As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the sheet forming device with double suction wheels 1 according to the present invention includes a suction wheel 1 and a forming bin 2 hermetically disposed at one side of the suction wheel 1, a feeding hole 21 is disposed on the forming bin 2, two suction wheels 1 are disposed symmetrically up and down and a combination forming hole 16 is formed between the two suction wheels, a partition plate 22 is fixedly disposed in the forming bin 2 and divides an inner cavity of the forming bin 2 into a forming cavity 23 and a second forming cavity 24, the first forming cavity 23 is communicated with the feeding hole 21, a mixture feeding mechanism 3 and a resilient sheet feeding mechanism 4 are further disposed at one side of the forming bin 2, the mixture feeding mechanism 3 is used for feeding into the second forming cavity 24, and the resilient sheet feeding mechanism 4 is used for providing a resilient sheet 422 and feeding the resilient sheet 422 to the combination forming hole 16.
Through the arrangement of the feed inlet 21, the pulp can be connected with an external pulp pipe, so that pulp enters the first molding cavity 23 of the molding bin 2 along with flowing air, the mixture feeding mechanism 3 is used for providing a mixture of pulp and high polymer water absorbent resin in the second molding cavity 24 of the molding bin 2, so that through the adsorption of the adsorption wheel 1, a single adsorption wheel 1 can adsorb and generate a semi-finished product absorbent core combined with a pulp layer 91 and a mixture layer 92 of pulp and high polymer water absorbent resin, and simultaneously through the arrangement of the upper adsorption wheel 1 and the lower adsorption wheel 1, through the combination molding of the two semi-finished product absorbent cores, the elastic sheet 422 is pressed between the two semi-finished product absorbent cores conveniently to form a complete absorbent core sheet, thereby, through the arrangement of the elastic sheet 422, the comfort after the absorbent core sheet is worn is ensured, the absorbent core sheet has better rebound effect, when the absorbent core sheet collapses due to the action of external force in the wearing process, the elastic sheet 422 can drive the collapse part of the absorbent core sheet to rebound and reset smoothly, thereby avoiding the absorbent core sheet from being clung to and pressing the skin of a user locally, and further effectively ensuring the wearing comfort, in addition, the thickness of the mixed material layer 92 of paper pulp and macromolecule absorbent resin can be effectively ensured by combining and shaping the two semi-finished absorbent cores, and in the combined shaping, the two absorption wheels 1 can also play a certain rolling role on the semi-finished absorbent core, thereby further playing a tamping role on the shaped absorbent core sheet, in addition, the partition board 22 is in a C shape or an angle shape, thereby leading the first shaping cavity 23 to be in a herringbone shape, the suction wheels 1 are convenient for suction molding of the pulp in the first molding cavity 23.
