Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.
As shown in figures 1 to 17, the invention relates to an air-blowing type pasture no-tillage planter and a planting process, which adopts an air-blowing type seed metering device, a newly developed novel casting monomer and a new pre-ditching component, and can better meet the planting requirement of grass seeds. In addition, the new monomer of the pasture no-tillage planter is a narrow monomer which can meet the seeding requirement of narrow row spacing, the maximum appearance width of the monomer is 340mm, and meanwhile, a furrow-opening component and a pre-furrow-opening component are configured, so that the requirements of less soil movement and less soil disturbance in the grassland seeding are met.
Specifically speaking, as shown in fig. 1 to 17, including main crossbeam 1, auxiliary crossbeam 2, side frame 3, pull hanger subassembly 4, support wheel carrier subassembly 5, air-blowing type seed metering ware 6, pre-ditching subassembly 7 and ditching seeding suppression all-in-one 8, auxiliary crossbeam 2 locates main crossbeam 1 front end, and both sides are passed through side frame 3 and are welded, pull hanger subassembly 4 and be connected with main crossbeam 1, support wheel carrier subassembly 5 is equipped with two, and respectively with main crossbeam 1 both ends fastening connection, air-blowing type seed metering ware 6 is equipped with two, and air-blowing type seed metering ware 6 is connected through the hack lever with main crossbeam 1 and auxiliary crossbeam 2 between the upper end, pre-ditching subassembly 7 is connected with auxiliary crossbeam 2 below, ditching seeding suppression all-in-one 8 is connected with main crossbeam 1 rear.

The ditching, sowing and compacting integrated machine 8 comprises a parallelogram link assembly 8-1, a seed discharging mechanism 8-2, a ditching and sowing assembly 8-3, a double compacting wheel mechanism 8-4 and a single compacting wheel mechanism 8-5, wherein the parallelogram link assembly 8-1 is connected with the rear end of a main beam 1, the seed discharging mechanism 8-2 is connected with the rear end of the parallelogram link assembly 8-1, the ditching and sowing assembly 8-3 is connected with the lower part of the seed discharging mechanism 8-2, the double compacting wheel mechanism 8-4 is connected with the lower part of the ditching and sowing assembly 8-3, and the single compacting wheel mechanism 8-5 is connected with the rear end of the ditching and sowing assembly 8-3.

The pre-ditching disc 79 and the formal ditching discs 8-32 are arranged in a collinear way.

A seeding process of an air-blowing type pasture no-tillage seeder, which comprises the following steps,
step S1: pre-ditching, namely changing the downward pressure of a pre-ditching disc 79 by adjusting the elastic restoring force of a pressure spring 78 to break and cut the hard soil and the surface-lying raw grass;
step S2: ditching and seeding, namely performing formal ditching operation through a formal ditching disc 8-32 in a ditching and seeding assembly 8-3, and then ditching through a ditching cutter blade assembly 8-33 and a ditching shovel 8-34 below the ditching cutter blade assembly; meanwhile, the two air-blowing seed sowing devices 6 and one seed sowing component 8-22 realize the mixed sowing operation of various grass seeds, and the seeds fall into the ditches dug by the ditching shovel 8-34 through the pipelines and the sowing pipes 8-35;
step S3: the double press wheels are used for pressing, the gap between the two press wheels I8-41 is adjusted by releasing the locking handles 8-43 and adjusting the rotating angles of the stretching frames 8-42, and the requirements of sufficient soil covering and pressing strength after sowing are met;
step S4: and the single press wheel presses, and the pressing strength of the second press wheel 8-53 is adjusted through the adjusting screw rods 8-54, so that the requirements of deep ditching, shallow earthing and proper pressing are met.
The following specific working modes are illustrated by specific examples:
example 1:

Example 2:
the air-blowing type pasture no-tillage planter of the invention adjusts the adjusting buckles 8-14 on the upper connecting rods 8-12 to the backward adjusting holes 8-120, so that the tension springs 8-17 between the upper cross rods 8-15 and the lower cross rods 8-16 are further stretched, the acting force of the tension springs 8-17 acting on the upper cross rods 8-15 increases the pre-pressure of the whole seed metering mechanism 8-2, the ditching seeding component 8-3, the double press wheel mechanism 8-4 and the single press wheel mechanism 8-5 on a grassland with large hardness through the upper connecting rods 8-12, the lower connecting rods 8-13 and the rear arm support 8-11, thereby ensuring that the pre-pressure of the ditching-seeding-pressing is enough to achieve the ditching depth.
In addition, the rear end of the seed sowing main frame 8-20 is provided with a single weight box 8-200, so that the seeding depth requirement can be met in the high-hardness soil environment, and the seed sowing main frame can be manually assembled or assembled in a standard manner. The pre-tightening force of the pressure spring 78 is changed by downwards adjusting the small circular plate at the upper end of the cylindrical rod 77, so that the pre-pressure adjustment of the pre-ditching disc 79 on the grassland with high hardness is realized, the lodging raw grasses on the surface of the grassland are broken and cut for one time before the formal ditching, the formal ditching disc 8-32, the ditching cutter plate assembly 8-33 and the ditching shovel 8-34 are ensured not to drag and pile the lodging raw grasses, the ditching operation is ensured to be carried out continuously, and the ditching resistance is reduced.
And a limiting groove 75-1 is formed in the rocker arm plate III 75, so that the situation that the forward swing amplitude of the rocker arm plate I73 with the pre-ditching disc 79 is too large is avoided.
Example 4:

the double-press wheel mechanism (8-4) comprises two press wheel frames (8-40), two press wheels (8-41), a stretching frame (8-42) and a locking handle (8-43), the two press wheel frames (8-40) are symmetrically arranged and hinged with the rear end of the sowing and ditching frame (8-30), the press wheels (8-41) are hinged with the press wheel frames (8-40), the stretching frame (8-42) is hinged with the upper end of the sowing and ditching frame (8-30), the lower end of the stretching frame is inserted into the inner wall of the press wheel frames (8-40) to be in sliding connection, the locking handle (8-43) is connected with the upper end of the stretching frame (8-42) in a resetting mode through a spring, and the locking handle is connected with the upper end of the sowing and ditching frame (8-30);
the single press wheel mechanism (8-5) comprises a hinged base (8-50), a connecting base (8-51), a single wheel carrier (8-52), a press wheel II (8-53) and an adjusting screw (8-54), the hinged base (8-50) is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the rear end of the sowing and ditching frame (8-30), the connecting base (8-51) is welded with the lower portion of the rear end of the hinged base (8-50), the single wheel carrier (8-52) is hinged with the hinged base (8-50), the press wheel II (8-53) is hinged with the lower end of the single wheel carrier (8-52), the lower end of the adjusting screw (8-54) is connected with the middle of the single wheel carrier (8-52), and the upper end of the adjusting screw passes through the connecting base (8-51) and is locked through a nut.

9. The air-blown pasture no-tillage planter as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the pre-ditching disc (79) and the formal ditching discs (8-32) are arranged in a staggered mode.
10. The sowing process of the air-blowing type pasture grass no-tillage planter as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the method specifically comprises the following steps of,
step S1: pre-ditching, namely changing the downforce of a pre-ditching disc (79) by adjusting the elastic restoring force of a pressure spring (78) to break and cut the hard soil and the surface lodging raw grass;
step S2: ditching and seeding, namely performing formal ditching operation through formal ditching disks (8-32) in a ditching and seeding assembly (8-3), and then ditching through a ditching cutter plate assembly (8-33) and a ditching shovel (8-34) below the ditching cutter plate assembly; meanwhile, the two air-blowing seed sowing devices (6) and one seed sowing component (8-22) realize the mixed sowing operation of various grass seeds, and the seeds fall into the ditches opened by the furrowing shovels (8-34) through the pipelines and the sowing pipes (8-35);
step S3: the double press wheels are used for pressing, the rotating angle of the stretching frame (8-42) is adjusted by releasing the locking handle (8-43) to adjust the gap between the two press wheels I (8-41), and the requirements of sufficient soil covering and pressing strength after sowing are met;
step S4: and the single press wheel presses, and the press strength of the second press wheel (8-53) is adjusted through an adjusting screw rod (8-54), so that the requirements of deep ditching, shallow earthing and proper pressing are met.
