A financer in this application may be an enterprise or an individual who pledges goods owned by a financial institution (e.g., a bank) to a pledge enterprise to obtain a loan provided by the financial institution; the warehouse operator can be an operator providing warehousing services for pledged goods; the monitoring party may be an institution that monitors the pledged goods instead of the financial institution. A System of a Warehouse operator, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), may manage Warehouse information of a pledge, such as Management of Warehouse entry and exit, inventory Management, barcode Management, query of Warehouse entry and exit time, and the like of a pledge; a system of the financer, such as an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, may store and manage information of owned goods of an Enterprise and/or an individual, such as the price, weight, or quantity of the goods. The warehouse operator can correspond to a plurality of warehouses, each warehouse can have a corresponding property owner, and the warehouses are actual sites for storing and managing the pledges.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the pledge flow monitoring of a pledge financing monitoring system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application. The pledge financing monitoring system 10 is respectively connected with a warehouse operator system (such as a WMS system), a financing party system (such as an ERP system) and a financial institution service system, and by checking, recording and calculating data of each stage of a complete pledge service flow, the whole pledge service flow is tracked, fraudulent and lending behaviors such as data counterfeiting in the pledge process are prevented, and pledge risk is reduced. The pledge business process may include one or more of pledge financing application, pledge approval, in-credit monitoring, and pledge ending. The pledge financing application is for the financing party to send the pledge financing application through the operation interface provided by the pledge financing monitoring system 10. In the process, the pledge financing monitoring system 10 records and processes the application related information; the pledge approval refers to the approval of the pledge financing application submitted by the financing party by the financial institution, wherein the approval result comprises approval passing and non-passing. In the process, the pledge financing monitoring system 10 can record the approval result; in-credit monitoring means that the pledge monitoring system 10 calculates and judges the real-time state of the pledge (for example, whether the change of the pledge value is within the threshold value range) by acquiring the inventory data of the pledge after the pledge application and until the pledge is finished, so as to realize monitoring of the pledge and prevent pledge from being faked; the pledge is finished, namely the financer repays the loan or the pledge fails to pass the examination and approval, and the pledge business process is finished. In this process, the pledge financing monitoring system 10 may record or process information regarding the end of the pledge. In some embodiments, the pledge business process may further include pledge processing, and the pledge processing may be processing the pledge by transferring, selling, etc. when the pledge expires and the financer does not pay the loan in time, so as to pay the loan of the finance party with the obtained money. In some embodiments, for the purpose of financing monitoring, the pledge monitoring system 10 may also perform a pledge preparation process in advance of pledge monitoring for a pledge business process, the pledge preparation process including one or more of pledge registration, data synchronization, and trust.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a pledge financing monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 2, the pledge financing monitoring method can be applied to the pledge financing monitoring system in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the pledge financing monitoring method may include steps S11-S16.
Step S11, acquiring financer data and warehouse operator data, wherein the financer data comprises data representing at least part of goods information stored by the financer, and the warehouse operator data comprises data representing goods information of the financer stored by the warehouse operator. Financer data may be stored in a system of the financer, such as an ERP system of the financer, and warehouse operator data may be stored in a system of a warehouse operator, such as a WMS system of the warehouse operation. In some embodiments, the warehouse operator data may include raw information of pledgets of the financer in the warehouse operator warehouse stored in the warehouse operator's system, such as the stock quantity of pledgets, the warehousing time, the owner of the goods (i.e., the financer), the location of the warehouse, the lot number, and the like, wherein pledgets of the financer in the warehouse operator's warehouse may be the own goods of the financer as pledgets and the goods stored in the warehouse operator's warehouse; financer data may include original information of the financer's own goods stored in the financer's system, such as the goods ' categories, brands, values, weights, quantities, and the like.
