Further, the manufacturing method of the elastic base material comprises the following steps:
21) preparing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material;
22) preparing polylactic acid material into polylactic acid fiber, carding the polylactic acid fiber into a web, and preparing polylactic acid non-woven fabric by hot rolling or hot air setting;
23) the polylactic acid non-woven fabric is crushed into a fibrous shape and is uniformly distributed on the elastic material to form the elastic base material.
Further, the mass ratio of the high polymer water absorption powder to the upper matrix to the lower matrix is 5-15%: 85 to 95 percent.
An elastic absorption core body comprises the elastic absorption core prepared by the preparation method of the elastic absorption core.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention selects the elastic base materials as the upper base body and the lower base body of the absorption core, and the macromolecule water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the lower base body, then the upper base body and the lower base body are compounded to form the absorption core, the macromolecule water-absorbing powder is fixed between the upper base body and the lower base body, the fracture and caking phenomena of the absorption core in use can be effectively avoided, meanwhile, because the upper base body and the lower base body have elasticity, a free expansion space is provided for the macromolecule water-absorbing powder, and the absorption core is soft, has elasticity as a whole, is uniformly distributed, is effectively attached to the crotch of a wearer, can not generate a feeling of strangeness when being worn, can be freely stretched or contracted along with the posture of the wearer in the wearing process so as to be adjusted to be in a close-fitting state, and is;
2. bacteriostatic powder is added into the high-molecular water-absorbing powder, and bacteriostatic solution is sprayed on the surfaces of the upper matrix and/or the lower matrix, so that the absorption core has the effects of antibiosis and sterilization;
3. the arrangement of the first wavy curved surface and the second wavy curved surface not only increases the specific surface area of the upper substrate and the lower substrate and increases the adhesion of the upper substrate and the lower substrate, but also provides more deformation spaces for swelling high-molecular absorption powder, thereby greatly improving the absorption capacity of the absorption core;
4. the elastic base material is prepared by mixing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material, and the polylactic acid can be obtained from renewable resources, so that the elastic base material has good weather resistance at normal temperature, can be biodegraded after being discarded, reduces the pollution to the environment, and improves the environmental protection effect of the absorption core.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
this example provides a method of making an elastic absorbent core, the method comprising the steps of:
1) grinding and screening the high molecular water-absorbent resin particles by a grinder until the particle size of the particles is below 120 meshes to obtain high molecular water-absorbent powder for later use;
2) selecting an elastic base material with a thickness of 3-25mm according to product specification, such as one or more of elastic silica gel, PU elastic cotton and elastic latex, sterilizing, cleaning, drying, respectively using as an upper base body and a lower base body, such as sterilizing with alcohol, repeatedly cleaning with distilled water, and drying in a dryer for 2 h;
3) sizing the upper surface of the lower matrix obtained in the step 2), and uniformly spraying the high molecular water-absorbing powder obtained in the step 1) on the lower matrix, so that the high molecular water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the surface of the lower matrix;
4) gluing the lower surface of the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) and gluing the lower matrix evenly distributed with the high molecular water-absorbing powder in the step 3) by glue to form an elastic absorption core, wherein the thicknesses of the upper matrix and the lower matrix are both 3mm, and the mass ratio of the high molecular water-absorbing powder to the upper matrix to the lower matrix is 5% to 95%;
5) the elastic absorbent core is perforated to facilitate absorption and distribution.
The elasticity absorbent core that this embodiment was made is ultra-thin soft, it is elastic, can effective absorption liquid, the crotch portion of laminating wearer, dress can not produce and strain the sense, and can stretch or contract freely and expand in order to adjust to the state next to the shin along with wearer's posture in the wearing process, it is comfortable to dress, as shown in fig. 1, select elastic substrate as upper substrate 1 and lower base member 2 of absorbent core for use, and the equipartition polymer absorbent powder 3 on lower base member 2, then make absorbent core with upper substrate 1 and lower base member 2 complex, polymer absorbent powder 3 is fixed between upper substrate 1 and lower base member 2.
The second embodiment is as follows:

4) gluing the lower surface of the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) and gluing the lower matrix evenly distributed with the high molecular water-absorbing powder in the step 3) to form an elastic absorption core, wherein the thicknesses of the upper matrix and the lower matrix are both 25mm, and the mass ratio of the high molecular water-absorbing powder to the upper matrix to the lower matrix is 15% to 85%;
5) the elastic absorbent core is perforated to facilitate absorption and distribution.
