The expanding unit is used for clamping the two ends of the hip waistline sheet in the width direction through the matching design of the pair of first clamping rollers and the pair of second clamping rollers, so that the hip waistline sheet is effectively prevented from shrinking in the width direction under the action of the leg elastic pieces.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of manufacturing equipment of disposable sanitary products, in particular to a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of disposable diaper, which are used for baby/adult pull-up pants, women sanitary pants and the like.
Background
Disposable diapers generally include an outer cover and an inner cover, the inner cover being laminated to the inside of the outer cover, the outer cover being formed by laminating two sheets and a plurality of elastic members disposed between the two sheets. The disposable diaper is characterized in that the inner piece of the disposable diaper is arranged at the crotch of a human body and used for absorbing human body excretions, the outer coating layer is used for being worn aiming at the human body, and the outer coating layer can be divided into an abdomen waistline corresponding to the abdomen of the human body and a buttock waistline corresponding to the buttock of the human body according to the human body structure. In general, the outer cover can have two structures: the abdomen waistline and the buttock waistline are integrated into a whole; the split type abdomen waistline and the buttock waistline are separated. When the inner sheet is compounded with the integral outer coating, a two-sheet structure (corresponding to the compounding of two sheets of materials) of the disposable diaper is formed; when the inner sheet is combined with the split type outer coating, a three-sheet structure (corresponding to the combination of three sheets of materials) of the disposable diaper is formed. The two-piece disposable diaper is generally provided with the leg elastic parts with the arc shapes on the outer coating layer, so that the crotch part is lifted, and the requirement of wearing lifting performance is met.
In order to save material cost, the disposable diaper often uses a three-piece structure instead of a two-piece structure, and in order to also meet the advantage of lifting the crotch, at least the hip waistline portion of the outer cover layer is provided with an arc-shaped leg elastic member. In addition, in order to keep the arc matching with the leg elastic members, the arc matching with the leg elastic members is cut on the hip waistline, and when the disposable diaper is unfolded in a plane state, the shape of the outer coating layer forms a 'K' -shape, so that the disposable diaper with the structure can be called as three-piece type K-shaped diaper. Or, the waist circumference of the abdomen of the outer coating layer is provided with the leg elastic parts with the arc shapes according to the requirement, and the arc shapes matched with the leg elastic parts are cut on the waist circumference of the abdomen, so that the disposable diaper with the three-piece type front-back double-arc-shaped leg elastic parts is formed.
Since the three-piece K-shaped pants have the leg elastic members provided in the hip waistline along the longitudinal direction of the hip waistline, respectively, and the leg elastic members are straddled along the width direction of the hip waistline, the hip waistline is shrunk in the width direction by the leg elastic members during production, and wrinkles are caused, which cannot be smoothly combined with the downstream-side inner sheet. Similarly, when the disposable diaper is of a three-piece front-rear double-arc leg elastic member structure, the abdomen waistline also contracts in the width direction like the hip waistline, thereby affecting the quality of the entire disposable diaper.

The expanding unit respectively forms clamping of two ends of the hip waistline sheet in the width direction through the matching design of the pair of first clamping rollers and the pair of second clamping rollers, wherein the first clamping rollers form clamping of the positions of the non-leg elastic piece sides of the hip waistline sheet to serve as clamping references for expanding, and the second clamping rollers form clamping of the positions of the leg elastic piece sides of the hip waistline sheet to effectively prevent the hip waistline sheet from shrinking in the width direction under the action of the leg elastic pieces. In addition, in the case that the abdomen-waistline sheet and the buttock-waistline sheet are simultaneously provided with the leg elastic members, the manufacturing method and the manufacturing device of the disposable diaper provided by the application can also solve the problem that the abdomen-waistline sheet and the buttock-waistline sheet shrink along the width direction under the action of the leg elastic members.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application. Furthermore, it should be understood that the detailed description is presented herein for purposes of illustration and explanation only and is not intended to limit the present application. In this application, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper" and "lower" are used to generally refer to the upper and lower positions of the device in actual use or operation, and specifically the orientation of the drawing figures; while "inner" and "outer" are for the outline of the device.