In some embodiments, before acquiring data of a financing party and data of a warehouse operator, the pledge financing monitoring method of the present application includes receiving a pledge registration request, where the pledge registration request may include system information of the warehouse operator and system information of the financing party, the system of the warehouse operator stores information of own goods for pledge, which the financing party has stored in the warehouse of the warehouse operator, and the system of the financing party stores original information of own goods for pledge of the financing party. After the system information of the warehouse operator and the system information of the financing party are obtained from the pledge registration request, the pledge financing monitoring system can actively initiate a request for synchronous data to the system of the warehouse operator and the system of the financing party, or authenticate the request when the system of the warehouse operator or the system of the financing party initiates a request for synchronous data to the pledge financing monitoring system. Financier data may also be stored in a document in some format (e.g., in the form of Excel). And when the pledge is registered, uploading the corresponding document to a pledge financing monitoring system, so that the pledge financing monitoring system acquires financing party data.
In some embodiments, the obtained warehouse operator data and financer data are data obtained by synchronizing the warehouse operator system and the financer system in real time, or data obtained by synchronizing the warehouse operator system and the financer system at regular time, or data obtained by synchronizing the warehouse operator system and the financer system at fixed time intervals.
And step S12, performing authenticity check on the warehouse operator data and/or the financer data. In some embodiments, the warehouse operator data may be authenticity checked based on the financier data or authenticity checked based on the warehouse operator data. For example, it is found that the number of the pledges B of the financier a in the system is 30 pieces based on the warehouse goods original data of the financier a, but the number of the pledges B in the ERP system of the financier a is 25 pieces based on the financier data of the financier a, so that it can be determined that the number of the pledges of the financier a in the system is not real.
In some embodiments, other portions of warehouse operator data may also be authenticity checked based on portions of warehouse operator data or other portions of financer data may be authenticity checked based on portions of financer data. For example, the warehouse entry history data of the pledge C may be obtained from the warehouse operator data, the actual inventory quantity of the pledge C in the warehouse of the warehouse operator may be calculated based on the warehouse entry history data of the pledge C, the calculated inventory quantity of the pledge C may be compared with the inventory quantity of the pledge C obtained from the warehouse operator data, and the inventory quantity of the pledge C in the warehouse operator data may be checked. Therefore, the authenticity of data in the warehouse operator system and the financing party system can be ensured through mutual verification of the financing party data and the warehouse operator data and mutual verification of the data in the system, so that the situation that the warehouse operator or the financing party performs quality assurance data counterfeiting is prevented, and the quality assurance risk is reduced.
Step S13, receiving a pledge financing request, the pledge financing request including pledge data determined based at least on the authenticity-verified warehouse operator data. In some embodiments, the pledge financing monitoring system presents the warehouse operator data obtained from the warehouse operator's system and verified for authenticity to the pledge through a user interface so that the pledge can select goods for pledge through the user interface. After the financer has selected, a pledge financing request is sent through the user interface. Because the pledge data in the pledge financing request is determined based on the authenticity-verified warehouse operator data, the pledge data in the pledge financing request is of high authenticity. The pledge data may include data of the type, value, volume, owner, quantity, storage location, etc. of pledges obtained from the warehouse operator data, or may include data obtained by calculation or arrangement, etc. based on the warehouse operator data.
At step S14, a first pledge value for at least a portion of the pledget is determined based on the pledget data. The first pledge value represents the pledge value of at least part of pledges in the pledge financing request, and the pledge value of the at least part of pledges is calculated by referring to the pledge rule. For example, at least some of the pledgets are selected from the pledget financing request, the total value of the at least some of the pledgets is obtained based on the quantity and value of the at least some of the pledgets, and the pledget value of the at least some of the pledgets is calculated by multiplying the total value of the total value by the pledget rate. The first pledge value may be a debit that the financer may or has obtained from a financial institution based on the at least a portion of the pledge in the pledge financing request.
