A system of a warehouse operator, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System ), can manage the warehouse information of the mortgage, such as warehouse entry and exit management, inventory management, bar code management, warehouse entry and exit time inquiry, etc. for the mortgage; a sponsor's system, such as an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning ) system, may store and manage information about the owned goods of an enterprise and/or individual, such as the price, weight, or quantity of the goods, etc. The warehouse operator may correspond to a plurality of warehouses, each of which may have a corresponding title, the warehouses being actual sites for storing and managing the mortgage.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a mortgage flow monitoring system 10 according to one embodiment of the application. The mortgage financing monitoring system 10 is respectively in butt joint with a system of a warehouse operator (such as a WMS system), a system of a financing party (such as an ERP system) and a business system of a financial institution, and realizes the tracking of the whole mortgage business process by checking, recording and calculating the data of each stage of the whole mortgage business process, thereby preventing the fraudulent lending behaviors such as data fake in the mortgage process and reducing the mortgage risk. The mortgage business processes may include one or more of a mortgage financing application, a mortgage approval, in-credit monitoring, and a mortgage ending process. The mortgage financing application is a mortgage financing application sent by the financing party through an operation interface provided by the mortgage financing monitoring system 10. In the process, the mortgage financing monitoring system 10 records and processes the application related information; the mortgage approval refers to approval of a mortgage financing application submitted by a financing party by a financial institution, wherein the approval result comprises approval passing and approval failing. In the process, the mortgage financing monitoring system 10 can record the result of the trial batch; during the period from the end of the mortgage financing application to the end of the mortgage, the mortgage financing monitoring system 10 calculates and judges the real-time state of the mortgage (for example, whether the change of the value of the mortgage is within a threshold value range) by acquiring inventory data of the mortgage, so as to realize the monitoring of the mortgage and prevent the mortgage from being counterfeited; and the end of the mortgage refers to that the financing party repayment borrowing or the mortgage approval fails, and the mortgage business flow is ended. In this process, the mortgage financing monitoring system 10 may record or process information about the end of the mortgage. In some embodiments, the mortgage business process may further include a mortgage process, where the mortgage process may be to repay the borrowing of the finance party by transferring, selling the mortgage, etc. the mortgage may be processed to obtain the money when the mortgage expires and the financing party does not repay the borrowing in time. In some embodiments, for the purpose of financing monitoring, the mortgage financing monitoring system 10 may also perform a mortgage preparation process including one or more of mortgage registration, data synchronization, and credit, in advance of the mortgage monitoring of a mortgage business process.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a mortgage financing monitoring method according to one embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the mortgage financing monitoring method may be applied to the mortgage financing monitoring system of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the mortgage financing monitoring method may include steps S11-S16.
Step S11, financing party data and warehouse operator data are acquired, wherein the financing party data comprise data representing at least part of goods information stored by the financing party, and the warehouse operator data comprise data representing the goods information of the financing party stored by the warehouse operator. The financing party data may be stored in a system of the financing party, such as in an ERP system of the financing party, and the warehouse operator data may be stored in a system of the warehouse operator, such as in a WMS system of the warehouse operation. In some embodiments, the warehouse operator data may include raw information of the mortgage of the sponsor in the warehouse of the warehouse operator stored in the system of the warehouse operator, such as the stock quantity, the time of warehousing, the owner (i.e., the sponsor), the stock location, the lot, etc., of the mortgage, wherein the mortgage of the sponsor in the warehouse of the warehouse operator may be the own cargo of the sponsor as a mortgage and stored as cargo in the warehouse of the warehouse operator; the financing data may include raw information of the financing's own goods stored in the financing's system, such as the goods ' categories, brands, value, weight, quantity, etc.
In some embodiments, before acquiring the financing party data and the warehouse operator data, the mortgage financing monitoring method of the present application comprises receiving a mortgage registration request, wherein the mortgage registration request can comprise system information of the warehouse operator and system information of the financing party, the system of the warehouse operator stores information of own goods for the mortgage, which the financing party has stored in the warehouse of the warehouse operator, and the system of the financing party stores original information of own goods for the mortgage of the financing party. After the system information of the warehouse operator and the system information of the financing party are obtained from the mortgage registration request, the mortgage financing monitoring system can actively initiate a request for synchronous data to the system of the warehouse operator and the system of the financing party, or authenticate the request when the system of the warehouse operator or the system of the financing party initiates a request for synchronous data to the mortgage financing monitoring system. The financing data may also be stored in a document (e.g., in the form of Excel) in some format. And uploading the corresponding document to a mortgage financing monitoring system when the mortgage is registered, so that the mortgage financing monitoring system acquires the financing party data.
