in a first aspect, the present disclosure provides an information processing method, including:
determining target prompt information selected for a predetermined information base, wherein the target prompt information comprises a corresponding current validity index value;
obtaining grading information of response information corresponding to the target prompt information;
and determining an update validity index value of the target prompt information according to the grading information, and updating the current validity index value of the target prompt information according to the update validity index value.
In an embodiment where the first aspect is optional, the determining target hint information selected for a predetermined information base, the target hint information including a corresponding current validity index value, includes:
detecting selection operation triggered by a prompt information selection interface of an information base, wherein the prompt information selection interface of the information base displays at least two prompt information and current validity index values respectively corresponding to the prompt information;
and determining corresponding target prompt information according to the selection operation, and displaying the target prompt information.
In an optional embodiment of the first aspect, the displaying the target prompt information includes: inserting and displaying the target prompt information in a response record page in a text form;
before obtaining the scoring information of the response information corresponding to the target prompt information, the method further includes:
and detecting evaluation input operation of response information aiming at the target prompt information, which is triggered by the response record page, and determining evaluation information corresponding to the evaluation input operation.
In an embodiment that is optional in the first aspect, before the obtaining of the scoring information of the response information corresponding to the target prompt information, the method further includes:
detecting a response input operation aiming at the target prompt information and triggered by the response record page, and determining response information corresponding to the response input operation;

In an embodiment optional in the first aspect, the calculating an update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information according to the scoring information includes:
acquiring a weight value preconfigured for a response object;
calculating an update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information according to the weight value and the grading information;
the weight value preconfigured by the response object and the answer turn of the response object are in a direct proportional relation.
In an embodiment optional in the first aspect, the calculating an update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information according to the weight value and the score information includes:
calculating according to the covariance between the weight values and the grading information, the variance of the grading information of the target prompt information and the variance of the weight values to obtain a correlation between the weight values and the grading information;
and determining the update effectiveness index value according to the correlation.
In an embodiment optional in the first aspect, the updating, according to the updated validity index value, the current validity index value of the target prompt message includes:
and carrying out average calculation on the current validity index value of the target prompt message and the updated validity index value, and updating the average value to the current validity index value.
In an optional embodiment of the first aspect, the method further comprises:

In a second aspect, the present disclosure provides an information processing apparatus comprising:

and the updating module is used for determining an updating validity index value of the target prompt information according to the grading information and updating the current validity index value of the target prompt information according to the updating validity index value.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
in the embodiment of the disclosure, validity index values are set in an information base, and in prompt information processing, target prompt information selected aiming at a preset information base is determined, wherein the target prompt information comprises corresponding current validity index values so as to be used for answering questions; and through the calculation of the scoring information of the target prompt information and the feedback to the information base, the effectiveness index value of the target prompt information is updated, and important reference is provided for the subsequent selection of the prompt information. The prompt information processing scheme disclosed by the invention is based on the application of computer technology, can assist in providing targeted and relatively appropriate prompt information for a user, and improves the application effect of an information base.
Particularly, the method is applied to a computer-aided interview scene, provides a software tool for facilitating interviewing for an interviewer on the premise of not influencing the flexibility, assists the interviewer to select the most effective target prompt information with the best discrimination, and improves the interview efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy.