Step S15 is to determine a second pledge value for the at least part of the pledge based on the point data obtained by actually counting the at least part of the pledge. The second pledge value may be an actual pledge value of the at least part of pledges in the warehouse of the warehouse operator, which is calculated by referring to pledge rules based on pledge data (e.g., information related to the actual quantity, quality, etc. of the at least part of pledges in the warehouse) obtained by actual inventory. Through actual inventory, authenticity verification can be further performed on data in the warehouse operator and financing party systems, data counterfeiting in the system by the warehouse operator and the financing party in a combined mode is prevented, and it is guaranteed that the material deposit data in the material deposit financing request in the step S13 are data generated based on real data.
The actual checking of at least some of the pledgets may be done by the regulatory party, thus further preventing fraudulent crediting by the financer and the operator in combination for data counterfeiting. The inventory list can be generated aiming at the at least part of the pledges, the inventory list comprises information of the types, the owners of goods, the storage positions and the like of the at least part of the pledges, the monitoring party carries out actual inventory in the warehouse of the warehouse operator based on the inventory list, and feeds back data obtained by the actual inventory, such as the actual number, the breakage and the like of the at least part of the pledges in the warehouse. After receiving the actual inventory of the at least part of the pledgets fed back by the monitoring party, the inventory data is obtained, and the actual pledget value (i.e. the second pledget value) of the at least part of the pledgets in the warehouse can be calculated.
In some embodiments, the data generated for the at least a portion of the pledgets in the inventory provided to the administrator may not include the amount of the at least a portion of the pledgets obtained from the warehouse operator's system. Therefore, the number of the at least part of the pledgets acquired through the system of the warehouse operator and the number of the at least part of the pledgets acquired through actual inventory are data acquired through two mutually independent ways, and the reality and reliability of the data are ensured.
In step S16, if the first pledge value does not match the second pledge value, a pledge abnormal result is generated to indicate an pledge abnormal. The matching may be that the first pledge value is equal to the second pledge value, or that the difference between the first pledge value and the second pledge value is within a threshold range. By matching the data of at least part of the pledgets in the warehouse operator system with the data of at least part of the pledgets in the actual warehouse, the conformity of accounts and truths in the pledget process can be ensured, and the risk of cheating and lending caused by the fake creation of the financing party or the warehouse cloud operator combined data in the pledget process of the financial institution is reduced. In some embodiments, a pledge exception result is generated that indicates that a pledge is at risk if the first pledge value does not match the second pledge value. The pledge abnormal result can trigger and generate a risk early warning, and the risk early warning can be an early warning short message or a mail. In some embodiments, if the first pledge value matches the second pledge value, a normal pledge result is generated indicating that the pledge risk is within a controllable range.
According to the quality assurance financing monitoring method, authenticity verification is conducted on the warehouse operator data and the financing party data, the behavior that the financing party or the warehouse operator conducts fraud loan in the system through data counterfeiting and other means can be effectively prevented, a quality assurance financing request is initiated on the basis of the warehouse operator data subjected to authenticity verification, and the data reliability is high. After the pledge financing request is initiated, data obtained by actual checking of at least part of pledges are compared with data in a warehouse operator system, so that data counterfeiting in the system by the warehouse operator and the financing party in a combined mode can be prevented, and cheating and lending behaviors which are implemented by mutual authenticity verification of the warehouse operator data and the financing party data are enabled to pass, thereby ensuring that the accounts and realities in the pledge process are consistent, and effectively reducing the risk of cheating and lending in pledge loan business of financial institutions.