In some embodiments, the acquired warehouse operator data and financing data are data obtained from the warehouse operator system and the financing system synchronized in real time, or data obtained from the warehouse operator system and the financing system synchronized at regular intervals.
And step S12, carrying out authenticity verification on the warehouse operator data and/or the financing party data. In some embodiments, the warehouse operator data may be or may be verified for authenticity based on the financing data. For example, the number of mortgages B of the financing agent A in the system is 30 based on the warehouse cargo raw data of the financing agent A, but the number of the mortgages B in the ERP system of the financing agent A based on the financing agent data of the financing agent A is 25, so that the unrealistic number of the mortgages of the financing agent A in the system can be determined.
In some embodiments, the authenticity of other portions of warehouse operator data may also be verified based on portions of warehouse operator data or the authenticity of other portions of financing data based on portions of financing data. For example, the in-out history data of the mortgage C may be obtained from the warehouse operator data, the actual number of the required inventory of the mortgage C in the warehouse of the warehouse operator may be calculated based on the in-out history data of the mortgage C, and the calculated number of the inventory of the mortgage C may be compared with the number of the inventory of the mortgage C obtained from the warehouse operator data, so as to verify the number of the inventory of the mortgage C in the warehouse operator data. Through the mutual verification of the data of the financing party and the data of the warehouse operator and the mutual verification of the data in the system, the authenticity of the data in the warehouse operator system and the data in the financing party system can be ensured, the falsification of the mortgage data by the warehouse operator or any party of the financing party is prevented, and the mortgage risk is reduced.
Step S13, receiving a mortgage financing request, the mortgage financing request comprising mortgage data determined based at least on the authenticity verified warehouse operator data. In some embodiments, the mortgage financing monitoring system presents warehouse operator data acquired from the warehouse operator's system and subjected to authenticity verification to the financing party via a user interaction interface such that the financing party can select goods for the mortgage via the user interaction interface. And after the financing party finishes selecting, sending a mortgage financing request through a user interaction interface. Because the mortgage data in the mortgage financing request is determined based on the warehouse operator data that is subjected to the authenticity verification, the mortgage data in the mortgage financing request is higher in authenticity. The mortgage data may include data such as the class, value, volume, owner, number, storage location, etc. of the mortgage obtained from the warehouse operator data, and may also include data obtained by calculation or sorting, etc. based on the warehouse operator data.
Step S14 determines a first mortgage value for at least a portion of the mortgage based on the mortgage data. The first mortgage value characterizes data based on at least a portion of the mortgage in the mortgage financing request, and the mortgage value for the at least a portion of the mortgage is calculated with reference to the mortgage rules. For example, at least a portion of the mortgage is selected from the mortgage financing request, a total value of the at least a portion of the mortgage is calculated based on a quantity and a value of the at least a portion of the mortgage, and the total value is multiplied by a mortgage rate to obtain a mortgage value of the at least a portion of the mortgage. The first mortgage value may be based on the at least a portion of the mortgage in the mortgage financing request, and the financing merchant may or has acquired the borrowing from the financial institution.
Step S15, determining a second mortgage value of the at least partial mortgage based on the inventory data obtained by actually inventory the at least partial mortgage. The second mortgage value may be an actual mortgage value of the at least partial mortgage in the warehouse calculated with reference to the mortgage rule based on the mortgage data (e.g., information about the actual number, quality, etc. of the at least partial mortgage in the warehouse) obtained by actual inventory after actual inventory of the at least partial mortgage in the warehouse of the warehouse operator. Through actual inventory, the authenticity of the data in the system of the warehouse operator and the financing party can be further checked, so that the warehouse operator and the financing party are prevented from being combined to perform data counterfeiting in the system, and the mortgage data in the mortgage financing request in the step S13 is ensured to be data generated based on the real data.