According to the manufacturing method and the manufacturing device of the disposable diaper, the position changing process and the expanding process are sequentially arranged after the slitting process, the position changing process can achieve guiding separation of the abdomen waistline sheet and the buttock waistline sheet, and the expanding process can independently achieve expanding of the buttock waistline sheet with the leg elastic pieces in the width direction. The position changing unit expands the interval between the abdomen waistline sheet and the hip waistline sheet in the width direction and expands the width by utilizing the matching design of the first corner of the first plate body and the second corner of the second plate body through the height difference of the first plate body and the second plate body, and particularly for the hip waistline sheet, the hip waistline sheet can be effectively prevented from shrinking in the width direction under the action of the leg elastic pieces. As a typical application, the method and apparatus for manufacturing disposable diapers are useful in the manufacture of disposable sanitary articles, such as infant/adult pull-ups, feminine hygiene pants, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 to 7, the apparatus 100 for manufacturing disposable diapers includes: a slitting knife 110, a deflection unit 120 and a spreading unit 130.
The slitting knife 110 is used for slitting the elastic composite sheet 200 along the first direction X to form the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the hip-waistline sheet 220 which are arranged at intervals, and referring to fig. 9 and 10, the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the hip-waistline sheet 220 are connected through the inner sheet 230 to form the disposable diaper 300, so that the disposable diaper 300 manufactured by the disposable diaper manufacturing apparatus 100 of the present application has a three-piece structure, and referring to fig. 9, in the unfolded state of the disposable diaper 300 along the width direction S1, the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the hip-waistline sheet 220 take on a "K" shape, and thus are also called as K-shaped pants.
In this embodiment, the disposable diaper 300 includes an inner sheet 230 for absorbing excrement and an outer cover layer disposed outside the inner sheet 230, wherein the outer cover layer includes an abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and a hip-waistline sheet 220 which are separately disposed to form a K-shaped pant, an elastic member 240 is disposed in the elastic composite sheet 200, the elastic member 240 includes an elastic member 241 and leg-elastic members 242, the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 is provided with a plurality of elastic members 241 at intervals along a width direction S1, one end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 is provided with a plurality of elastic members 241 at intervals, the elastic members 241 are disposed along a length direction S2, the other end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 is provided with leg-elastic members 242, the leg-elastic members 242 are disposed along a length direction S2 of the hip-waistline sheet 220, the leg-elastic members 242 are disposed at least 2 and at intervals along a width direction S1 of the hip-waistline sheet 220, and the leg-elastic members 242 have curved portions 2421, so that the leg-elastic members 242 form an arc line curve with the legs of a human body, thereby achieving the purpose of fitting the disposable diaper 300 when wearing the disposable diaper is completed. However, the leg elastic members 242 have a span in the width direction S1 of the hip-waistline sheet 220 due to the design of the curved portions 2421, and the elasticity of the leg elastic members 242 may cause the hip-waistline sheet 220 to shrink in the width direction S1 during the manufacturing process and cause wrinkles, and cannot be smoothly combined with the interior sheet 230 during the downstream manufacturing process, thereby affecting the quality of the finished disposable diaper 300.
The width direction S1 is parallel to the second direction Y, and the length direction S2 is parallel to the first direction X, wherein the first direction X is perpendicular to the second direction Y, and the first direction X is also a conveying direction of a manufacturing apparatus flow of the disposable diaper.
In the apparatus 100 for manufacturing disposable diaper provided in the present application, the position changing unit 120 is provided on the downstream side of the cutter 110, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, the position changing unit 120 includes a first plate 121 and a second plate 122. The first plate 121 is disposed on the downstream side of the splitting knife 110, that is, the splitting knife 110, the first plate 121 and the second plate 122 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the first direction X, the second plate 122 is arranged in parallel on the downstream side of the first plate 121, referring to fig. 3, the second plate 122 is located below the first plate 121, and the difference in height between the first plate 121 and the second plate 122 is set to be J, where J satisfies: 30mm < J < 200mm.
The side of the first plate 121 far away from the slitting knife 110 is concaved inwards along the first direction X to form a concave portion 1211, one end of the first side 1212a and the second side 1212b which form the concave portion 1211 close to the slitting knife 110 are mutually close to form a first corner 1213, the shape of the concave portion 1211 is V-shaped, in other implementation manners, the shape of the concave portion 1211 may be trapezoid, and an included angle α of the first corner 1213 is set to be α, where α satisfies: alpha is less than 180 DEG and 90 deg.