In some embodiments, after initiating the pledge financing request, in order to prevent the warehouse operator from performing operations such as warehouse-out and the like on the pledge, but the operations are not embodied in the system of the warehouse operator, so that the data in the system of the warehouse operator is inaccurate, when at least part of pledges in step S15 are actually checked, the pledge financing monitoring method further includes:
and acquiring the warehouse operator data again. The step of obtaining the data of the warehouse operator again may be to trigger the obtaining of the data of the corresponding pledge from the system of the warehouse operator in real time when obtaining the actual inventory data of one or more pledgets in the inventory process. Therefore, when the actual inventory data of at least some of the pledgets is acquired multiple times, there is an operation of acquiring the warehouse operator data multiple times. In some embodiments, a locking operation is performed on the acquired warehouse operator data to ensure that the warehouse operator data and the actual inventory data are data at the same time point or within a time difference threshold range.
A third pledge value for the at least partial pledge is determined based on the reacquired warehouse operator data. When the third pledge value represents the actual inventory, the pledge value is calculated according to pledge rules based on the data of at least part of pledges stored in the warehouse operator's system.
And if the second pledge value is not matched with the third pledge value, generating the pledge abnormal result. Here, the matching may be performed such that the second pledge value and the third pledge value are equal to each other, or the difference between the two values is within a threshold value. The pledge exception result here is similar to step S16 described above and will not be described here.
In some pledge service scenes, after submitting a pledge financing request, allowing operations such as replacement, ex-warehouse or in-warehouse of pledges, and in order to ensure that after corresponding operations (such as replacement, ex-warehouse or in-warehouse) are executed, the actual pledge value of pledges in the warehouse is matched with the pledge value in the pledge financing request, the pledge financing monitoring method further comprises the following steps:
an operation request for a pledget is received, the operation request including data to operate the pledget. The operation on the pledget here can include the operation of ex-warehouse, warehousing or replacement of the pledget. The operation request can be an operation request aiming at the pledget, which is received when the relevant operation is not executed on the pledget, and after the operation request is received, whether the pledget can execute the relevant operation or not can be judged, and then a corresponding response message is returned; the operation request can also be an operation request for the pledget received after the relevant operation has been performed on the pledget, and such operation request can be used to request synchronization of the pledget data.
The pledget data is updated based on the data of the operational pledget. The updated pledget data may be pledget data obtained from a pledget request and already stored in the pledget monitoring system. In some embodiments, the pledget data is updated after it is determined that a corresponding operation has been performed on the pledget.
A fourth pledget value for at least a portion of the pledget is determined based on the changed pledget data.
And determining a fifth pledge value of the at least part of the pledge based on the inventory data obtained by actually inventory the at least part of the pledge.
And if the fourth pledge value is not matched with the fifth pledge value, generating a pledge abnormal result.
The fourth pledge value here is similar to the first pledge value in step S14, and the fifth pledge value is similar to the second pledge value in step S15, except that the first pledge value and the second pledge value are generated based on the original pledge data and the actual inventory data after the corresponding operation (e.g., replacement, ex-warehouse, or in-warehouse) is not performed on the pledge, and the fourth pledge value and the fifth pledge value are generated based on the pledge data and the data obtained by the actual inventory after the corresponding operation (e.g., replacement, ex-warehouse, or in-warehouse) is performed on the pledge.
In some embodiments, after the step S12 is executed, the pledge financing monitoring method further includes:
and obtaining the pledge evaluation data of pledges of the financing party stored by the warehouse operator based on the warehouse operator data subjected to authenticity verification. The pledge evaluation data of pledges can be obtained by sorting and calculating according to pledge rules based on warehouse operator data subjected to authenticity verification. The pledge evaluation data obtained by the sorting and calculating can be data meeting the dimensional requirement of the financial institution, so that the problems of communication barrier between the financer and the fund party and the like caused by the fact that the dimension of the financer for counting the goods information in daily operation is possibly different from the dimension of the goods information required by the financial institution are solved, and the financing efficiency of the financer is improved. The pledge evaluation data may include information such as value of goods, value of a first pledge, pledge rate, brand, inventory, ex-warehouse, and in-warehouse. The pledge evaluation data can be calculated and stored before receiving a pledge financing request, for example, after successfully acquiring the warehouse operator data subjected to authenticity verification and/or the financing party data subjected to authenticity verification, so that when the pledge financing request is received, the corresponding pledge evaluation data is directly acquired, and the efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the pledget data in step S13 includes pledget evaluation data corresponding to the pledget.