The actual checking of at least part of the mortgage can be completed by the supervisor, so that the fraudulent lending behavior of the data counterfeiting by combining the sponsor and the operator can be further prevented. The method comprises the steps that a checking list can be generated for at least part of the mortgage, the checking list comprises information such as the category, the cargo owner, the storage position and the like of the at least part of the mortgage, a monitoring party performs actual checking in a warehouse of a warehouse operator based on the checking list, and data obtained by actual checking, such as information such as the actual number of the at least part of the mortgage in the warehouse, whether the at least part of the mortgage is damaged or not, and the like are fed back. The actual inventory data of the at least partial mortgage is obtained by actual inventory of the at least partial mortgage received feedback from the supervisory party, and an actual mortgage value (i.e., a second mortgage value) of the at least partial mortgage in the warehouse can be calculated.
In some embodiments, the data generated for the at least partial mortgage in the inventory provided to the supervisor may not include the number of the at least partial mortgage obtained from the warehouse operator's system. Therefore, the number of the at least partial mortgage acquired from the system of the warehouse operator and the number of the at least partial mortgage acquired from the actual inventory are the data obtained through two mutually independent paths, so that the reality and the reliability of the data are ensured.
Step S16, if the first and second mortgage goods values are not matched, generating a mortgage abnormal result representing the abnormality of the mortgage. The matching may be that the first and second mortgage values are equal, or that the difference between the first and second mortgage values is within a threshold range. By matching the data of the at least partial mortgage in the warehouse operator system with the data of the at least partial mortgage in the actual warehouse, the agreement of account and reality in the process of the mortgage can be ensured, and the risk of deceptive credit caused by the joint data counterfeiting of the financing party or the warehouse cloud operator in the process of the mortgage can be reduced. In some embodiments, if the first and second mortgage values do not match, a mortgage exception result is generated that characterizes the mortgage as risky. The abnormal result of the mortgage can trigger generation of risk early warning, and the risk early warning can be early warning short messages or mails. In some embodiments, if the first and second mortgage values match, a normal result of the mortgage is generated that characterizes the mortgage risk as being within a controllable range.
According to the mortgage financing monitoring method, the authenticity verification is carried out on the warehouse operator data and the financing party data, so that the financing party or the warehouse operator can be effectively prevented from cheating in the system by means of data fake making and the like, and the data reliability is higher when the mortgage financing request is initiated on the basis of the authenticity verified warehouse operator data. After the mortgage financing request is initiated, data obtained by actual checking of at least part of the mortgage is compared with data in a warehouse operator system, so that the warehouse operator and the financing party can be prevented from combining to perform data fake in the system, the fraudulent loan behavior implemented when the warehouse operator data and the financing party data are mutually subjected to authenticity verification is ensured, the account agreement in the mortgage process is ensured, and the risk that a financial institution is cheated in a mortgage loan service is effectively reduced.
In some embodiments, after the mortgage financing request is initiated, in order to prevent the warehouse operator from performing operations such as ex-warehouse of the mortgage, but not to embody the operations in the system of the warehouse operator, so that the problem of inaccurate data in the system of the warehouse operator, when at least part of the mortgages in step S15 are actually checked, the mortgage financing monitoring method of the present application further includes:
Warehouse operator data is again acquired. The re-acquisition of the data of the warehouse operator can be that when the actual inventory data of one or more mortgage objects is acquired in the inventory process, the data of the corresponding mortgage objects is acquired from a system of the warehouse operator in a real-time triggering manner. Thus, where the actual inventory data for at least a portion of the mortgage is divided into multiple acquisitions, there will be multiple acquisitions of the warehouse operator data. In some embodiments, locking operations are performed on the acquired warehouse operator data to ensure that the warehouse operator data and the actual inventory data are data at the same point in time or within a time difference threshold.
A third mortgage value for the at least partial mortgage is determined based on the re-acquired warehouse operator data. The third mortgage value here characterizes the actual inventory, and is calculated according to the mortgage rule based on the data of the at least partial mortgage stored in the system of the warehouse operator.
And if the second and third mortgage goods values are not matched, generating the abnormal mortgage result. The matching here may be that the second and third mortgage values are equal, or that the difference between them is within a threshold range. The abnormal result of the mortgage is similar to the step S16, and is not repeated here.