The adsorption wheel 1 comprises a wheel body framework 11 and an air distribution disc 12 arranged in the wheel body framework 11, a stainless steel net 13 in a circular ring shape is sleeved on the wheel body framework 11, the stainless steel net 13 can enable air to pass through, paper pulp and macromolecule water absorbent resin can not pass through, forming rings 14 are respectively sleeved on two sides of the outer peripheral surface of the stainless steel net 13, a connecting plate 111 is fixedly arranged on one side of the wheel body framework 11, a connecting shaft 112 is fixedly arranged in the center of the connecting plate 111, the wheel body framework 11 is rotatably arranged on a first supporting frame 71 through the connecting shaft 112, the rotation directions of the upper wheel body framework 11 and the lower wheel body framework 11 are opposite, specifically, the two wheel body frameworks 11 can be driven to rotate by a first driving motor, and the first driving motor can be in transmission connection with the connecting shaft 112 on one wheel body framework 11 through belt transmission, chain transmission or gear transmission, the connecting shafts 112 on the two wheel body frames 11 can be meshed and driven through synchronous gears, so that the rotation of the two wheel body frames 11 is realized, the rotation directions of the two wheel body frames are opposite, the air distribution disc 12 is fixedly arranged on the second support frame 72, part of the outer circumference of the air distribution disc 12 is in a circular arc open shape, a plurality of negative pressure cavities and a positive pressure cavity 124 are sequentially arranged on the air distribution disc 12 along the rotation direction of the wheel body frames 11, a plurality of air suction pipes 51 and an air blowing pipe 52 are arranged on one side of the air distribution disc 12, the air suction pipes 51 can be connected with an external air suction mechanism, so that negative pressure is generated in the negative pressure cavities, the air blowing pipe 52 can be connected with an external air blowing mechanism, so that positive pressure is generated in the positive pressure cavity 124, in addition, the air suction mechanism and the air blowing mechanism can adopt equipment in the prior art, therefore, not described in detail herein, the suction pipes 51 are in one-to-one correspondence with and are communicated with the negative pressure cavities, the air blowing pipes 52 are in correspondence with and are communicated with the positive pressure cavities 124, the number of the negative pressure cavities is three and is respectively a first negative pressure cavity 121, a second negative pressure cavity 122 and a third negative pressure cavity 123 in sequence, the first negative pressure cavity 121 is communicated with the first forming cavity 23, the pulp in the first forming cavity 23 of the forming bin 2 can be adsorbed on the corresponding outer surface of the stainless steel mesh 13 through the adsorption of the first negative pressure cavity 121 to form a pulp layer 91, the second negative pressure cavity 122 and the third negative pressure cavity 123 are communicated with the second forming cavity 24, and the mixture of the pulp in the second forming cavity 24 of the forming bin 2 and the high polymer absorbent resin is further adsorbed on the outer surface of the pulp layer 91 through the adsorption of the second negative pressure cavity 122 and the third negative pressure cavity 123 to form a mixture layer 92.
The arc shielding plates 15 are installed at the openings of the third negative pressure chambers 123 on the upper and lower air distribution discs 12, a plurality of strip-shaped grooves 151 are arranged on the arc shielding plates 15 at intervals, the strip-shaped grooves 151 on the upper and lower arc shielding plates 15 are staggered in sequence, and through the arrangement of the arc shielding plates 15, when the third negative pressure chambers 123 absorb pulp and macromolecule water absorbent resin in the second forming chambers 24, a plurality of strip-shaped protruding portions 93 are formed on the outer surface of the mixed material layer 92 at intervals, therefore, semi-finished product absorbent cores can be formed through the absorption of the single absorption wheels 1, and the strip-shaped protruding portions 93 on the upper and lower semi-finished product absorbent cores are staggered mutually, so that when the two semi-finished product absorbent cores are combined and formed under the action of the absorption wheels 1, the strip-shaped protruding portions 93 on the upper and lower semi-finished product absorbent cores can be mutually embedded, the compactness after the two semi-finished product absorbent cores are combined is further improved, and meanwhile, the elastic pieces 422 can be also positioned at a certain position, and the number of the strip-shaped grooves is preferably equal to 3-5.
The mixing and feeding mechanism 3 comprises a mixing pipe 31, a communicating pipe 32, a positive pressure pipe 33, a first feeding pipe 34 and a second feeding pipe 35, wherein the mixing pipe 31 is communicated with the second molding cavity 24 of the molding bin 2 through the communicating pipe 32, the positive pressure pipe 33 is arranged at the upper end of the mixing pipe 31 and is communicated with the mixing pipe 31, the first feeding pipe 34 and the second feeding pipe 35 are respectively arranged on two side walls of the mixing pipe 31 and are respectively communicated with the mixing pipe 31, the positive pressure pipe 33 can be connected with an external high-pressure fan and is used for blowing air into the mixing pipe 31, the first feeding pipe 34 is used for feeding paper pulp into the mixing pipe 31, the second feeding pipe 35 is used for feeding high-molecular water-absorbent resin into the mixing pipe 31, a polymerization plate 36 and a dispersion plate 37 are sequentially arranged in the mixing pipe 31 from top to bottom, the polymerization plate 36 and the dispersion plate 37 are fixedly connected with the mixing pipe 31, the polymerization plate 36 is in a hollow conical shape and is in a hollow, and the hollow conical shape, and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin can be uniformly dispersed in the mixing pipe 37 and then passes through the high-molecular water-absorbent resin in the mixing pipe 37.