In some embodiments, after receiving the pledge financing request, the pledge financing monitoring method of the present application further comprises generating a pledge record, wherein the pledge record comprises a corresponding relationship between a pledge and a debt right. In some embodiments, the pledge record may further include a generated pledge sheet, and the pledge sheet is used to perform detailed recording on pledge information in different dimensions, for example, the pledge sheet may include a pledge total sheet, a pledge sub sheet, and a pledge list, wherein the pledge total sheet may perform data statistics with the owner of goods as the dimension, the pledge sub sheet may perform data statistics with the warehouse as the dimension, and the pledge list may perform data statistics with the inventory of goods as the dimension, so that the pledge information is more convenient for query.
In some embodiments, after the pledge record is generated, a message may be sent to the system of the warehouse operator, so that the system of the warehouse operator sets a locking mark for a pledge, and when a locked pledge needs to be taken out of the warehouse or the like, the operation of taking out the pledge can be approved. Specifically, after the pledget is delivered, whether the variation of the pledget value of the pledget in the pledget request exceeds the threshold value is judged, and if the variation exceeds the threshold value, the pledget is not allowed to be delivered. If the value of the unlocking message does not exceed the threshold value, the unlocking message can be sent to the system of the warehouse operator, so that the system of the warehouse operator can unlock the pledge and then handle the warehouse-out operation. Thus, the safety of the pledget is higher.
In some embodiments, after receiving the pledge financing request, the pledge financing monitoring method of the present application further includes recording operation information on the pledge, where the operation information of the pledge includes warehouse-out information and/or warehouse-in information. In some embodiments, the operating information of the pledget may also include replacement and/or pledge information.
In some embodiments, in performing step S11 in fig. 2, the data may be obtained at least in one or more of the following ways:
for example, warehouse operator data and/or financer data are obtained in a file docking manner. In this manner, warehouse operator data and/or financer data are exported in advance and stored in a document, such as Excel. When data is acquired, corresponding data is directly read from the document.
For example, the call interface obtains warehouse operator data and/or financer data. In this way, the system of the warehouse operator and the system of the financing party can provide interfaces, and the required data can be acquired by calling the interfaces.
For example, a staging database stores warehouse operator data and/or financer data for obtaining warehouse operator data and/or financer data.
For example, a standard open platform is provided through which warehouse operator data and/or financer data is obtained. In this way, the system of the warehouse operator and the system of the financing party can call the open interface of the standard open platform to realize data synchronization.
And various data acquisition modes are supported, so that a warehouse operator and a financing party can select a proper mode to acquire data according to the actual system capacity, and the applicability is higher.
In some embodiments, when acquiring warehouse operator data and/or financer data, the transmitted data may be split by Kafka techniques to improve data transmission efficiency.
In some embodiments, before step S13 in fig. 2 is executed, the pledge monitoring method of the present application further includes a trust operation. The crediting operation may be to evaluate all of the goods determined for the pledge by the financer to determine the maximum pledge value for the corresponding goods before the financer submits the pledge financing request. The maximum pledge value may be a loan provided by the financing party to pledge all of the corresponding goods to the largest available financial structure. The trust operation may include:
and receiving a credit request, wherein the credit request comprises estimated goods data. The estimated goods data may include warehouse information of the warehouse operator where the estimated goods are located, for example, in the trust request, certain warehouse information of the warehouse operator is provided, that is, the estimation of all goods in the warehouse is indicated. The value-estimated goods may be submitted with the pledge financing application in batches in step S13, that is, each time the pledge financing application is submitted, the pledge financing application may be submitted for a part of the goods in the value-estimated goods.
