As the preferred scheme, the vehicle supervision server carries out intelligent judgment through an artificial neural network.
Specifically, a vehicle supervision server is provided with a cyclic neural network model, input data of the cyclic neural network is the coordinate position of a vehicle, output data of the cyclic neural network is whether the track of the vehicle is abnormal or not, after the cyclic neural network model is trained and converged, the cyclic neural network model is input to a positioning coordinate position, and the cyclic neural network model judges whether the vehicle has abnormal movement or not, so that the vehicle can be normally moved out of a warehouse and judged to have abnormal movement under an unmanned state, and the vehicle supervision strength is enhanced.

the vehicle monitoring server calculates vehicle value data according to the relevant data of the pledge vehicle collected by the vehicle detection device;
and the vehicle monitoring server sends alarm data to the client of the user when the data of the pledge vehicle does not meet the preset data condition set by the movable property financing service.
2. A pledge regulatory method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein:
the data collected by the vehicle detection device includes position data of the pledge vehicle.
3. A pledge regulatory method for a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein:
the data collected by the vehicle detection device comprises driving data of the pledge vehicle.

the data collected by the vehicle detection device includes personnel data of the pledge vehicle.

the location data includes GPS positioning data.

the position data comprises UWB positioning data.

the driving data includes vehicle self-diagnostic data obtained from a vehicle OBD interface.
