The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) according to the application, the base cloth layer is formed by the warm-keeping woven fabric and the protective coating, the epoxy resin modified by the water-soluble methacrylic acid in the protective coating can improve the excellent adhesive property of the base cloth fabric, so that the deformation shrinkage rate of the base cloth layer fabric is small, meanwhile, the added nano titanium dioxide can further improve the mechanical property of the epoxy resin and the warm-keeping property of the protective coating, and the adhesive strength and stability are higher, so that the protective layer is not easy to fall off after the down jacket is washed for many times, and the warm-keeping property is better;
2) the addition of the modified epoxy resin in the protective coating of the down jacket enables the bonding strength to be higher, the volatilization of the double-arc antibacterial agent in the protective coating to be slower, and the antibacterial effect to be more obvious; in addition, the antibacterial performance of the protective coating can be greatly improved by combining the active agent and the double-arc antibacterial agent in the protective coating, and the detachable down jacket has good warm-keeping effect and unaffected antibacterial performance after being washed for many times by being matched with the addition of the modified epoxy resin.

It should be noted that the common antibacterial agent in comparative example 3 is polypyridine which is a conventional fabric antibacterial agent.
The down jackets prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were taken as test samples, and the following tests were performed:
1. and (3) testing the heat retention property: the heat retention property adopts international standard ASTM D1518-2014: "thermal resistance test method for cotton fiber system (hot plate method)", (suitable for cotton fiber and multi-layer cotton fiber/fabric aggregate, which have thermal conductivity and range of 0.1W/m 2 ·K~1.5W/m 2 K, the thickness of the test sample is not more than 50mm), and the warm keeping property of the sample down jacket before cleaning and the warm keeping property of the sample down jacket after cleaning are tested;
as can be seen from the above table, the down jackets prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 2 to 3 in the invention still have good heat retention performance after being washed for many times, the epoxy resin modified by adding water-soluble methacrylic acid in the protective coating can improve the excellent adhesive property of the base fabric layer, so that the deformation shrinkage rate of the base fabric layer is small, meanwhile, the added nano titanium dioxide can further improve the mechanical property of the epoxy resin and the heat retention performance of the protective coating, and the down jacket prepared in the comparative example 1 has poor heat retention performance, so that the addition of the conventional epoxy resin can not improve the crosslinking density of the protective coating and the base fabric layer, the adhesive strength and the stability are lower, the protective layer is easy to fall off after being washed for many times, and the heat retention performance of the prepared down jacket is affected.
2. Surface antibacterial property test
Taking the down jackets prepared in the above examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, sequentially coating the bacterial liquid on the fabrics, and carrying out an antibacterial rate test on the fabrics according to the regulation of GB/T20944-2007 evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles, wherein the statistics of test results are as follows:
as can be seen from the above table, the antibacterial treatment fluids prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention have extremely high antibacterial performance, while the antibacterial performance of the data in the comparative examples 1 to 3 decreases sharply, since the modified epoxy resin is replaced with the conventional epoxy resin in the comparative example 1, it is indicated that the bonding strength and the crosslinking density of the conventional epoxy resin are low, and the volatilization of the double-arc antibacterial agent in the protective coating is fast, so that the antibacterial performance has differences; in comparative example 2, the active agent is replaced by the double-arc antibacterial agent with equal mass, theoretically, the antibacterial performance of the prepared down jacket is improved, but differences still exist, the antibacterial performance of the protective coating can be greatly improved by the combination of the active agent and the double-arc antibacterial agent, and the data in comparative example 3 also shows that the excellent antibacterial performance cannot be obtained by the combination of the common antibacterial agent and the active agent.
In conclusion, the down jacket and the down liner which are detachably arranged in the invention improve the convenience of cleaning, avoid the situations that the down is conglomerated due to direct cleaning and the heat retention property is greatly reduced after repeated cleaning, and the coat body is made by cutting the base cloth layer; meanwhile, the bonding strength is higher, the volatilization of the double-arc antibacterial agent in the protective coating is slower, and the antibacterial effect is more obvious; in addition, the antibacterial performance of the protective coating can be greatly improved by combining the active agent and the double-arc antibacterial agent in the protective coating, and the detachable down jacket has good warm-keeping effect and unaffected antibacterial performance after being washed for many times by being matched with the addition of the modified epoxy resin.