The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary only for explaining technical senses of the present disclosure, and are not construed as limiting the present disclosure.
As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. The following describes the technical solutions of the present disclosure and how to solve the above technical problems in specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing method, which can be applied to computer technology application to assist in providing prompt information processing of an information base for a user, for example, in an interview scene, the method is used when an interviewer is assisted to conduct interviewing, the prompt information processing mode can provide targeted selection prompt information for the user, and can also enable a client to select appropriate prompt information for use, so that the application effect of the information base in computer-assisted interviewing is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the information processing method provided by the present disclosure may include:
step S110, determining target prompt information selected aiming at a preset information base, wherein the target prompt information comprises corresponding current validity index values.
The information base is configurable, and all prompt information can be configured and managed through the information base background.
As an example, the process of selecting the target prompt information in step S110 may include the following:
detecting selection operation triggered by a prompt information selection interface of an information base, wherein the prompt information selection interface of the information base displays at least two prompt information and current validity index values respectively corresponding to the prompt information; and determining corresponding target prompt information according to the selection operation, and displaying the target prompt information.
Further, when the target prompt message is displayed, the target prompt message may be inserted and displayed in the response record page in a text form.
For the prompt messages stored in the message library, since the message library stores a plurality of prompt messages, each prompt message includes a question stem and other dimension information, which can be arranged in a certain structure. Validity index values marked on the interface by the user, such as' validity: 0.8 "," efficacy: 0.2 ", etc., the desired reminder information can be selected from the information store.
By selecting the validity index value as a reference, important reference information can be given to a user, so that the most appropriate and correct target prompt information can be selected.
And step S120, obtaining the grading information of the response information corresponding to the target prompt information.
In this step, the user, after selecting the prompt information, makes a question and an interview to the response target (i.e., the candidate) using the selected prompt information, and after receiving the response information of the candidate, inputs the rating information based on the response information. The system sets an evaluation value for the target prompt information after receiving the input grading information, thereby forming a feedback, and obtaining corresponding application effect evaluation after the target prompt information is used each time.
As an embodiment, before the obtaining of the scoring information of the response information corresponding to the target prompt information in step S120, the method may further include:
and detecting evaluation input operation of response information aiming at the target prompt information, which is triggered by the response record page, and determining evaluation information corresponding to the evaluation input operation.
In consideration of application requirements, before the process, the response information needs to be recorded; the user needs to fill in the interview record in the interviewer filling in interview evaluation page in the figure. To facilitate the filling of the interview record, the prompt message may be automatically inserted into the page of the interview record when the interview record is filled.
Automatically inserting prompt information into an interview record; in one embodiment, a response input operation triggered by the response record page and aiming at the target prompt message can be further detected, and response information corresponding to the response input operation is determined; and generating a response record according to at least two items of the target prompt information, the response information and the grading information.
In practical application, when an interviewer interviews, a preset 'information base' button is clicked, the required target prompt information can be searched and selected, after the 'inserting' button is clicked, the question stem and other dimension information of the target prompt information can be automatically inserted into a page of the interviewer filling the interview record in a text form, at the moment, the interviewer can directly record the prompt information of a candidate, and if needed, the prompt information can be deleted or modified.
The scheme of the embodiment realizes automatic insertion into the interview record in the form of text information without manual filling, so that the maximum accuracy and flexibility are ensured.
After the response records are filled, the grading information input operation can be carried out, and the grading information input mode is selected; the method can adopt a star grading mode, scores the target prompt information according to the response information condition, and is simple, rapid and convenient to operate.
Step S130, determining the update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information according to the grading information, and updating the current effectiveness index value of the target prompt information according to the update effectiveness index value.
In this step, since the interviewer scores the response information of the candidate, the scoring information is continuously collected, the update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information is calculated in real time, and the update effectiveness index value is fed back to the information base in real time, so that the subsequent interviewer can select the target prompt information with the best discrimination and the most effective prompt information, thereby improving the interview efficiency and accuracy.
In one embodiment, as for the calculation method of the update validity index value in step S130, it may be calculated by combining a weight value preconfigured for the response object and the scoring information corresponding to the target prompt information; specifically, calculating the update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information according to the scoring information may include:
acquiring a weight value preconfigured by a response object, and calculating an update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information in real time according to the weight value and the grading information; wherein, the weight value pre-configured by the response object is in direct proportion to the answer turn of the response object.
In practical application, the weight value can be set according to rounds of interviewing of candidates, that is, the more rounds of interviewing of candidates, the better the quality of candidates, so when setting the weight value, the higher the rounds, the higher the weight value, if the candidates of the third round of interviewing are better than the candidates of the second round of interviewing, that is, eliminated; candidates in the second round of interviewing are superior to those rejected in the first round of interviewing, and candidates who entered the first round of interviewing are superior to those who did not enter the interviewing.
To this end, the following weight values may be set to characterize the excellence of the candidate:
not entering the interview weight value: 0
The first round of interview eliminates the weight value: 1
And eliminating the weighted value in the second round of interview: 2
The third round of trial eliminates the weight value: 3
… … and so on
Based on the used prompt information when the candidate interviews, the software tool can collect the score information on each prompt information and calculate the correlation between the score information of the target prompt information corresponding to the candidate and the weight value pre-configured by the candidate by adopting a correlation method.
Accordingly, in one embodiment, the determining the update effectiveness index value of the target prompt information according to the rating information in step S130 may include:
(1) and performing calculation processing according to the covariance between the weight value and the grading information, the variance of the grading information of the target prompt information and the variance of the weight value to obtain the correlation between the weight value and the grading information.
(2) Determining the update effectiveness index value according to the correlation; for example, r (X, Y) is used as the update validity indicator.
The calculation formula may be as follows:
wherein r (X, Y) is an update effectiveness index value, and Cov (X, Y) is a covariance between X and Y; x is the scoring information of the target prompt information, Y is the weight value, Var [ X ] is the variance of the scoring information of the target prompt information, and Var [ Y ] is the variance of the weight value.
In the above scheme, the better the consistency between the scoring information on the prompt information and the weight value of the candidate is, the higher the validity index value of the prompt information is.
Further, the updating the current validity index value of the target prompt information according to the updated validity index value in step S130 may include:
and carrying out average calculation on the current validity index value of the target prompt message and the updated validity index value, and updating the average value to the current validity index value.
The scheme of the embodiment feeds back the updated validity index value based on calculation to the information base, and calculates an average value (direct average or weighted average) with the current validity index value to form a new validity index value.
And the grading information of the using effect of the target prompt information is obtained by combining with real-time feedback through an updating processing scheme, so that the prompt information in the information base is dynamically adjusted, and the validity index is fed back to the information base in real time and is updated, so that the interviewer can select the prompt information with the best and most effective discrimination.
In one embodiment, in order to further improve the use effect of the information base, in the process of processing the prompt information, when the step S130 updates the information base, the following steps may be included:
and if the current validity index value of any prompt message in the message base is lower than a set threshold value, deleting the prompt message or generating corresponding revision information.
In the scheme of the embodiment, referring to the calculation formula, r is the validity index value of the finally obtained target prompt information, and the value range is [ -1,1 ]. Accordingly, through threshold setting, when the validity index value is above 0, the prompt message is valid; when the validity index value is below 0.1, the effect of the prompt message is not obvious; the closer the validity index value is to 1, the better the prompt message effect is; on the other hand, if the value is less than 0, the prompt message is invalid, and the result is negatively correlated, and the prompt message should be revised or deleted from the information library.
Through the updating scheme, the method disclosed by the invention can form a closed-loop system, provides a software tool for facilitating interviewing for the interviewer on the premise of not influencing the flexibility, assists the interviewer in selecting the most effective target prompt information with the best discrimination, and improves the interviewing efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy.
Based on the same principle as the method shown in the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an information processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, the information processing apparatus may include a selecting module 110, an obtaining module 120, and an updating module 130, where:
a selection module 110, configured to determine target prompt information selected for a predetermined information base, where the target prompt information includes a corresponding current validity index value;
an obtaining module 120, configured to obtain scoring information of response information corresponding to the target prompt information;
an updating module 130, configured to determine an update validity index value of the target prompt information according to the scoring information, and update the current validity index value of the target prompt information according to the update validity index value.
In an alternative embodiment of the second aspect, the selecting module 110 is further configured to:
detecting selection operation triggered by a prompt information selection interface of an information base, wherein the prompt information selection interface of the information base displays at least two prompt information and current validity index values respectively corresponding to the prompt information;