The second plate 122 is protruded near the middle of one side of the first plate 121 along the first direction X to form a protrusion 1221 corresponding to the recess 1211, the third side 1222a and the fourth side 1222b forming the protrusion 1221 form a second corner 1223, the second corner 1223 corresponds to the first corner 1213, and the included angle β of the second corner 1223 is set to be β, where β satisfies: 90 ° < β < 180 °, α=β. The third side edge 1222a corresponds to the first side edge 1212a and cooperates with conveying the abdomen waistline sheet 210 and the fourth side edge 1222b corresponds to the second side edge 1212b and cooperates with conveying the buttocks waistline sheet 220.
Wherein the second corners 1223 of the raised portions 1221 of the second panel 122 extend between the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the buttocks-waistline sheet 220 to enlarge the interval between the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the buttocks-waistline sheet 220. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the elastic composite sheet 200 has a gap in the second direction Y between the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the buttock-waistline sheet 220 formed after the slitting by the slitting knife 110, the gap width is L, and when the displacement unit 120 has not been displaced, the theoretical value of the gap L is 0, but in actual operation, there may be a case where the material is deviated, and there is a small gap (L is also close to 0). While the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 is transferred to the third side edge 1222a via the first side edge 1212a and the hip-waistline sheet 220 is transferred to the fourth side edge 1222b via the second side edge 1212b, since the tip end of the second corner 1223 extends into the gap between the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the hip-waistline sheet 220, the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 is separated from the hip-waistline sheet 220, and the width of the gap between the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the hip-waistline sheet 220 is enlarged in the second direction Y from L to M, so that the interval between the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the hip-waistline sheet 220 corresponds to the interval between the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the hip-waistline sheet 220 of the disposable diaper 300 shown in fig. 10 in the unfolded state. The size of M is set according to the specific value of the required displacement, and a set value M is formed, which is matched with the length of the inner sheet 230 at the crotch position, so that the inner sheet 230, the abdomen waistline sheet 210 and the buttock waistline sheet 220 can be assembled conveniently in the subsequent manufacturing process, and the disposable diaper 300 with different models and different sizes (for example, M number, L number, XL number, etc.) can be formed. When M is changed, alpha and beta are also changed, and in general, the larger the gap M is, the larger the alpha and beta are; conversely, the smaller the gap M, the smaller the α and β.
Further, orthographic projections of the third side edge 1222a and the fourth side edge 1222b forming the convex portion 1221 on the plane in which the first plate body 121 is located are located inside the first plate body 121, respectively, such that the third side edge 1222a forms a top support for the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 transferred from the first side edge 1212a and shifted to a position corresponding to the set value M, and the fourth side edge 1222b forms a top support for the hip-waistline sheet 220 transferred from the second side edge 1212b and shifted to a position corresponding to the set value M, while also preventing the contraction of the hip-waistline sheet 220 with the leg elastic members 242 in the width direction S1. In the present embodiment, since only the elastic member 241 is provided on the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the leg elastic member 242 is not provided, the elastic member 241 is provided on the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 in a straight line, and the elastic member 241 does not have a span in the width direction of the abdomen-waistline sheet 210, the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 does not shrink in the width direction, and the third side edge 1222a only needs to prop the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 at the set position. The first side edge 1212a, the second side edge 1212b, the third side edge 1222a, and the fourth side edge 1222b may be respectively configured as roll bodies so as to achieve continuous conveyance of the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the buttock-waistline sheet 220, which may be, of course, not configured as roll bodies.
The expanding unit 130 is disposed at the downstream side of the displacement unit 120, and in the present embodiment, the expanding unit 130 is used to clamp the two ends of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, so as to prevent the hip-waistline sheet 220 from shrinking in the width direction S1 under the action of the leg elastic members 242.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the expanding unit 130 includes a first nip roller 131 and a second nip roller 132, the first nip roller 131 being disposed in pairs including a first roller body 131a and a second roller body 131b, and the second nip roller 132 being disposed in pairs including a third roller body 132a and a fourth roller body 132b. The first roller bodies 131a and the second roller bodies 131b are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the hip-waistline sheet 220, one end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1 passes through between the first roller bodies 131a and the second roller bodies 131b, and the first roller bodies 131a and the second roller bodies 131b form a clamp for the end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction; the third roller 132a and the fourth roller 132b are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the hip-waistline sheet 220, the other end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1 passes through between the third roller 132a and the fourth roller 132b, and the third roller 132a and the fourth roller 132b form a nip on the end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, so that the expanding unit 130 nips the two ends of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, thereby expanding the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, and preventing the hip-waistline sheet 220 from shrinking in the width direction under the action of the leg elastic members 242.
