It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for testing a navigation application in accordance with the present application is shown. The method for testing the navigation application comprises the following steps:
step 201, acquiring a video for testing.
In this embodiment, the electronic device (e.g., the server or the terminal device shown in fig. 1) on which the method for testing the navigation application operates may obtain the video for testing from other devices locally or through a network. The test video is generated by recording a screen of the first terminal device when a user uses a navigation application to be tested running on the first mobile terminal to navigate, and the screen of the first terminal device displays an application interface of the navigation application to be tested, which is transmitted by the first mobile terminal in real time, of the first terminal device in the navigation process and a road condition picture generated and transmitted by shooting a road condition in real time by the camera device in the navigation process.
The first mobile terminal may be any of various mobile terminals that can be used to run a navigation application to be tested and that have a display screen. The navigation application to be tested may be various applications having a navigation function, such as a map-like application having a navigation function. The camera device is used for shooting road conditions in real time in the navigation process, so that a road condition picture can be generated. The first mobile terminal and the camera device can be connected with the first terminal device in a wired or wireless mode, so that an application interface of the navigation application to be tested and a road condition picture are respectively synchronized to a screen of the first terminal device in the navigation process. The wireless method includes, but is not limited to, USB (Universal Serial Bus). When transmitting, sound can be transmitted in addition to the picture. Therefore, the application interface and the road condition picture of the navigation application to be tested can be displayed on the screen of the first terminal device in the navigation process. Recording the screen of the first terminal device can form a test video for analysis in subsequent steps.
The first terminal device may be any electronic device having a display screen, such as a desktop computer with a display. Optionally, the first terminal device may further record, through the microphone, a voice played by the navigation application to be tested in the navigation process, so as to further assist the user in inputting the problem type in a subsequent process. Optionally, the first terminal device may be a notebook. Compared with other devices, the notebook computer has the convenience of the portable mobile terminal, and the video quality of the test video can be improved by a relatively large display picture, so that the test quality and the convenience of user test can be both considered.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the user may navigate using the navigation application to be tested while driving the vehicle. Therefore, the first terminal equipment, the first mobile terminal, the camera equipment and equipment which is possibly required but not listed can be placed on a driven vehicle, various equipment used for testing is conveniently carried, and the testing convenience is improved.
Step 202, obtaining the operation time of the preset user operation monitored by the second terminal device in the navigation process.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may further obtain operation time of a preset user operation monitored by the second terminal device in the navigation process. The preset user operation is sent when the user finds that the indication information provided by the application to be tested is not matched with the actual road condition information in the navigation process. Generally, if the user finds that the indication information provided by the navigation application to be tested is not matched with the actual road condition information in the navigation process, the user can send a preset operation to the second terminal. The preset operation may be, but is not limited to, a keyboard or mouse click operation of the user on the second terminal. The second terminal may record the operation time of the preset user operation when the preset operation is detected. The second terminal can also upload the operation time to other equipment. In this way, the electronic device in this embodiment may obtain the operation time from the second terminal or another device that uploads the operation time. Optionally, the second terminal and the first terminal may be the same device, so that the number of devices used for testing may be reduced, and the recording of the operation time and the accuracy of positioning by using the operation time in the subsequent process may also be facilitated.
And step 203, intercepting video clips from the video for test by using the operation time.
In the present embodiment, based on the test video acquired in step 201 and based on the operation time acquired in step 202, the electronic device uses the operation time to cut out a video clip from the test video. When the video clip is intercepted, the interception can be performed according to the operation time and the set rule. For example, the rule may be that a position in the video from the operation time onward by a first preset time period is taken as a starting point of the video being cut, and may be that a position in the video from the operation time onward by a second preset time period is taken as an end point of the video being cut. The first preset duration may be the same as the second preset duration
And 204, displaying the video clip so that a user can input the problem type of the problem in the navigation process of the navigation application to be tested according to the matching condition between the application interface of the navigation application to be tested in the video clip and the shooting picture.