The information processing apparatus of the embodiment of the present disclosure may execute an information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the implementation principles thereof are similar, the actions performed by the modules in the information processing apparatus in the embodiments of the present disclosure correspond to the steps in the information processing method in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and for the detailed functional description of the modules in the information processing apparatus, reference may be specifically made to the description in the corresponding information processing method shown in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
Based on the same principle as the information processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present disclosure also provides an electronic device, which may include but is not limited to: a processor and a memory; a memory for storing computer operating instructions; and the processor is used for executing the method shown in the embodiment by calling the computer operation instruction.
Based on the same principle as the information processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or an instruction set, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the instruction set is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method shown in the embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Scheme in the embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 300 suitable for implementing the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the electronic device 300 may be a terminal device or a server. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle-mounted terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), etc., and a fixed terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, etc., among others. The electronic device shown in fig. 3 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The electronic equipment comprises a processor and a memory; the processor may be referred to hereinafter as a processing device, and the memory includes at least one of Read Only Memory (ROM), storage device, and Random Access Memory (RAM).
As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 300 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 301 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)302 or a program loaded from a storage means 308 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 303. In the RAM 303, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 300 are also stored. The processing device 301, the ROM 302, and the RAM 303 are connected to each other via a bus 304. An input/output (I/O) interface 305 is also connected to bus 304.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 305: input devices 306 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 307 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage devices 308 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 309. The communication means 309 may allow the electronic device 300 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 3 illustrates an electronic device 300 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication means 309, or installed from the storage means 308, or installed from the ROM 302. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 301, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the method shown in the above embodiments:

The modules described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing method including:
determining target prompt information selected for a predetermined information base, wherein the target prompt information comprises a corresponding current validity index value;
obtaining grading information of response information corresponding to the target prompt information;
and determining an update validity index value of the target prompt information according to the grading information, and updating the current validity index value of the target prompt information according to the update validity index value.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the determining target prompt information selected for a predetermined information base, the target prompt information including a corresponding current validity index value, includes:
detecting selection operation triggered by a prompt information selection interface of an information base, wherein the prompt information selection interface of the information base displays at least two prompt information and current validity index values respectively corresponding to the prompt information;
and determining corresponding target prompt information according to the selection operation, and displaying the target prompt information.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the displaying the target prompt information includes: inserting and displaying the target prompt information in a response record page in a text form;
before obtaining the scoring information of the response information corresponding to the target prompt information, the method further includes:
and detecting evaluation input operation of response information aiming at the target prompt information, which is triggered by the response record page, and determining evaluation information corresponding to the evaluation input operation.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, before the obtaining of the scoring information of the response information corresponding to the target prompt information, the method further includes:
detecting a response input operation aiming at the target prompt information and triggered by the response record page, and determining response information corresponding to the response input operation;

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the updating the current validity index value of the target prompt information according to the updated validity index value includes:
