker conveyor belt (3); the first glue spraying mechanism (12) is arranged between the suspension film winding wheel (5) and the first press roller (7), and the second glue spraying mechanism (13) is arranged between the positioning film winding wheel (6) and the second press roller (10); the water-repellent bottom film winding wheel (14) is arranged below the third positive sucker conveyor belt (4), and the third glue spraying mechanism (15) is arranged between the water-repellent bottom film winding wheel (14) and the third positive sucker conveyor belt (4);
the width of the suspension film is larger than that of the core body, the second glue spraying mechanism is used for spraying glue at the middle part of the upper surface of the positioning film by the preset width, and the preset width is smaller than that of the core body.
