The server module 1 is connected with a hospital information system, and the server module 1 calls case information and identity information of a patient from the hospital information system. The server module 1 is connected with an input module 11, the input module 11 comprises an input module and a nursing item module, and the identity input system is a face input system and a fingerprint input system.