The elasticity absorbent core thickness that the embodiment was made is thicker, it is whole soft, can effective absorption liquid, be fit for high strength work, the crowd that does not have the time to change, laminating wearer's crotch portion, and elasticity has, long-time wearing also can not produce and draw the sense, and can stretch or contract freely to expand in order to adjust to next to the shin state along with wearer's posture at the wearing in-process, it is comfortable to wear, as shown in figure 1, select for use the elastic substrate as absorbent core's last base member 1 and lower base member 2, and the macromolecule powder 3 that absorbs water of equipartition on base member 2 down, then with last base member 1 and lower base member 2 complex make the absorbent core, the macromolecule powder 3 that absorbs water is fixed between last base member 1 and lower base member 2.
The fourth concrete embodiment:
this example provides a method of making an elastic absorbent core, the method comprising the steps of:
1) grinding and screening the high molecular water-absorbent resin particles by a grinder until the particle size of the particles is below 120 meshes to obtain high molecular water-absorbent powder, adding bacteriostatic powder such as edible mint powdered essence according to a proportion, mixing and stirring the high molecular water-absorbent powder uniformly to obtain the high molecular water-absorbent powder with a bacteriostatic function for later use, wherein the adding amount of the bacteriostatic powder accounts for 0.5-3% of the high molecular water-absorbent powder;
2) selecting an elastic base material with the thickness of 3-25mm according to the specification of a product, such as one or more of elastic silica gel, PU elastic cotton and elastic latex, disinfecting, cleaning and drying the elastic base material to be respectively used as an upper base body and a lower base body, for example, disinfecting with alcohol, repeatedly cleaning with distilled water, drying in a dryer for 2h, and spraying a silver ion antibacterial solution on the surfaces of the upper base body and the lower base body;
3) applying glue on the upper surface of the lower matrix obtained in the step 2), and uniformly spraying the high molecular water-absorbing powder with the bacteriostatic function obtained in the step 1) on the lower matrix, so that the high molecular water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the surface of the lower matrix;
4) gluing the lower surface of the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) and gluing the lower matrix evenly distributed with the macromolecular water-absorbing powder in the step 3) by glue to form an elastic absorption core, wherein the weight ratio of the macromolecular water-absorbing powder, the mint powdered essence, the Ag + antibacterial solution to the upper matrix to the lower matrix is 5-15%: 0.15-0.9%: 1%: 83.1 to 93.85 percent.
5) The elastic absorbent core is perforated to facilitate absorption and distribution.
The elastic absorption core made by the embodiment has the effects of antibiosis and sterilization, meanwhile, the mint powdered essence has a cooling effect, a cool fresh feeling can be delivered, the stuffy feeling during wearing is effectively relieved, the absorption core has elasticity and can effectively absorb liquid, the mint powdered essence is attached to the crotch of a wearer, the wearing cannot generate a feeling of strangeness, in addition, the elastic base materials are selected as the upper base body 1 and the lower base body 2 of the absorption core in the wearing process, the upper base body 1 and the lower base body 2 are freely stretched along with the posture of the wearer to be adjusted to be in a close-fitting state, the wearing is comfortable, as shown in figure 1, the high polymer water absorption powder 3 with the bacteriostasis is uniformly distributed on the lower base body 2, then the upper base body 1 and the lower base body 2 are compounded to be made into the absorption core, and the high polymer water absorption powder 3 with the bacteriostasis is fixed between.

this example provides a method of making an elastic absorbent core, the method comprising the steps of:
1) grinding and screening the high molecular water-absorbent resin particles by a grinder until the particle size of the particles is below 120 meshes to obtain high molecular water-absorbent powder for later use;
2) selecting an elastic base material with the thickness of 3-25mm according to the specification of a product, wherein the elastic base material is prepared by preparing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material, the elastic material is one or a combination of more of elastic silica gel, PU elastic cotton and elastic latex, the polylactic acid material is prepared into a polylactic acid melt by a melt-blowing method, the polylactic acid melt is blown into polylactic acid fibers through spinneret holes, the polylactic acid fibers are subjected to air flow stretching to form filaments which are uniformly laid and carded to form reticular fibers, the polylactic acid nonwoven fabric is formed by hot-rolling or hot-air setting and bonding, the polylactic acid nonwoven fabric and the elastic material are bonded by using a bonding point formed by ultrasonic waves to form the elastic base material, and the elastic base material is respectively used as an upper matrix and a lower matrix after being sterilized by alcohol, for example, the elastic base material is repeatedly cleaned by distilled water and then placed in a dryer for drying for 2 hours;
3) sizing the upper surface of the lower matrix obtained in the step 2), and uniformly spraying the high molecular water-absorbing powder obtained in the step 1) on the lower matrix, so that the high molecular water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the surface of the lower matrix;
4) gluing the lower surface of the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) and gluing the lower matrix evenly distributed with the macromolecular water-absorbing powder in the step 3) by glue to form an elastic absorption core;
5) the elastic absorbent core is perforated to facilitate absorption and distribution.

The sixth specific embodiment:
this example provides a method of making an elastic absorbent core, the method comprising the steps of:
1) grinding and screening the high molecular water-absorbent resin particles by a grinder until the particle size of the particles is below 120 meshes to obtain high molecular water-absorbent powder for later use;
2) selecting an elastic base material with the thickness of 3-25mm according to the specification of a product, wherein the elastic base material is prepared by preparing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material, the elastic material is one or a combination of more of elastic silica gel, PU elastic cotton and elastic latex, the polylactic acid material is prepared into a polylactic acid melt by a melt-blowing method, the polylactic acid melt is blown into polylactic acid fibers through a spinneret orifice, carrying out air flow drawing on polylactic acid fiber to form filaments, uniformly laying and carding to form reticular fiber, forming polylactic acid non-woven fabric through hot-rolling or hot air setting and bonding, crushing the polylactic acid non-woven fabric into fiber shape through a crusher, uniformly distributing the fiber shape on an elastic material to form an elastic base material, disinfecting, cleaning and drying the elastic base material to respectively serve as an upper base body and a lower base body, for example, after being disinfected by alcohol, the mixture is repeatedly washed by distilled water and then is dried in a drier for 2 hours;
3) sizing the upper surface of the lower matrix obtained in the step 2), and uniformly spraying the high molecular water-absorbing powder obtained in the step 1) on the lower matrix, so that the high molecular water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the surface of the lower matrix;
4) gluing the lower surface of the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) and gluing the lower matrix evenly distributed with the macromolecular water-absorbing powder in the step 3) by glue to form an elastic absorption core;
5) the elastic absorbent core is perforated to facilitate absorption and distribution.

The seventh specific embodiment:
this example provides a method of making an elastic absorbent core, the method comprising the steps of:
1) grinding and screening the high molecular water-absorbent resin particles by a grinder until the particle size of the particles is below 120 meshes to obtain high molecular water-absorbent powder for later use;
2) selecting an elastic base material with the thickness of 3-25mm according to the specification of a product, wherein the elastic base material is prepared by preparing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material, the elastic material is one or a combination of more of elastic silica gel, PU elastic cotton and elastic latex, the polylactic acid material is prepared into a polylactic acid melt by a melt-blowing method, the polylactic acid melt is blown into polylactic acid fibers through spinneret holes, the polylactic acid fibers are subjected to air flow stretching to form filaments which are uniformly laid and carded to form reticular fibers, the polylactic acid nonwoven fabrics are formed by hot-rolling or hot-air setting and bonding, the polylactic acid nonwoven fabrics are crushed by a crusher to form fibrous polylactic acid powder, the elastic material is respectively used as an upper matrix and a lower matrix after being sterilized, cleaned and dried, for example, the elastic material is sterilized by alcohol and then is repeatedly cleaned by distilled water and then is placed in a dryer for drying for 2 hours;
3) sizing the upper surface of the lower matrix obtained in the step 2), mixing and stirring the high molecular water absorption powder obtained in the step 1) and the fibrous polylactic acid powder obtained in the step 2) uniformly, and then spraying the mixture on the lower matrix uniformly;
4) gluing the lower surface of the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) and gluing the lower matrix evenly distributed with the macromolecular water-absorbing powder in the step 3) by glue to form an elastic absorption core;
5) the elastic absorbent core is perforated to facilitate absorption and distribution.