Wherein, the first roller 131a and the second roller 131b have a height difference therebetween, and are configured up and down, the second roller 131b is used for supporting one end of the hip waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, and the first roller 131a is used for pressing one end of the hip waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1; similarly, the third roller 132a and the fourth roller 132b have a height difference therebetween, and are disposed vertically, the fourth roller 132b is configured to support the other end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, and the third roller 132a is configured to press down the other end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, so that both ends of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1 can be kept in a tight state by the cooperation of the support and the press down, thereby expanding the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1, and effectively preventing the contraction of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction S1 by the leg elastic members 242. The second roller 131b and the fourth roller 132b for supporting the hip-waistline sheet 220 correspond to one side of the hip-waistline sheet 220, that is, the second roller 131b and the fourth roller 132b are in contact with the same side of the hip-waistline sheet 220 to achieve the supporting; the first roller 131a and the third roller 132a for pressing down the hip-waistline sheet 220 correspond to the other side of the hip-waistline sheet 220, i.e., the first roller 131a and the third roller 132a contact the other side of the hip-waistline sheet 220 to form pressing down.
In other implementations, the first roller 131a and the second roller 131b may not have a height difference therebetween, that is, the first roller 131a and the second roller 131b may be horizontally arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the hip-waistline sheet 220, so long as the clamping of the hip-waistline sheet 220 is achieved. Similarly, the third roller 132a and the fourth roller 132b may not have a height difference therebetween, and may be horizontally arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the hip-waistline sheet 220.
In addition, the contact area of the first pinch roller 131 and the hip-waistline sheet 220 is larger than the contact area of the second pinch roller 132 and the hip-waistline sheet 220, that is, the roller surface length of the first pinch roller 131 pinching the hip-waistline sheet 220 is larger than the roller surface length of the second pinch roller 132 pinching the hip-waistline sheet 220; the third roller 132a and the fourth roller 132b of the second pinch roller 132 cooperate to form a pinch of the hip-waistline sheet 220 at one end thereof in the width direction near the leg of the human body, that is, the third roller 132a and the fourth roller 132b of the second pinch roller 132 pinch the hip-waistline sheet 220 at the side with the leg elastic member 242. And the clamping range of the first clamping roller 131 to the hip waistline sheet 220 is 1/2 of the width of the hip waistline sheet 220, so as to be used as a clamping reference of the widened hip waistline sheet 220; the second pinch roller 132 is used to pinch the hip-waistline sheet 220 in a range of less than 1/2 of the width of the hip-waistline sheet 220 as a spread to one end of the hip-waistline sheet 220 in the width direction near the leg of the human body (i.e., the portion of the hip-waistline sheet 220 having the leg elastic members 242). Further, in order to make the reference more stable, the outer diameter of the first pinch roller 131 may be set larger than the outer diameter of the second pinch roller 132.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the number of the expanding units 130 is 3, and the expanding units 130 include a first expanding unit 130a, a second expanding unit 130b, and a third expanding unit 130c, which are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the hip waistline sheet 220, so as to maintain the clamping and expanding of the hip waistline sheet 220 and prevent the hip waistline sheet 220 from shrinking in the width direction S1 under the action of the leg elastic members 242.
Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus 100 for manufacturing disposable diapers of the present embodiment further includes a first glue applicator 141, a second glue applicator 142, a first composite roller 151, a second composite roller 152, and a guide 160.
The first glue applicator 141 is disposed on the upstream side of the slitting knife 110 and on the downstream side of the first sheet roll 201a containing the first sheet 201, the glue application end of the first glue applicator 141 being directed toward the first sheet 201 to apply glue to the surface of the first sheet 201, the first glue applicator 141 being configured to apply glue to the surface of the first sheet 201.
The second glue applicator 142 is disposed on the upstream side of the slitting knife 110 and on the downstream side of the second roll 202a containing the second sheet 202, with the glue application end of the second glue applicator 142 facing the second sheet 202 to apply a glue to the surface of the second sheet 202.
The sizing process of the first sizing member 141 and the sizing process of the second sizing member 142 together form a sizing process located on the upstream side of the compounding process.