Calculating a pledge value for the valued good when the authenticity-verified warehouse operator data and/or the financer data includes valued good data. In some embodiments, to ensure the authenticity of the calculated pledge value for the valued good, the valued good data needs to be authenticity-verified data. Therefore, when the authenticity-verified warehouse operator data and/or the financer data do not include the estimated value cargo data, the mortgage value calculation of the estimated cargo is not performed. In addition, the dimension of the estimated value goods data in the trust request may be only refined to the warehouse where the estimated value goods are located, so that when the quality-assured value of the estimated value goods is calculated, data of the estimated value goods in other dimensions (for example, the value of each quality-assured object and the like) needs to be acquired from the warehouse operator data and/or the financing party data which are subjected to authenticity verification, so as to complete the calculation of the quality-assured value of the estimated value goods. Therefore, when the authenticity-verified warehouse operator data and/or the financer data do not include the estimated value cargo data, the mortgage value calculation of the estimated cargo is not performed.
The value of the pledge evaluating the value of the piece of merchandise may be calculated according to pledge rules. For example, the item requested to be evaluated includes A, B, C, but since C cannot be used for the pledge according to the pledge rule, item C is not included in the calculation of the pledge value of the evaluated item.
And determining the credit line of the financing party based on the mortgage value of the estimated value goods. In some embodiments, after calculating the pledge value of the valuation goods, consideration may be further performed on factors such as credit of the financing party, and after comprehensive evaluation, the credit line of the financing party is determined.
In some embodiments, if the estimated goods data in the trust request is not included in the authenticity-verified warehouse operator data and/or financer data, indicating that the corresponding warehouse operation data and/or financer data has not been acquired, a request may be sent to the warehouse operator's system and/or financer's system, such that the warehouse operator's system and/or financer's system synchronizes the data to the pledge financing monitoring system.
In some embodiments, the calculated credit line may be provided to the financial institution as a reference as a limit for the maximum credit line for the financing party to pledge financing loan, so as to prevent the financial institution from being unable to collect the loan due to the discrepancy between the loan and the repayment ability obtained by the financing party.
In some embodiments, before the step S11 in fig. 2 is executed to obtain the financing party data and the warehouse operator data, the pledge financing monitoring method further includes obtaining warehouse operator information when receiving an admission request sent by the system of the warehouse operator, where the warehouse operator information includes at least one of warehouse operator credit information, field condition information of the warehouse operator, and qualification review information of the warehouse operator. And when the warehouse operator information is matched with the first admission rule, allowing the system of the warehouse operator to access. The warehouse operator's system may be the warehouse operator's WMS system. The field condition information of the warehouse can comprise field management capability and system capability, wherein the field management capability can comprise field warehousing environment, field personnel, field equipment, field process management condition and the like, and the system capability can comprise system online management capability, system docking capability, system internal function module capability, research and development team, supervision capability, upstream and downstream data supply capability, technical safety capability, visual data supply capability and the like. The qualification review information of the warehouse operator can include enterprise background, warehouse capability, personnel condition, equipment condition, flow and management method, warehouse environment, cooperative intention, auxiliary bonus item, and the like. In some embodiments, after the warehouse operator is allowed to enter the warehouse, based on the information of the warehouse operator, the score and the rating output from the access model and the warehouse control limit applicable according to the category reflect the upper limit of the warehouse goods value, and can be used as a reference standard for the maximum storable amount of the quality guarantee objects in the corresponding warehouse by the financing party in the quality guarantee process.
In some embodiments, after the system of the warehouse operator is accessed, the pledge financing monitoring method further includes obtaining information of the warehouse operator again, determining whether the information of the warehouse operator is abnormal or not based on the information of the warehouse operator and the first risk early warning model, and generating a result representing that the information of the warehouse operator is abnormal when the information of the warehouse operator is abnormal. The result representing the information abnormity of the warehouse operator can trigger the generation of risk early warning, and the risk early warning can be early warning prompt on an early warning short message or a user interaction page. The warehouse operator information may include information such as credit of the warehouse operator. In some embodiments, when the warehouse operator information is abnormal, the generated result representing the abnormal warehouse operator information triggers the risk early warning system to send a risk early warning notification, which may be an early warning short message.