In some mortgage service scenarios, after a mortgage financing request is submitted, operations such as replacement, ex-warehouse or warehouse entry are allowed to be performed on the mortgage, so as to ensure that an actual mortgage value of the mortgage in the warehouse is matched with a mortgage value in the mortgage financing request after corresponding operations (such as replacement, ex-warehouse or warehouse entry) are performed, and the mortgage financing monitoring method of the application further comprises:
an operation request for a mortgage is received, the operation request including data to operate the mortgage. The operation of the mortgage may include the operation of leaving, warehousing, or replacing the mortgage. The operation request here may be a received operation request for the mortgage when the related operation is not performed on the mortgage, and after the operation request is received, whether the related operation can be performed on the mortgage can be determined, and then a corresponding response message is returned; the operation request may also be an operation request for a mortgage received after the related operation has been performed on the mortgage, and such an operation request may be used to request synchronization of the mortgage data.
The mortgage data is updated based on the data of the operating mortgage. The updated mortgage data may be mortgage data obtained from a mortgage financing request and already stored in a mortgage financing monitoring system. In some embodiments, the mortgage data is updated after determining that a corresponding operation has been performed on the mortgage.
A fourth mortgage value for at least a portion of the mortgage is determined based on the changed mortgage data.
A fifth mortgage value for the at least partial mortgage is determined based on inventory data obtained from actual inventory of the at least partial mortgage.
If the fourth and fifth mortgage goods values are not matched, generating a mortgage abnormal result.
The fourth mortgage value is similar to the first mortgage value of step S14, and the fifth mortgage value is similar to the second mortgage value of step S15, except that the first and second mortgage values are generated based on the original mortgage data and the actual inventory data after the corresponding operation (e.g., replacement, shipment or inventory) of the mortgage is not performed on the mortgage, and the fourth and fifth mortgage values are generated based on the changed mortgage data and the actual inventory data after the corresponding operation (e.g., replacement, shipment or inventory) of the mortgage is performed on the mortgage.
In some embodiments, after performing the step S12, the mortgage financing monitoring method of the present application further includes:
and obtaining the mortgage evaluation data of the mortgage of the financing party stored by the warehouse operator based on the data of the warehouse operator subjected to the authenticity verification. The mortgage evaluation data of the mortgage can be obtained by sorting and calculating according to a mortgage rule based on the warehouse operator data after the authenticity verification. The mortgage evaluation data obtained by the arrangement and calculation can be data meeting the dimension requirements of financial institutions, so that the problems of communication barriers between the financing parties and the fund parties caused by different dimension of goods information counted by the financing parties in daily operation and different dimension of goods information required by the financial institutions are solved, and the financing efficiency of the financing parties is improved. The mortgage assessment data may include information such as a cargo value, a first mortgage value, a mortgage rate, a brand, inventory, ex-warehouse, and in-warehouse. The mortgage evaluation data can be calculated and stored before the mortgage financing request is received, for example, after the warehouse operator data subjected to the authenticity verification and/or the financing party data subjected to the authenticity verification are successfully obtained, so that the corresponding mortgage evaluation data is directly obtained when the mortgage financing request is received, and the efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the mortgage data in step S13 includes mortgage evaluation data corresponding to the mortgage.
In some embodiments, after receiving the mortgage financing request, the mortgage financing monitoring method of the present application further comprises generating a mortgage record comprising a mortgage to credited relationship. In some embodiments, the mortgage record may further include a generated mortgage list, where the mortgage list is used to record the mortgage information in detail in different dimensions, for example, the mortgage list may include a total mortgage list, a sub mortgage list, and a mortgage list, where the total mortgage list may be data-counted in a pallet owner dimension, the sub mortgage list may be data-counted in a warehouse dimension, and the mortgage list may be data-counted in a commodity inventory dimension, so that the mortgage information is more convenient to query.
In some embodiments, after the mortgage record is generated, a message may be sent to a system of the warehouse operator, so that the system of the warehouse operator sets a locking mark for the mortgage, and when a certain mortgage after locking needs to be subjected to operations such as ex-warehouse, the ex-warehouse operation of the mortgage can be approved. Specifically, after the mortgage performs the ex-warehouse operation, it is determined whether the variation of the mortgage cargo value of the mortgage in the mortgage request has exceeded a threshold value, and if the variation of the mortgage cargo value of the mortgage exceeds the threshold value, the mortgage is not allowed to be ex-warehouse. If the threshold is not exceeded, an unlocking message can be sent to the system of the warehouse operator, so that the system of the warehouse operator can unlock the mortgage and then transact the warehouse operation. Thus, the security of the mortgage is higher.