Referring to fig. 8, a first compounding roller 151 is used to compound a first sheet 201 with an elastic member 241 to form an elastic sheet (not shown in the figure); specifically, the first compounding roller 151 is configured to compound the elastic members 241 disposed in a straight line with the first sheet 201 to form an elastic sheet, the number of the elastic members 241 disposed in a straight line being plural, the plurality of elastic members 241 extending in the longitudinal direction S2 of the first sheet 201 and being arranged on the first sheet 201 at intervals in the width direction S1 of the first sheet 201. The first composite roller 151 is connected to the driving portion to convey the elastic sheet to the downstream side. Needless to say, the first composite roller 151 may be omitted, and the first sheet 201 and the elastic member 241, the leg elastic member 242, and the second sheet 202 may be combined with each other in the second composite roller 152 to form the elastic composite sheet 200.
The guide 160 is provided on the downstream side of the first composite roller 151 and on the downstream side of the leg elastic member roll 242a including the leg elastic member 242, wherein the elastic member which is also provided in a straight line is unwound from the leg elastic member roll 242 a. The guide 160 is used for bending the elastic member arranged in a straight line into the leg elastic member 242 to form a plurality of bending portions 2421 on the leg elastic member 242, which are sequentially connected and matched with the leg curves of the human body, wherein the structure of the guide 160 is the prior art, and will not be repeated herein.
The second composite roller 152 is disposed at the downstream side of the guide 160, the elastic sheet, the second sheet 202 glued by the second glue applying member 142, and the leg elastic member 242 bent by the guide 160 are combined in the second composite roller 152 to form the elastic composite sheet 200, the elastic sheet is stacked with the second sheet 202, the leg elastic member 242 is disposed between the elastic sheet and the second sheet 202, the leg elastic member 242 is disposed at the middle of the width direction S1 of the elastic composite sheet 200, the elastic members 241 disposed in a straight line form are distributed at both ends of the width direction S1 of the elastic composite sheet 200, and the bent portions 2421 of the leg elastic member 242 partially overlap the elastic members 241 disposed in a straight line form. After the elastic composite sheet 200 is formed, elastic members 241 and leg elastic members 242 arranged in a straight line are arranged between the first sheet 201 and the second sheet 202, and the leg elastic members 242 are arranged at least 2 and at intervals in the width direction S1 of the elastic composite sheet 200. The second composite roller 152 is connected to the driving portion to convey the elastic composite sheet 200 to the downstream side. Wherein a free roller 101 is disposed between the first and second compound rollers 151 and 152 to convey the elastic sheet, and a free roller 101 is disposed between the second glue applicator 142 and the second compound roller 152 to convey the glued second sheet 202.
Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus 100 for manufacturing disposable diapers of the present embodiment further includes a cutting unit 170 disposed at a downstream side of the second combining roller 152, the cutting unit 170 being configured to cut the elastic member 241 and the leg elastic member 242 disposed in a straight line in an area overlapping the interior sheet 230 in the elastic composite sheet 200, and form a combining zone 250 on a surface of the elastic composite sheet 200, the combining zone 250 being an area where the interior sheet 230 is combined with the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and the buttocks-waistline sheet 220, specifically, the combining zone 250 includes a first combining zone 251 combined with the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and a second combining zone 252 combined with the buttocks-waistline sheet 220. Due to the presence of the elastic members 240 (i.e., the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 arranged in a straight line) on the elastic composite sheet 200, if the abdomen-waistline sheet 210, the buttock-waistline sheet 220 and the interior sheet 230 are directly composited, the interior sheet 230 in the composite region 250 may be wrinkled due to the elastic effect of the elastic members 240, thereby affecting the quality of the finished disposable diaper 300. Accordingly, the cutting unit 170 is required to cut the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 disposed in a straight line within the composite region 250 to avoid the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 disposed in a straight line from being composite with the interior sheet 230. A free roller 101 is provided between the second composite roller 152 and the cutting unit 170 to convey the elastic composite sheet 200.
