In the field of constructional engineering, a high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile, namely a PHC pipe pile, is used as a foundation form, so that the settlement amount of an upper structure can be effectively reduced, the ultimate bearing capacity of a foundation is greatly improved, the PHC pipe pile has outstanding advantages in the aspects of pile body strength, pile forming speed, environmental protection, field management, quality stability and the like, and the application potential is large; however, the existing pile sinking process (hammering method and static pressure method) limits the development of the PHC tubular pile, when the pile is sunk in a hard stratum such as dense sandy soil, the pile is not easy to penetrate through a soil layer and the damage of the pile end is easy to cause, the PHC tubular pile is only used for a stratum with smaller pile sinking resistance, the pile end can only enter the dense sandy soil by 0.5-1m, meanwhile, the diameter of the PHC tubular pile is generally 300-600mm, and the single pile bearing capacity of the PHC tubular pile is limited due to the existing PHC tubular pile design process.
Statistical data show that the bearing capacity of a single pile of the PHC pipe pile is generally not more than 3500 kN, which causes the PHC pipe pile to be difficult to be applied to large-scale foundation constructions such as wharfs, large-span bridges, harbors and the like as a leading pile type, and the pile end is subjected to pressure grouting through a preset device by the pile foundation post-grouting technology, the mechanical property of the pile end is improved through the actions such as cement slurry filling and compacting, and the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is improved; the existing pile foundation post-grouting technology is widely applied to cast-in-situ bored pile construction, but the existing post-grouting technology in the PHC tubular pile is still less applied under the influence of the construction process.
In the construction of the PHC tubular pile, because the PHC tubular pile adopts a pile sinking process (a hammering method and a static pressure method), a pile end grouting device is generally damaged or blocked in the pile sinking process, and when the PHC tubular pile faces dense sandy soil, for example, the pile end of the PHC tubular pile and a pile end grouting device are more seriously damaged, so that a post grouting technology cannot be effectively applied to the PHC tubular pile, and the aims of reinforcing a soil layer at the pile end and improving the bearing capacity of the PHC tubular pile are fulfilled; how to solve the problems is the key for effectively improving the bearing capacity of the PHC tubular pile foundation, and no effective measure for solving the problems exists at present.

Finally, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the construction process, the steel pile body protective cap, the novel post-grouting PHC pile body and the pile end of the invention are sequentially connected by flanges.
