step three: the medical protection coordination module is used for promoting the coordination work among medical institutions, government departments and patients, wherein the policy coordination unit is responsible for coordinating, integrating and promoting policy formulation and execution, the service coordination unit is used for coordinating and integrating services provided for clients or users, and finally the disease control information unit is used for tracking and monitoring the happened diseases and assisting in taking control measures so as to prevent epidemic situation from spreading.

1. The medical and anti collaboration platform is related to resident health portrait and service recommendation system, and is characterized by comprising:
the comprehensive supervision module is used for supervising the overall progress of medical treatment and epidemic prevention work, and can collect, analyze and report data related to aspects of medical resource allocation, epidemic situation control, sanitary policy execution and the like;
the monitoring and evaluating module is used for monitoring the health state of residents in real time, and comprises vital signs, sensor data and the like;
the service recommending module is used for recommending proper medical services and preventive measures according to personal health data and requirements of patients;
the health portrait construction module is used for integrating medical and health data of a patient and creating an individualized health portrait;
the sixth unified management module is used for managing the medical information of the patient in a unified way, including basic information, medical records, examination results, prescriptions and the like;
a classification module for helping to classify patients into different risk groups or disease classifications;
the medical prevention matching module is used for promoting the cooperative work between the medical institution and the epidemic prevention department;
the shared resource module is used for managing the allocation and the scheduling of medical and epidemic prevention resources and ensuring the reasonable utilization and the allocation of the resources;
and the medical prevention cooperative module is used for promoting cooperative work among medical institutions, government departments and patients.
2. The medical and anti collaboration platform as specified in claim 1, wherein the integrated supervisory module comprises:
a health status information unit for recording and managing health information of an individual, including disease history, drug records, allergy information, chronic disease management, lifestyle data, etc.;
a medical service information unit for recording information about medical services such as a visit record, a history of operation, a doctor's diagnosis and prescription, etc.;
a public health service information unit for managing information of public health services including vaccination records, infectious disease monitoring, epidemiological data and the like;
the medical insurance information unit is used for managing insurance information of the patient and assisting the medical institution and the patient to understand medical expense and insurance coverage;
the operation management information unit is used for managing daily operation of a medical institution, and comprises reservation management, resource allocation, medical equipment maintenance and the like;
and the medical detection information unit is used for managing and storing key information related to the health of the patient and medical services.
3. The medical and anti collaboration platform as specified in claim 1, wherein the monitoring and assessment module comprises:
the data acquisition and transmission unit is used for ensuring that health data and medical information of a patient are collected in time;
the data storage and management unit is used for properly storing the acquired data in a database or other storage media so as to facilitate subsequent access, analysis and management;
the real-time monitoring and alarming unit is used for monitoring the health condition of a patient or the running state of the system and giving an alarm when an abnormal condition occurs;
the data analysis and evaluation unit is used for processing, analyzing and evaluating the acquired data;
a visualization and report generation unit for presenting the analyzed data in the form of an intuitive chart, image or report;
a decision support unit for helping medical professionals to formulate optimal treatment regimens and health management strategies.
4. The medical and anti collaboration platform as specified in claim 1, wherein the service recommendation module comprises:
the user data collection unit is used for collecting personal health information, historical medical records, preference, demand and other information of the patient;
a recommendation algorithm unit for analyzing the patient's data and providing personalized healthcare advice from a medical knowledge base;
and the communication and feedback unit is used for being in charge of interaction with the patient, providing recommendation for the patient and receiving feedback and preference information of the patient.
5. The medical and anti collaboration platform as specified in claim 1, wherein the wellness portrayal construction module comprises:
a data integration unit for collecting and integrating medical data of the patient from various data sources;
the data cleaning and preprocessing unit is used for identifying and correcting errors, deletions or abnormal values in the data;
a feature extraction unit for constructing key features of the health representation, which may include age, sex, disease diagnosis, medication record, lifestyle, etc. of the patient;
the data analysis and modeling unit is used for analyzing the extracted characteristics to identify the health state, risk factors and potential problems of the patient;
a health portrait generation unit for generating a health portrait of the patient;
and the continuous updating and maintaining unit is used for continuously updating the health information of the patient to reflect the latest medical data and condition changes.
6. The medical and defense collaboration platform as defined in claim 1, wherein the six unified management module comprises:

a service coordination unit for coordinating and integrating services provided to clients or users;
and the capacity coordination unit is used for coordinating various resources and skills in the organization.

the electronic medical record database is used for storing electronic medical records of patients, including clinical records, medical diagnosis, prescription information and the like;
a disease management database for tracking and managing data for a particular disease or group of diseases;
a population database for storing health related information of the whole population, including demographic data, health risk factors, etc.;
a health resource database for effectively allocating health resources and planning medical services;
an operation management database for managing operation and management data of the medical institution, including financial information, human resource management, equipment maintenance, etc.;
the medical prevention cooperation module comprises:
a disease prevention unit for monitoring disease risk factors and providing health education, helping individuals take preventive measures;