In this embodiment, based on the video segment intercepted in step 203, the electronic device may present the video segment. When the electronic device is a terminal device, the electronic device displays the video clip through the display of the electronic device, or the video clip can be sent to other devices with displays for displaying. When the electronic device is a server, the electronic device may send the video clip to other devices with displays for presentation. After the video clip is displayed, the user can watch the application interface and the camera shooting picture in the video clip, and can input whether the problem exists and the specific problem type based on the matching condition of the application interface and the camera shooting picture. The type of question may be that the navigation application does not prompt information to be prompted in the navigation, for example, turns to be announced or monitoring devices to be displayed are not displayed. The problem type may also be that the navigation application prompts information that should not be prompted in navigation, for example, the actual road surface should not be turned right and the application to be tested prompts a right turn. The type of problem may also be that the indication information provided by the navigation application is inaccurate. For example, the turn cue is too early or too late. It should be noted that the above problem types are merely examples, and are not limited to these problem types in practice.
And step 205, generating a test result for testing the navigation to be tested according to the input question type.
In this embodiment, based on the type of question input by the user in step 204, the electronic device may generate a test result for testing the navigation to be tested. It should be noted that the test result may include other unlisted test information besides the problem type.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the screen of the first terminal device further displays an application interface of a navigation application for comparison, which is transmitted by the second mobile terminal in real time in the navigation process, where the navigation application for comparison running on the second mobile terminal is used for navigating simultaneously with the navigation application to be tested. In this implementation manner, the first terminal device may further be connected to a second mobile terminal running a navigation application for comparison in the navigation process, so that an interface of the navigation application for comparison in the navigation process may also be transmitted to the first terminal, and finally the interface may also record what is called content included in the test video through a screen of the first terminal.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, step 204 may further include: and displaying the video clip so that a user can input the problem type of the problem in the navigation process of the navigation application to be tested according to the matching condition among the application interface of the navigation application to be tested, the shooting picture and the application interface of the navigation application for comparison in the video clip. In the implementation mode, because the test video has the application interface of the navigation application for comparison, when the video clip is displayed, the user can also match the application interface of the navigation application for comparison in the video clip with other two items so as to input the problem type of the problem in the navigation process of the navigation application to be tested. The realization mode enables the user to further refer to the application interface of the navigation application for comparison to input the problem type, and is beneficial to further improving the accuracy of the obtained problem type.
In some optional implementations of the embodiment, the preset operation includes a voice input operation of the second terminal device by the user. In the implementation mode, the user can send out voice operation when finding that the indication information provided by the application to be tested is not matched with the actual road condition information in the navigation process. The user may speak various voices into the microphone of the second terminal that are used to navigate the problem or the particular type of problem that is present. The voice input operation is used as an operation for the second terminal, and a user can send out the voice input operation in less time, so that the operation efficiency of the user during testing can be improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, step 204 may include: acquiring voice input to the second terminal device through voice input operation; and displaying the video and the voice so that a user can input the problem types of the problems occurring in the navigation process of the navigation application to be tested according to the matching condition between the application interface of the navigation application to be tested and the shooting picture in the video clip and the voice content. In this implementation, the video may be displayed while voice input through a voice input operation is displayed, so that the user may further recognize a specific question type according to the voice content.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, step 204 may include: acquiring voice input to the second terminal device through voice input operation; performing voice recognition on the voice to obtain a text corresponding to the voice; and displaying the video and the text so that a user can input the problem types of the problems occurring in the navigation process of the navigation application to be tested according to the matching condition between the application interface of the navigation application to be tested and the shooting picture in the video clip and the text. In the implementation mode, the obtained text can be displayed after voice recognition, and a user can rapidly identify the problem type according to the text.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the application interface and the real-time road condition picture of the navigation application to be tested in the navigation process can be synchronously displayed in the test video by recording the screen of the first terminal device, and the test video clip can be intercepted from the test video according to the monitored operation time of the preset user operation to reduce the video data volume of subsequent analysis, so that the user can analyze the matching condition between the application interface and the camera picture in the test video clip with limited length to determine the problem type of the navigation application to be tested, and further generate the test result, and the user does not need to analyze other video clips not related to the problem, thereby improving the test efficiency of the user.
