Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disposable medical hydrops bag film.
Background
During the operation, a large amount of liquid waste is generated, and the liquid waste comprises medical waste such as blood, tissue fluid and washing fluid, and needs to be specially recycled and destroyed. In the operating room, a liquid accumulation bag is usually used to store the liquid generated by the irrigation in the operation for centralized treatment.
The liquid accumulation bag is generally made of a material having high sealing properties, strength and toughness. The existing liquid accumulation bags in the market are mostly PVC liquid collection bags, and the PVC liquid collection bags are low in strength and easy to age and turn yellow.

The invention aims to provide a disposable medical liquid accumulation bag film which is compact in structure, can ensure the heat seal strength for manufacturing a liquid accumulation bag and can reduce the heat seal temperature.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a disposable medical liquid accumulation bag film comprises a reinforcing core layer and functional layers arranged on two sides of the reinforcing core layer respectively, wherein the reinforcing core layer comprises 100AC and 2045G in a mass ratio of 20-30: 70-80, and the functional layers comprise 100 AC: 222 WT: EVA in a mass ratio of 20-30: 40-60.
Preferably, the composite material comprises a reinforcing core layer and functional layers respectively arranged on two sides of the reinforcing core layer, wherein the reinforcing core layer comprises 100AC and 2045G in a mass ratio of 25: 75, and the functional layers comprise 100 AC: 222 WT: EVA in a mass ratio of 25: 50.
Further, the EVA is VA 800.
Further, the mass per square meter is 100 g.
Furthermore, the thickness ratio of the functional layer, the reinforcing core layer and the functional layer is 20-30: 40-60: 20-30.
Preferably, the thickness ratio of the functional layer, the reinforcing core layer and the functional layer is 25: 50: 25.
Further, it is prepared by the following method:
(1) layering the reinforced core layer and the functional layers on the two sides through three distributors respectively to form a cast film;
(2) and (5) hot-pressing and shaping according to the thickness proportion.
Further, a frosted embossing roller and a nano silica gel roller are selected for hot-pressing and shaping.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is prepared by hot-pressing the cast film with a three-layer structure, the strength of the reinforced core layer is high, the puncture resistance is realized, the softening point and the melting point of the external functional layer are lower, and the heat sealing temperature is favorably reduced. The temperature of the three-layer structure of the invention during bag making and heat sealing can not affect the middle layer and the product strength. The invention has compact molecular structure, can completely block the permeation of liquid, blood, bacteria and phage, and can be widely applied to the field of disposable medical liquid accumulation bags.