In some embodiments, upon receiving a mortgage financing request, the mortgage financing monitoring method of the present application further comprises recording operational information on the mortgage, the operational information of the mortgage comprising ex-warehouse information and/or in-warehouse information. In some embodiments, the operating information for the mortgage may also include replacement and/or mortgage information.
In some embodiments, in performing step S11 in fig. 2, data may be acquired by at least one or more of:
for example, warehouse operator data and/or financing party data are acquired in a file docking manner. In this manner, warehouse operator data and/or financing data are exported in advance and saved in a document, such as Excel. When the data is acquired, the corresponding data is directly read from the document.
For example, the calling interface obtains warehouse operator data and/or financing party data. In this manner, the warehouse operator's system and the financing system may provide an interface by which the required data may be obtained.
For example, logging in an intermediate database to obtain warehouse operator data and/or financing party data, wherein the intermediate database stores the warehouse operator data and/or financing party data.
For example, a standard open platform is provided through which warehouse operator data and/or financing party data is acquired. In this way, the system of the warehouse operator and the system of the financing party can call the interface opened by the standard open platform to realize data synchronization.
The method supports various data acquisition modes, so that warehouse operators and financing parties can select a proper mode to acquire data according to actual system capacity, and the applicability is higher.
In some embodiments, when warehouse operator data and/or financing party data are acquired, the transmitted data may be split by using the Kafka technique to improve data transmission efficiency.
In some embodiments, the mortgage financing monitoring method of the present application further includes a credit operation prior to performing step S13 in fig. 2. The credit operation may be to evaluate all of the goods for the mortgage determined by the sponsor to determine a maximum mortgage goods value for the corresponding goods before the sponsor submits the mortgage financing request. The maximum mortgage value may be the borrowing provided by the financing entity for all of the corresponding goods and the maximum available financial structure. The trust operation may include:
a request for credit is received, the request for credit including valuation cargo data. The valuated cargo data may include warehouse information of the warehouse operator where the valuated cargo is located, e.g., in a credit request, providing the warehouse operator with certain warehouse information, i.e., representing valuation of all the cargo in the warehouse. The estimated goods may be submitted to the mortgage financing application in batches in step S13, that is, when the mortgage financing application is submitted each time, the mortgage financing application may be submitted to a part of the goods in the estimated goods.
And calculating a mortgage value of the estimated cargo when the authenticity verified warehouse operator data and/or the financing party data comprise estimated cargo data. In some embodiments, to ensure the authenticity of the calculated mortgage value of the estimated cargo, the estimated cargo data needs to be authenticity verified data. Thus, when the authenticity verified warehouse operator data and/or the financing party data does not include estimated cargo data, no mortgage cargo value calculation of the estimated cargo is performed. In addition, the dimension of the estimated goods data in the credit request may be only refined to the warehouse where the estimated goods are located, so that when the mortgage goods value of the estimated goods is calculated, data (such as the goods value of each mortgage) of the estimated goods in other dimensions (such as the goods value of each mortgage) also need to be obtained from the warehouse operator data and/or the financing party data after the authenticity verification, so as to finish the calculation of the mortgage goods value of the estimated goods. Thus, when the authenticity verified warehouse operator data and/or the financing party data does not include estimated cargo data, no mortgage cargo value calculation of the estimated cargo is performed.
The mortgage value for the estimated cargo may be calculated according to a mortgage rule. For example, the goods for which the valuation is requested include A, B, C, but C cannot be mortgage according to the mortgage rule, and therefore, the goods C are not included when calculating the mortgage value of the valuated goods.
And determining the credit limit of the sponsor based on the estimated mortgage value of the goods. In some embodiments, after calculating the mortgage value of the estimated cargo, consideration may be given to the credit of the sponsor, and after comprehensive evaluation, the credit line of the sponsor is determined.
In some embodiments, if the valuated good data in the trust request is not included in the warehouse operator data and/or the financing party data that has been verified for authenticity, indicating that the corresponding warehouse operator data and/or financing party data has not been obtained, a request may be sent to the warehouse operator's system and/or the financing party's system such that the warehouse operator's system and/or the financing party's system synchronize the data to the mortgage financing monitoring system.
In some embodiments, the calculated credit line may be provided to the financial institution as a reference for a limitation of the maximum limit of the financing funds of the financing party to prevent the inconformity of the borrowing and repayment capabilities obtained by the financing party, thereby causing a problem that the financial institution cannot withdraw the borrowing.