Before the cutting by the cutting unit 170, the elastic member 241 and the leg elastic member 242 arranged in a straight line are continuous, and after the elastic member 241 and the leg elastic member 242 arranged in a straight line in the composite region 250 are cut, since the first sheet 201 is glued by the first glue applying member 141, the surface of the first sheet 201 corresponding to the composite region 250 may be left empty and not glued, so that the elastic member 241 arranged in a straight line is not adhered to the surface of the first sheet 201 corresponding to the composite region 250. When the second sheet 202 is sized by the second sizing member 142, the surface of the second sheet 202 corresponding to the composite region 250 is left empty and not sized, so that the leg elastic members 242 are not bonded to the surface of the second sheet 202 corresponding to the composite region 250.
Under the above premise, the cutting unit 170 may cut the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 disposed in a straight line in the composite region 250 by cutting with a cutter or by ironing at a high temperature, and since the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 disposed in a straight line outside the composite region 250 are bonded to the first sheet 201 and the second sheet 202 without being broken or contracted, the cut elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 disposed in a straight line remain in the composite region 250 or are contracted toward both ends of the composite region 250, thereby realizing that the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 disposed in a straight line are not combined with the inner sheet 230 and ensuring the flatness of the inner sheet 230.
A cutting portion (not shown) of the cutting unit 170 is provided along the second direction Y, the cutting portion being configured to cut the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 provided in a straight line in the region overlapping the interior sheet 230 in the elastic composite sheet 200 to form composite regions 250 matching the interior sheet 230 arranged at intervals along the first direction X on the elastic composite sheet 200; the composite region 250 includes a first composite region 251 located on the abdomen-waistline sheet 210 and a second composite region 252 located on the buttocks-waistline sheet 220.
Wherein the first sheet 201 and the second sheet 202 are respectively non-woven fabrics without stretchability, the elastic members 241 and the leg elastic members 242 arranged in a straight line form in the elastic member 240 may be natural rubber strips (filaments) or thread-like (root-like) elastic materials of synthetic elastic spandex filaments, the specification of the spandex filaments is between 470D and 1200D, preferably between 620D and 1080D, and the stretch ratio of the spandex filaments is between 1.2 and 5 times, more preferably between 1.8 and 3.5 times. The inner sheet 230 is an absorbent core structure containing an absorbent material, and may be a cotton core structure in which pulp fibers and a super absorbent resin (polymer for short) are mixed, or an ultrathin composite core structure.

S100-1, sizing process: the sizing step is performed simultaneously with the material transfer processing step S100, and the first sheet 201 is sized by the first sizing member 141 to bond the elastic member 240 between the first sheet 201 and the second sheet 202.
In combination with S100 and S100-1, specifically, the first glue applying member 141 is used for applying glue to the first sheet 201, avoiding the surface of the first sheet 201 corresponding to the compounding area 250 during glue application, compounding the plurality of elastic members 241 with the first sheet 201 by the first compounding roller 151 to form an elastic sheet, compounding the elastic members 241 with the first sheet 201 in a linear form, and arranging the plurality of elastic members 241 at intervals along the width direction S1 of the first sheet 201, wherein in the embodiment, the plurality of elastic members 241 are distributed at two ends of the width direction S1 of the first sheet 201; the second sheet 202 is sized by the second sizing member 142 to avoid the surface of the second sheet 202 corresponding to the composite zone 250.

s109, steering distance adjusting procedure: the inner sheets 230 sequentially arranged along the first direction X are conveyed to the input end 191a of the receiving piece 191 passing through the steering and distance-adjusting unit 190, the receiving part rotating to the input end 191a receives the inner sheets 230, the receiving surface of the receiving part rotates 90 ° during the rotation of the receiving part along the receiving piece 191, the inner sheets 230 on the receiving surface are driven to rotate to the interval between two adjacent inner sheets 230 arranged along the second direction Y and located on the receiving piece 191, and when the receiving part rotates to the output end 191b, the press roll 192 combines the conveyed abdomen waistline sheet 210 and buttock waistline sheet 220 with the inner sheets 230, that is, combines one end of the inner sheets 230 with the first combining area 251 on the abdomen waistline sheet 210, and combines the other end of the inner sheets 230 with the second combining area 252 on the buttock waistline sheet 220, so as to form the semi-finished product 300a of the disposable diaper 300. The steering and distance-adjusting unit 190 may use existing apparatuses to steer and adjust the distance of the interior sheet 230, for example, a conveying apparatus disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN 1178828C. After the semi-finished product 300a is obtained, the finished product of the disposable diaper 300 can be formed through the procedures of folding, cutting, sewing and the like.