The surface of one side of the molding bin 2 is also provided with two mounting openings which are communicated with the second molding cavity 24, the two mounting openings are arranged at intervals up and down, the two mounting openings are internally provided with stirring mechanisms 6, each stirring mechanism 6 comprises a mounting plate 61, a stirring shaft 62, a blade assembly 63 and a stirring motor 64, the stirring shaft 62 is rotatably arranged on the mounting plate 61, the mounting plate 61 is fixedly arranged on the molding bin 2, one end of the stirring shaft 62 extends into the second molding cavity 24 and is fixedly connected with the blade assembly 63, the other end of the stirring shaft 62 extends outwards and is in transmission connection with the stirring motor 64, the stirring motor 64 is fixedly arranged on a first motor seat 65, the first motor seat 65 is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate 61, the blade assembly 63 comprises a sleeve 631 and a plurality of stirring blades 632, the stirring blades 632 are fixedly arranged on the sleeve 631 and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 631, one end of the stirring shaft 62 extends into the second molding cavity 24 and is in transmission connection with the stirring motor 632, and the stirring motor 632 is further fully stirred by adopting the stirring blades 632, and the stirring motor 632 is fully stirred in the second molding cavity 4.
The elastic sheet feeding mechanism 4 comprises a rotating shaft 41, an elastic sheet assembly 42 and an uncoiling motor 43, the rotating shaft 41 is rotatably arranged on a third supporting frame 73, two lock nuts 44 are connected to the rotating shaft 41 in a threaded manner, in particular, a threaded section can be arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft 41 so as to facilitate connection with the lock nuts 44, a plurality of elastic sheet assemblies 42 are sleeved between the two lock nuts 44 on the rotating shaft 41, the elastic sheet assembly 42 comprises a reel 421 and an elastic sheet 422 wound on the reel 421, at least one adjusting gasket 45 is arranged between two adjacent reels 421, the adjusting gasket 45 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 41, in actual production, the distance between the two reels 421 can be adjusted by adjusting the number of the adjusting gaskets 45, the uncoiling motor 43 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft 41 and is used for uncoiling the coiled elastic sheet 422, the uncoiling motor 43 is fixedly arranged on the second motor seat 46, the second motor seat 46 is fixedly arranged on the third supporting frame 73, the forming bin 2 is provided with a first gap 25, the partition 22 is provided with a second gap 26, one end of the elastic sheet 422 sequentially passes through the first gap 25 and the second gap 26 and extends to the combined forming opening 16, by adopting the structure, the coiled elastic sheet 422 is conveniently uncoiled, the smooth conveying of the elastic sheet 422 is ensured, so that when the upper and lower adsorption wheels 1 are combined and formed with the semi-finished absorbent cores and the elastic sheet 422 and are conveyed outwards, a certain traction effect is exerted on the elastic sheet 422, the movement of the elastic sheet 422 can be well pulled, in addition, since the elastic sheet 422 has a relatively thin overall thickness, the width of the first slit 25 is relatively narrow, so that pulp in the first molding cavity 23 is not easily blown out of the first slit 25, and normal entry of the elastic sheet 422 is ensured.