In some embodiments, before performing step S11 in fig. 2 to obtain the financing party data and the warehouse operator data, the mortgage financing monitoring method further includes obtaining warehouse operator information when receiving an admission request sent by a system of a warehouse operator, the warehouse operator information including at least one of warehouse operator credit information, site condition information of a warehouse of the warehouse operator, and qualification review information of the warehouse operator. The blockchain herein may specifically refer to a system with a distributed data storage structure, where at least one node device and/or at least one service node built in the financial mortgage monitoring system is implemented by a consensus mechanism, and data in the blockchain is distributed in blocks (blocks) that are temporally connected, where the later blocks include data digests of the previous blocks, and full data backup of all or part of nodes is implemented according to a specific consensus mechanism (such as POW, POS, DPOS or PBFT). Because the blockchain system operates under a corresponding consensus mechanism, the data recorded in the blockchain database is difficult to tamper with any node, for example, the blockchain adopting the Pow consensus is at least required to be attacked by 51% computing power of the whole network to tamper with the existing data, and therefore the blockchain system has the characteristics of ensuring the safety and preventing the attack and tampering of the data compared with other centralized database systems. Therefore, in the embodiment provided by the specification, the data recorded in the distributed database of the blockchain cannot be attacked or tampered, so that the authenticity and fairness of the data in the process of the mortgage are ensured.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a mortgage service flow based on a blockchain technique according to an embodiment of the present application.

The process of preparing the mortgage includes registering the mortgage, synchronizing data and giving credit, the process of business of the mortgage includes the application of financing the mortgage, approval of the mortgage, monitoring in the loan and ending the mortgage. For a description of each flow, reference may be made to the related description in fig. 1, which is not repeated here. One or more of the mortgage business processes may be processed by a business module (see fig. 4) in the financial dynamic monitoring system 10, where the business module may include a storage medium (see fig. 5) and a processor (see fig. 5), the storage medium containing program code, at least part of the logic of the program code being the same as the business process processing logic corresponding to the business module; one or more of the mortgage business processes may also be processed by a business system of a third party (e.g., a financial institution). For example, in fig. 3, the registration, data synchronization and credit authorization of the mortgage preparation process, the application of mortgage financing, the monitoring in loan and the end of the mortgage in the mortgage service process can be processed by the service modules in the financial dynamic monitoring system 10, and the approval of the mortgage in the mortgage service process can be processed in the service system of the financial structure.
The financial dynamic monitoring system 10 may include a plurality of service nodes 1062, each service module corresponding to one or more service nodes 1062, the service modules being communicable with the service nodes 1062, the service modules transmitting data (e.g., mortgage assessment data) to be uploaded to the blockchain to the corresponding service nodes 1062, the received data being uploaded to the blockchain by the service nodes 1062. Similarly, the third party may also configure the node device 1063, where the node device 1063 may communicate with a third party's business system, where the business system sends data (e.g., data of the approval result of the mortgage financing request) to the node device 1063, and the node device 1063 uploads the received data to the blockchain.
The data uploaded to the blockchain may be stored in a blockchain distributed database 1061, and the blockchain distributed database 1061 may be disposed within the node device 1063 and/or the service node 1062, and the data stored in the blockchain distributed database 1061 may include warehouse operator data and financing party raw data that are verified for authenticity, mortgage assessment data, credit data (e.g., evaluating the value of a cargo and the credit rating of a financing party), mortgage request processing data (e.g., generated mortgage records), monitoring data in a credit (e.g., operation information of a mortgage, data of a normal or abnormal mortgage result), mortgage approval result data, and mortgage de data.
The mortgage financing monitoring system 10 of the present application supports self-built service nodes to build a blockchain network, so that when interfacing with a partner that does not support blockchain technology, the partner's data can be passed through the service nodes built by itself within the mortgage financing monitoring system 10 to effect data chaining. For example, in fig. 3, when the WMS system and the ERP system do not support the blockchain technology, the warehouse operator data and the financing party data after the authenticity verification in the WMS system and the ERP system may be synchronized to the mortgage financing monitoring system 10, and then the original data may be written into the blockchain through a service node inside the mortgage financing monitoring system 10. As such, the mortgage financing monitoring system 10 has better applicability. Upon interfacing with a partner supporting blockchain technology, such as a financial institution, data may be published on the blockchain through a node device of the financial institution.