The elastic base material in the elastic absorption core prepared by the embodiment is prepared by mixing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material, and the polylactic acid material is prepared into fibrous polylactic acid powder and is mixed with high polymer water absorption powder, because the polylactic acid can be obtained from renewable resources, the material has good weather resistance at normal temperature, can be biodegraded after being discarded, reduces the pollution to the environment, improves the environmental protection effect of the absorption core, is soft as a whole, can effectively absorb liquid, is attached to the crotch of a wearer, has elasticity, cannot generate a feeling of strangeness after being worn for a long time, can be freely stretched along with the stretching or contraction of the posture of the wearer in the wearing process so as to be adjusted to be in a close-fitting state, is comfortable to wear, as shown in figure 1, the elastic material is selected as the upper base body 1 and the lower base body 2 of the absorption core, and the high polymer water absorption powder 3 mixed with the polylactic acid material and prepared into the fibrous polylactic acid powder is uniformly distributed on the lower base body 2, then the upper matrix 1 and the lower matrix 2 are compounded to form the absorption core, and the high molecular water absorption powder 3 is fixed between the upper matrix 1 and the lower matrix 2.
The high-molecular water-absorbing resin is a novel high-molecular material, can absorb water which is hundreds of times to thousands of times of the self weight, and is non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free; high water-absorbing and water-retaining power
The eighth embodiment:
this example provides a method of making an elastic absorbent core, the method comprising the steps of:
1) grinding and screening the high molecular water-absorbent resin particles by a grinder until the particle size of the particles is below 120 meshes to obtain high molecular water-absorbent powder for later use;
2) selecting an elastic base material with a thickness of 3-25mm according to product specification, such as one or more of elastic silica gel, PU elastic cotton and elastic latex, sterilizing, cleaning, drying, respectively using as an upper base body and a lower base body, such as sterilizing with alcohol, repeatedly cleaning with distilled water, and drying in a dryer for 2 h;
3) forming a first wavy curved surface on the lower surface of the upper substrate, and correspondingly forming a second wavy curved surface matched with the first wavy curved surface on the upper surface of the lower substrate;
4) sizing the upper surface of the lower matrix obtained in the step 2), and uniformly spraying the high molecular water-absorbing powder obtained in the step 1) on the lower matrix, so that the high molecular water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the surface of the lower matrix;
5) gluing the lower surface of the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) and gluing the lower matrix evenly distributed with the macromolecular water-absorbing powder in the step 4) to form an elastic absorption core;
6) the elastic absorbent core is perforated to facilitate absorption and distribution.
The elastic absorption core manufactured by the embodiment not only increases the specific surface area of the upper base body and the lower base body and increases the adhesion of the upper base body and the lower base body, but also provides more deformation space for the high polymer absorption powder to expand, greatly improves the absorption capacity of the absorption core, is soft as a whole, can effectively absorb liquid, is attached to the crotch of a wearer, has elasticity, does not generate strange feeling after being worn for a long time, can be freely unfolded or contracted along with the posture of the wearer during the wearing process to be adjusted to a close-fitting state, is comfortable to wear, as shown in figure 2, selects the elastic base materials as the upper base body 1 and the lower base body 2 of the absorption core, forms a first wavy curved surface on the lower surface of the upper base body 1, and correspondingly forms a second wavy curved surface matched with the first wavy curved surface on the upper surface of the lower base body 2, macromolecule water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the lower substrate 2, then the upper substrate 1 and the lower substrate 2 are compounded into an absorption core, and the macromolecule water-absorbing powder is fixed between the upper substrate 1 and the lower substrate 2.
The specific embodiment is nine:
the present embodiment provides a method for manufacturing an elastic absorbent core, which is different from the first to eighth embodiments, in that the elastic absorbent core of the present embodiment has multiple layers, as shown in fig. 3, an elastic base material is selected as an upper base 1 and a lower base 2 of the absorbent core, a high molecular water-absorbing powder 3 is uniformly distributed on the lower base 2, then the upper base 1 and the lower base 2 are compounded to form the absorbent core, the high molecular water-absorbing powder 3 is fixed between the upper base 1 and the lower base 2, the surface of the upper base 1 of the lower layer is coated with glue, the high molecular water-absorbing powder 3 is sprayed, and the lower base 2 of the upper layer and the upper base 1 of the lower layer are compounded to form the multiple-layer absorbent core, so that the elastic absorbent core manufactured in the present embodiment has a large absorption amount.
The specific embodiment ten:
as shown in FIG. 4, the present embodiment provides an elastic absorbent core cut in a fan shape with a narrow front and a wide back, which combines ergonomic features to prevent leakage.