In some embodiments, before performing step S11 in fig. 2, the pledge financing monitoring method of the present application further includes obtaining supervisor information when receiving an admission request sent by the supervisor' S system, where the supervisor information includes qualification review information and/or field review information. And when the supervisor information is matched with the second admission rule, allowing the supervisor to access the system. The second admission rule may be: and inputting the information of the supervisor into the second admission model, wherein the result output by the second admission model meets the admission requirement.
In some embodiments, after the system of the monitoring party is allowed to access, the pledge financing monitoring method further includes obtaining the information of the monitoring party again, determining whether the information of the monitoring party is abnormal or not based on the information of the monitoring party and a second risk early warning model, and generating a result representing that the information of the monitoring party is abnormal when the information of the monitoring party is abnormal. The result of the abnormal representation of the information of the monitoring party can trigger the generation of a risk early warning, and the risk early warning can be an early warning short message or an early warning prompt on a user interaction page. In some embodiments, when the supervisor information is abnormal, the generated result of the abnormal supervisor information triggers the risk early warning system to send a risk early warning notification, which may be an early warning short message.
In some embodiments, for warehouse operators and/or monitoring parties that do not meet the admission requirements, the corresponding system is not accessed, and the financing party can be notified to replace the warehouse operators and/or monitoring parties that meet the standards, or the system is accessed after the warehouse operators and/or monitoring parties have been modified to meet the standards. Therefore, the risk that the pledge problem occurs in the pledge process due to reasons of poor management, poor goods storage environment and the like is reduced.
In some embodiments, by setting a mode of monitoring the resource pool, real-time information (such as a grade, a score, and a warehouse control limit applicable according to a category) of a warehouse operator is put into the resource pool, and a financing party can select a warehouse operator suitable for the financing party according to an actual situation of the financing party, so that information sharing is realized.
In some embodiments, after step S14 of fig. 2 is completed, the pledge financing monitoring method further includes receiving the approval result of the pledge financing request sent by the financial institution business system. Wherein, the approval result of the pledge financing request can be the result that the pledge financing request is successfully processed and the financing party receives the money released by the financial institution; or the pledge financing request fails to be processed, and the financing party does not receive the result of the payment placed by the financial institution.
In some embodiments, the approval results of the pledge financing request may also be obtained from the financial institution business system. The obtaining manner is similar to obtaining data from the system of the warehouse operator or the system of the financing party, please refer to the above related description, which is not repeated herein.
In some embodiments, after the pledge is over, for example, after the financer repays the loan, the pledge financing monitoring method of the present application further comprises: and determining the pledge to be released, and sending a pledge message to the system of the warehouse operator, so that the system of the warehouse operator marks the pledge with the expiration of the pledge as unlocking, and thus, the system of the warehouse operator can handle the operation of ex-warehouse and the like for the goods with the expiration of the pledge. After the pledge is delivered from the warehouse, the relevant pledge information can be recorded.
In some embodiments, the pledge financing monitoring method of the present application further comprises: after the relevant steps are executed, at least one or more of the following steps are also executed:
and uploading the warehouse operator data and/or financer data subjected to the authenticity verification to the blockchain.
Uploading the pledge evaluation data for the pledge to the blockchain.
Uploading the pledge record to the blockchain.
And uploading the approval result of the pledge financing request to the block chain.
And uploading the recorded operating information of the pledge to the blockchain.
And uploading the normal result or abnormal result of the pledge to the block chain.
And uploading at least the pledge value of the valuation goods and/or the credit line of the financing party to the regional fast chain.
