The embodiment of the application discloses an interface configuration method for an online conference, which is mainly applied to resource configuration of a live interface during the online conference. Specifically, in the live broadcasting process, in order to achieve a complete live broadcasting effect, at least three computers are usually connected with a video capture card, so that the live broadcasting interface of the speaker can achieve the complete degree meeting the conference standard. The number of required computers is large, so that the devices for the speaker site are complicated. Generally, a large amount of human resources are required to be invested in the early stage of live broadcast, but the direct broadcast is easily affected.
Therefore, the required content of live broadcast of a plurality of main speakers is stored to a computer in advance in this application, and live broadcast is carried out by utilizing this computer, thereby reducing the work required in the earlier stage of live broadcast, improving the live broadcast effect, reducing the manpower resource input, and simultaneously improving the watching experience of participants.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
The main flow of the interface configuration method of the online conference is described as follows.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2:
step S101: and acquiring the current time point in real time.
The current time point is the current time information.
Step S102: and judging whether the conference to be held exists from the current time point to the preset time point according to a preset conference schedule.
Specifically, the preset meeting schedule includes meeting time and meeting basic information of a scheduled meeting within a period of time from a current time point. The period of time is a predetermined period of time, and may be 7 days, 10 days, 15 days, or the like. The meeting time is a preset starting time of the meeting. The meeting time is a preset starting time of the meeting. The conference basic information includes a conference name, a speaker, personal introduction of the speaker, a conference time and unit information to which the speaker belongs. Due to the limitation of the meeting place and the required equipment, in the meeting schedule, the meeting time of two adjacent meetings has a time interval, and the time interval is the interval duration from the ending time point of the previous meeting to the starting time point of the subsequent meeting.
The preset time point depends on the current time point and is calculated by = current time point + preset duration. The preset time is the preparation time required before the conference starts. The preset duration of time, of course, needs to be at least as long as the standard preparation time required before the conference begins. The standard preparation time is typically 15 minutes. In the embodiment of the present application, the preset time period is 30 minutes. In other embodiments, the preset duration may be adaptively adjusted according to actual needs.
Further, the specific determination method is as follows:
step S1021: and acquiring the meeting time closest to the current time point in the meeting schedule.
Because the meeting schedule shows the meeting time and meeting basic information of the scheduled meeting within a period of time from the current time point, the first meeting arranged in the meeting schedule according to the time sequence is the meeting with the meeting time closest to the current time point, and the meeting time is the meeting time closest to the current time point.
The meeting time of the meeting is recorded in the meeting schedule, so that the meeting time can be directly acquired through the pre-stored meeting schedule.
Step S1022: and calculating the time difference value between the meeting time point closest to the current time point and the current time. The calculation method is that the time difference = conference time closest to the current time point — current time point.
Step S1023: and judging whether the time difference is smaller than a preset time length.
If the time difference is less than the preset time length, the meeting is about to start, and meeting basic information of the meeting and PPT courseware matched with the meeting are obtained;
and if the time difference is not less than the preset time length, not acquiring the meeting basic information of the meeting and the PPT courseware matched with the meeting.
It can be appreciated that PPT courseware corresponding to the meeting is pre-stored in the memory of the computer. The corresponding meeting basic information can be matched when the PPT courseware is stored, and then the corresponding PPT courseware can be searched and matched through keywords when the meeting is about to start. This technique is conventional and will not be described herein in any greater detail than that of the person skilled in the relevant art.

A plurality of function display areas are arranged at preset positions on the live broadcast dynamic template, and different function display areas are used for displaying PPT courseware, portrait dynamic pictures, meeting names, a speaker, personal introduction of the speaker, unit information of the speaker, meeting duration and other basic information. Specifically, the function display area for displaying the PPT courseware is linked with the memory in which the PPT courseware is stored, and the corresponding PPT courseware can be pulled from the memory to be displayed. The video acquisition equipment for displaying the main person is linked with the functional display area of the portrait dynamic picture. And the function display area for displaying other basic information such as the conference name, the main entrance, the personal introduction of the main entrance, the unit information of the main entrance and the like is linked with the conference schedule so as to acquire the corresponding basic conference information. The function display area for displaying the conference time is linked with the conference calendar so as to obtain the conference time and display the conference time in a countdown mode, so that a speaker can conveniently hold time in the teaching process and make adjustment in time.
Specifically, a portrait dynamic picture and meeting basic information are spliced with a live broadcast dynamic template to generate a live broadcast picture; and determining a first picture matched with the splicing keyword from the meeting basic information and the multiple groups of PPT courseware, and splicing the multiple first pictures in a functional display area of the live broadcast dynamic template. Of course, other splicing methods may also be adopted, and the embodiments of the present application are not illustrated one by one.
In this embodiment, the portrait dynamic picture and the meeting basic information are spliced with the live broadcast dynamic template, that is, the portrait dynamic picture and the meeting basic information are respectively displayed in the function display area on the live broadcast dynamic template, and the PPT courseware is also displayed in the function display area on the same live broadcast dynamic template.
A live broadcast template library is preset and comprises a plurality of live broadcast dynamic templates, a plurality of unit information and the corresponding relation between the live broadcast dynamic templates and the unit information, namely, the same live broadcast dynamic template is used when a speaker belonging to the same unit carries out conference live broadcast again.
The live broadcast dynamic template is provided with a plurality of styles, for example, the number of the function display areas is different, the deployment positions are different, and the percentage of each function display area in the live broadcast dynamic template is different.
In a specific example, the function display area for displaying the PPT courseware and the function display area for displaying the portrait dynamic picture both account for 25% of the live dynamic template, and the function display area for displaying the meeting name, the leading person, the personal introduction of the leading person, the unit information to which the leading person belongs and the meeting duration all account for 10% of the live dynamic template.
In another specific example, the percentage of the function display area for displaying the PPT courseware, the function display area for displaying the portrait dynamic picture, and the function display area for displaying the meeting name, the lead man, the personal introduction of the lead man, the unit information to which the lead man belongs, and the meeting duration in the live dynamic template are different.
Furthermore, according to the unit information of the speaker, calling a corresponding live broadcast dynamic template from a live broadcast template library so as to splice the obtained portrait dynamic picture and the conference basic information with the live broadcast dynamic template to generate a live broadcast picture.