The invention selects the elastic base materials as the upper base body and the lower base body of the absorption core, and the macromolecule water-absorbing powder is uniformly distributed on the lower base body, then the upper base body and the lower base body are compounded to form the absorption core, the macromolecule water-absorbing powder is fixed between the upper base body and the lower base body, the fracture and caking phenomena of the absorption core in use can be effectively avoided, meanwhile, because the upper base body and the lower base body have elasticity, a free expansion space is provided for the macromolecule water-absorbing powder, and the absorption core is soft, has elasticity as a whole, is uniformly distributed, is effectively attached to the crotch of a wearer, can not generate a feeling of strangeness when being worn, can be freely stretched or contracted along with the posture of the wearer in the wearing process so as to be adjusted to be in a close-fitting state, and is; bacteriostatic powder is added into the high-molecular water-absorbing powder, and bacteriostatic solution is sprayed on the surfaces of the upper matrix and/or the lower matrix, so that the absorption core has the effects of antibiosis and sterilization; the arrangement of the first wavy curved surface and the second wavy curved surface not only increases the specific surface area of the upper substrate and the lower substrate and increases the adhesion of the upper substrate and the lower substrate, but also provides more deformation spaces for swelling high-molecular absorption powder, thereby greatly improving the absorption capacity of the absorption core; the elastic base material is prepared by mixing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material, and the polylactic acid can be obtained from renewable resources, so that the elastic base material has good weather resistance at normal temperature, can be biodegraded after being discarded, reduces the pollution to the environment, and improves the environmental protection effect of the absorption core.

Claims (10)

1. A method of making an elastic absorbent core, said method comprising the steps of:
1) grinding and screening the high molecular water-absorbent resin particles by a grinder until the particle size of the particles is below 120 meshes to obtain high molecular water-absorbent powder for later use;
2) selecting an elastic base material as an upper base body after disinfection, cleaning and drying, and selecting the elastic base material as a lower base body after disinfection, cleaning and drying;
3) sizing the upper surface of the lower matrix obtained in the step 2), and uniformly distributing the high-molecular water-absorbing powder obtained in the step 1) on the lower matrix;
4) compounding the upper matrix obtained in the step 2) with the lower matrix uniformly distributed with the macromolecular water-absorbing powder in the step 3) to form the elastic absorption core.

A method of making an elastic absorbent core according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step 1), adding bacteriostatic powder according to a proportion, and mixing and stirring the bacteriostatic powder and the macromolecular water-absorbing powder uniformly to obtain the macromolecular water-absorbing powder with the bacteriostatic function.

The method of claim 1, wherein the upper and lower substrates produced in step 2) are formed with a first undulating surface on the lower surface of the upper substrate and a second undulating surface on the upper surface of the lower substrate corresponding to the first undulating surface before the step 3).
4. A method of making an elastic absorbent core according to claim 1 or 3, wherein after step 2), said method further comprises: and (3) spraying bacteriostatic solution on the surface of the upper substrate and/or the lower substrate.
5. A method of making an elastic absorbent core according to claim 1, characterized in that: the elastic base material is made of elastic materials, and the elastic materials comprise one or more of elastic silica gel, PU elastic cotton and elastic latex.
6. A method of making an elastic absorbent core according to claim 1 or 5 characterized in that: the elastic base material is prepared by mixing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material.
7. A method of making an elastic absorbent core according to claim 6, characterized in that: the manufacturing method of the elastic base material comprises the following steps:
11) preparing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material;
12) preparing polylactic acid material into polylactic acid fiber, carding the polylactic acid fiber into a web, and preparing polylactic acid non-woven fabric by hot rolling or hot air setting;
13) the polylactic acid non-woven fabric and the elastic material are bonded by the bonding points formed by ultrasonic waves to form the elastic base material.
8. A method of making an elastic absorbent core according to claim 6, characterized in that: the manufacturing method of the elastic base material comprises the following steps:
21) preparing an elastic material and a polylactic acid material;
22) preparing polylactic acid material into polylactic acid fiber, carding the polylactic acid fiber into a web, and preparing polylactic acid non-woven fabric by hot rolling or hot air setting;
23) the polylactic acid non-woven fabric is crushed into a fibrous shape and is uniformly distributed on the elastic material to form the elastic base material.
9. A method of making an elastic absorbent core according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mass ratio of the high polymer water absorption powder to the upper matrix to the lower matrix is 5-15%: 85 to 95 percent.
10. An elastic absorbent core characterized by: a method of making an elastic absorbent core comprising the elastic absorbent core of any of claims 1-9.