The block chain herein may specifically refer to a system with a distributed data storage structure, which is achieved by at least one node device and/or at least one service node built inside a financial pledge monitoring system through a consensus mechanism, where data in the block chain is distributed within one "block" connected in time, and a subsequent block contains a data summary of a previous block, and full backup of data of all or part of the nodes is achieved according to a difference of the specific consensus mechanism (e.g., POW, POS, DPOS, or PBFT). Because the blockchain system operates under a corresponding consensus mechanism, data which is already recorded in the blockchain database is difficult to be tampered by any node, for example, the blockchain system adopting the Pow consensus at least needs 51% of computational power attack on the whole network to possibly tamper the existing data, so that the blockchain system has the characteristic of guaranteeing data security and anti-attack tampering which are compared with other centralized database systems. Therefore, in the embodiment provided in the present specification, the data included in the distributed database of the blockchain cannot be attacked or tampered, so that the authenticity and fairness of the data in the pledge process are ensured.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a pledge business process based on the blockchain technique according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 3, the pledge business process includes a pledge preparation process and a pledge business process. The pledge preparation process comprises pledge registration, data synchronization and credit granting, and the pledge business process comprises pledge financing application, pledge approval, in-credit monitoring and pledge ending. For the description of each process, reference may be made to the related description in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein. One or more of the pledge business processes may be processed by a business module (see fig. 4) in the financial dynamic monitoring system 10, where the business module may include a storage medium (see fig. 5) and a processor (see fig. 5), the storage medium includes a program code, and at least a part of logic of the program code is the same as the corresponding business process processing logic of the business module; one or more of the pledges may also be processed by a business system of a third party (e.g., a financial institution). For example, in fig. 3, the pledge registration, data synchronization and credit in the pledge preparation process, pledge financing application, mid-loan monitoring and pledge completion in the pledge business process can all be processed by the business module in the financial dynamic monitoring system 10, and pledge approval in the pledge business process can be processed in the business system of the financial structure.
The financial dynamic monitoring system 10 may include a plurality of service nodes 1062, each service module corresponds to one or more service nodes 1062, the service modules and the service nodes 1062 may communicate with each other, the service modules may send data (e.g., pledge evaluation data) to be uploaded to the block chain to the corresponding service nodes 1062, and the service nodes 1062 may upload the received data to the block chain. Similarly, a third party may also set the node device 1063, the node device 1063 may communicate with a service system of the third party, the service system sends data (for example, data of the approval result of the pledge financing request) to be uploaded to the block chain to the node device 1063, and the node device 1063 uploads the received data to the block chain.
The data uploaded to the blockchain may be stored in the blockchain distributed database 1061, the blockchain distributed database 1061 may be disposed in the node device 1063 and/or the service node 1062, and the data stored in the blockchain distributed database 1061 may include data of the warehouse operator and raw data of the financing party subjected to the authenticity verification, pledge evaluation data, credit data (e.g., pledge value of the evaluated goods and credit line of the financing party), pledge request processing data (e.g., generated pledge record), monitoring data in credit (e.g., operation information of pledges, pledge normal result or pledge abnormal result data), pledge approval result data, and pledge data.
The pledge financing monitoring system 10 of the present application supports self-establishment of service nodes to build a blockchain network, such that when interfacing with a partner that does not support blockchain technology, data of the partner may be uplinked via the self-established service nodes within the pledge financing monitoring system 10. For example, in fig. 3, when the WMS system and the ERP system do not support the blockchain technology, after the warehouse operator data and the financing party data that are subjected to the authenticity verification in the WMS system and the ERP system are synchronized to the pledge financing monitoring system 10, the original data may be written into the blockchain through the service node inside the pledge financing monitoring system 10. Thus, the pledge monitoring system 10 has better applicability. When interfacing with a partner that supports blockchain technology, such as a financial institution, data may be distributed on the blockchain through a node device of the financial institution.