Preferably, the number of the elastic sheet assemblies 42 is 2-4, and thus, the number of the elastic sheets 422 in the absorbent core sheet after the bonding molding is 2-4, in practical production, the number of the elastic sheets 422 may be set according to the width of the diaper, and in addition, in order to ensure the comfort of the diaper after wearing, the thickness of the elastic sheets 422 may be set to be a little thinner, specifically, the thickness of the elastic sheets 422 may be 0.5-1mm, the width of the elastic sheets 422 may be set to be a little narrower, and in particular, the width of the elastic sheets 422 may be 3-6mm, on the basis of ensuring that the absorbent core sheet has a certain rebound resilience.
The forming bin 2 is provided with rotatable first rotating rollers 81 at two sides of the first gap 25, the first forming cavity 23 of the forming bin 2 is provided with rotatable second rotating rollers 82 at two sides of the first gap 25, the first forming cavity 23 of the forming bin 2 is provided with rotatable third rotating rollers 83 at two sides of the second gap 26, the second forming cavity 24 of the forming bin 2 is provided with rotatable fourth rotating rollers 84 at two sides of the second gap 26, and by the arrangement of the first rotating rollers 81, the second rotating rollers 82, the third rotating rollers 83 and the fourth rotating rollers 84, the conveying of the elastic sheet 422 is smoother, in addition, in other embodiments, the third rotating roller 83 and the fourth rotating roller 84 are driven by corresponding power devices to rotate, so that the third rotating roller 83 and the fourth rotating roller 84 can also have a certain traction effect on the elastic sheet 422 when rotating, further ensure the conveying of the elastic sheet 422, in particular, the power devices are second driving motors, the second driving motors can drive the third rotating roller 83 and the fourth rotating roller 84 to rotate through belt transmission, chain transmission or gear transmission, a guide plate 85 is fixedly arranged in the first molding cavity 23 of the molding bin 2, the guide plate 85 is fixedly arranged on one side of the first gap 25 close to the feed inlet 21, thereby having a shielding effect on one side of the first gap 25, changing the flow direction of pulp close to the first gap 25, it is further ensured that pulp in the first forming chamber 23 is not blown out of the first gap 25.
Preferably, the elastic sheet 422 is made of an elastic steel sheet, and in other embodiments, the elastic sheet 422 may be made of polypropylene.
A molding method of double-absorption wheel 1 paper diaper sheet molding equipment is characterized by utilizing the double-absorption wheel 1 paper diaper sheet molding equipment to mold, comprising the following steps:

6. A molding method of a double absorption wheel diaper sheet molding device, which uses the double absorption wheel diaper sheet molding device according to any one of claims 1-5 for molding, and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: adsorbing paper pulp in a first molding cavity of the molding bin on the corresponding outer surface of the stainless steel mesh through a first negative pressure cavity in the adsorption wheel to form a paper pulp layer;
step 2: the stainless steel net rotates along with the wheel body framework, and the mixture of the pulp and the macromolecule absorbent resin in the second molding cavity of the molding bin is further absorbed on the outer surface of the pulp layer through the second negative pressure cavity in the absorption wheel to form a mixed material layer;
step 3: the stainless steel net rotates along with the wheel body framework, the mixture of paper pulp and high-molecular water-absorbent resin in the second molding cavity of the molding bin is further absorbed through a third negative pressure cavity in the absorption wheel, and meanwhile, the stainless steel net is matched with the arc-shaped shielding plate for use, so that a plurality of strip-shaped protruding parts which are arranged at intervals can be formed on the outer surface of the mixed material layer, and a semi-finished product absorption core can be formed through absorption of a single absorption wheel;
step 4: the stainless steel net rotates along with the wheel body framework, at the moment, the semi-finished product absorption cores on the upper absorption wheel and the lower absorption wheel are combined and formed under the action of the two absorption wheels, and the elastic sheet is pressed between the two semi-finished product absorption cores, so that a complete absorption core sheet is formed;
step 5: the stainless steel net rotates along with the wheel body framework, and the absorbing core sheet is blown and demoulded through positive pressure cavities in the upper absorbing wheel and the lower absorbing wheel.
